Dominic’s site was perfect for our needs! We stayed while we visited Disney for 2 days and the location was ideal (about an hour, including the heavy traffic we expected). This site is in a very nice residential area, but was extremely quiet- so we felt both safe and peaceful staying here. Would absolutely recommend to others!

NO Septic available unless you have portable tank to empty yourself. Have pasture and barn for boarding horses for an extra fee, and have dogs and 2 outdoor cats on site. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views, safe roads for walking, and you can see rocket launches right from the yard!

Welcome to Tyde Water Manor, Passing through the area and need a place to stay or park? Going on a cruise and need a place to park your RV but not at the port parking? Park your RV and have it plugged in to stay cool and keep your fridge on so your food doesn’t go bad. We have one pedestal with 30 amp and with a 50 amp and water (No Sewer, Self contain your black and grey water) One site can be pull in or back in and the other could be pull in. Both sites on grass divided by a large Bird of Paradise. We are several minutes off Interstate 95 if traveling North or South and need a rest. If you’re looking to stay a few days there is plenty to do and see in the area. We are approximately 12 miles to Port Canaveral (Cruise Ships, restaurants, beaches). Close to Kennedy Space Center. Close the Cocoa Village where there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as some neat shops. Plenty of areas to swim and fish are near by as well. Jetty Park, Cocoa Beach also about 30 minutes away. If your lucky enough to see a launch from the driveway, its a real treat. Or you can drive over to the edge of the Banana and Indian Rivers and park along the road. PLEASE NOTE: We live on a one way street with no turn around, so its best to pull down the street and turn wide into the driveway and open the gate (If we have not opened it for you). Pull all the way to the end of the driveway (or up to our Montana) and back to the west where the site is located. This will put the utility side of your RV right up with the pedestal. This will put your camp side facing the house. Then when you leave just swing out the driveway and east down the street (Ideal for motorhomes and small to medium trailers) With our second site you can turn wide into the driveway and open the gate (If we have not opened it for you). Then you can make a right and pull to the right of the Bird of Paradise. This will put your utility side toward the pedestal and your camp side will face the street. Then when you leave just back onto the driveway and pull out the gate and make a right on the street. (Ideal for Small Campers and smaller motorhomes)
