This is a private/ quiet site, away from the hustle and bustle. Take some time to enjoy the salt air along with picturesque sunsets. Launch a kayak or paddleboard. Keaton Beach is 1 mile away and Adams beach is about 4 miles north. Walter "B's" store on Beach Rd. has a small restaurant inside. Bike riding from the trail head at Keaton Beach boat ramp is a good way to get in some exercise and enjoy the natural Florida. Steinhatchee is 19 miles south of your location. Beach bums store is .5 miles from our site. Although hit by the hurricane last year, they are in the rebuild stage but still have all your essentials you may need, food truck, bait, fishing supplies, beer, ice, and many other essentials you may need to make your stay enjoyable.

This site is absolutely beautiful! Quiet, peaceful, and the locals are welcoming. The site is level and well kept. We mostly had the entire area to ourselves the whole week. We will undoubtedly be back! Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven!

We loved our camping experience! It was quiet, peaceful, and the view was spectacular. Having the use of Kayak’s was an added bonus. Our Mikcy (dog) loved hanging out in the deck with us. just a couple I'd things Id like to point out. Bring food and beverage. Restaurants and groceries are limited and about a half hour away. As others also mentioned an extended sewer hose would come in handy based upon the hookup location. But overall, we really enjoyed and plan to return!

Awesome sunsets and huge deck to enjoy them from! Secluded area with several other private lots on same street. Nearly 360° waterview, tons of birds, white pelicans(winter visitors), egrets, herons, ospreys and even a bald eagle!

This is an incredible waterfront lot with a million dollar view. Sunsets were phenomenal! Owners ensure guests are comfortable and were very attentive. Fishing was nothing short of spectacular for Redfish and Sea Trout.

I loved camping at this location. First, I travel with my dog. So, the fenced in yard on three sides was nice. It was open and spacious. Plenty of space for larger RVs. Mine is a small teardrop and the lot could have held a much larger RV. The hookups were easy to use. and on the right side of the lot. So, you back your RV into the spot. Then, you have lots of space in front of your RV for set up of tents, TV, grill, etc. Now, let's talk about 'why' you would choose this spot. It is a very short walk to the beach. I made that walk three or four times a day. I went in November. So, the beach was empty and the weather perfect for both football and relaxing. Plus, Shipwreck Raw Bar is close if you want to eat out instead of grilling. I will definitely stay here again!

We love the beach & being able to stay so close to it in our RV with our pets & with privacy was awesome. Wonderful, spot. Crazily enough, this was our first time using all of the full hookup options, for we have been basically boon docking for a year, so you can imagine just how awesome it was to have all of those things accessible. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood on our bicycles, pedaling to Shipwreck for a delicious lunch and even exploring the beautiful Veterans Park just a short distance away & best yet, having such close beach access within a short walking distance. At night, we used the fishing cleaning table as our cooking spot & then enjoyed our meals outside under the stars.
The only thing we have to complain about has nothing to do with our camp site, it was just so sad to be at the beach during a red tide. We’ve heard about them, but never experienced one first hand. We walked the beach on the days we were there, but did not get to swim or put our feet in the ocean, due to the abundance of dead fish and sea creatures floating and laying dead onshore. The town came by daily to rake them up, and on our last day, sadly there was enough to fill a dump truck. :(
We hope to return some day and get that ocean swim & this place would definitely be a repeat place to stay. Thanks for sharing your peace of beach life with us.

Campsite was great. Beautiful view and nice deck and nice level site with gravel power and water were great! Only downfall was if you parked with your rv facing the water the sewer hook up was in the front of camper but if you had a long enough hose it was fine just not ideal I'd give it a 9 out of ten and would return

First time back since hurricane Helene completely leveled this Hipcamp and the entire town of Keaton Beach. The owners have worked very hard to make this a nice place again. They’ve filled in a nice level area with rock for parking, added a brand new large deck out over the water, added trees, a new kayak rack and picnic table. They provide full RV hookups.
The owners are very accommodating and prompt to respond to any questions.
We had an excellent time again here. It was August and hot. Storms brought welcoming clouds and gulf breezes. Couldn’t find any scallops at Hagens cove but the fishing more than made up for it with several reds caught using the kayaks just out from camp and a 23” caught from the deck. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be back. Jim and Jeri-Sue

We are seasoned campers but this was our first Hipcamp experience. It was fantastic! Jen is an awesome host! The property is private and so close to the beach! About 200 ft to the whitest sand I've ever seen. Our dog, Levi, had almost as much fun as we did. It's a deeded beach so we saw the same folks most days and made some great new friends. The property. The fresh seafood is out of this world. Be sure to visit the St. Joe Seafood Market and restaurant. Just a few yards down from the property, is the Trading Post which had a good stock for groceries and beach equipment. They even had a small liquor store that was surprisingly well stocked. Scallops has gas, groceries, and souvenirs. Port St. Joe is a beautiful little town with shops and trendy restaurants. You must stop by the Bayside Bakery & Cafe for delicious cakes and pastries. Our favorite restaurant was Cone Heads on the north end of Cape San Blas. It was as funky as the name and the food was superb. Unusual drinks too. Try the Traditional Expresso Martini.
All in all, I have nothing but praise for this little spot and our great host. We are coming back in the spring! Thanks so much Jen!
