We’re a small 5 acre family farm involved in the cultivation and preservation of rare and endangered palms with many other edible tropical plants for our visitors to enjoy. You can view our palms at all stages of growth from seed to maturity. Enjoy our U-pick varieties of mangos, Caribbean cherries, sugar cane, bananas, coconuts and we’re adding more all the time. There is even a sugarcane maze and bamboo gardens in progress for the kids and adults to enjoy. But don’t forget your veggies! Get up close and personal with where some of your medicines and vegetables come from. We have some small areas for education about different medicinal plants like Turmeric, ginger, saw palmetto and a few others. Take the tours or classes or just sit back and enjoy the view! We fell in love with this place when we moved to Sunny SWFL! It has the best sunsets and sunrises! We are steps away from a beautiful canal that leads out to Pine Island Sound, and easy to get to Sanibel and Captiva islands! We frequently paddle board and fish the canal and sound. We can provide a boat taxi to Cayo Costa State Park, Cabbage Key, Sanibel or Captiva Islands! Our community has a boat ramp and pool available for additional cost. We have a portable fire pit that can be placed anywhere. Bring your own wood. Full Outdoor kitchen available. Shower and toilet in the shed with a full size kitchen sink, as well. Carport as a common area with table and chairs, flat top griddle/ smoker/ fridge/freezer for sunrise breakfast, and sun shades to keep the rays away on hot days! Learn more about this land: Pine Island Paradise! 3 sites available! Power hook ups up to 50 amp. 1 site with 50 amp hookup, 2 with 30 amp hookup. All sites have fresh water hook up. Black water dump service is available down the road at the koa for a fee. We have a floating dock to make kayaking and paddle boarding easy down our canal into infamous pine island sound! Pool and boat launch available, as well as a spot to dock your boat! Screened lanai as a common area. Bikes available to use. Please check with us to be sure your RV will fit! We are doing some improvements after Hurrican Ian ravished us, so keep in mind some construction will be ongoing! We always have time for a boat ride though!

This is a legitimate “Tiny Home” with 2 lofts, queen size beds in each loft, a full kitchen including microwave, coffee maker, full stove /oven, refrigerator/ freezer and in home washer and dryer. It comes with a full bath with walk in shower and a living room with a queen size sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. It has all the comforts of home only tinier. The home also offers a deck to relax on along with a charcoal grill where you can grill up some delicious meals and a fire pit (don’t forget your wood, charcoal and ingredients for s’mores). Pets are welcome at Tiny Treasures for $50 per booking. If you would like to bring your pet, please add the pet fee which is listed as an extra during the booking process. Here at Big Sky Sanctuary, we are currently working on a 6 Acre restoration and reforestation botanical garden project. 2 fenced acres of a developing fruit and botanical forest, and the remaining 4 acres is grassland with some trees and a seasonal pond. We have planted a variety of plants and fruit trees; Mangos, Bananas, Plantains, Pomegranate, Figs, Ice Cream Bean Tree, Mulberries, Star Apples, Rose Apples, Soursop, Eggfruit, Peanut Butter Fruit Tree, White Sapote, Black Sapote, Jujubes, Jaboticabas, Lychee, Coconuts, Papaya, Avocado, Starfruit, Noni, Grumichama, Cherimoya, Jackfruit, Longan, Cacao, Sugar Apple, Pond Apples, Guavas, Pineapple Guava, Loquats, Pineapples, June Plum, Strawberry Fruit Tree, Surinam Cherry, Monstera Deliciosa, Prickly Pear Cactus, Lemons, Key Limes, and more - most of which are in our enclosed 2 acres. We are allowing nature to regenerate itself in the grassland area by essentially not touching it / not mowing everything down. We have our trails designed, but all else is up to nature; letting the plant and tree life build itself back. We will be digging ponds and planting plants as well to assist this process. Right now, we have 2 Campsites, all of which are located in the 4 acres of grassland/prairie. There is plenty of wildlife around for you to enjoy out here. Enjoy waking up to the sounds of birds and not the sounds of cars. -Our Trails are great for Biking, running, walking, one-wheeling and other electric vehicles (e-scooters, e-bikes, etc.)! Big Sky Sanctuary is nestled in the backwoods country of Fort Myers in a 3,137 acre Preserve. Far enough away from the city to where light-pollution is low, but still have the convenience of gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment within 10-15 minutes away. Closest Gas station is 6 minutes away and (2) different Publix locations are within a 15 minute drive. Campsite #1 - is RV compatible but no electric hookup. Campsite #1 is also for tenting. The Wild Turkey Strand Preserve is right up the road; CREW Marsh Trails; CREW Wildlife and Environmental Area, Caloosahatchee Regional Park, Hickey Creek Wildlife and Environmental Area, and Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve for hiking and biking. Lazy Springs Recreation Park is a straight-shot off the HWY from our road, 13.7 miles away where you can ATV/Mud, Motor-Bike, Jet ski, kayak and swim. Depending on traffic, you can get to Fort Myers Beach in 45 minutes or less, and others (Barefoot Beach - Bonita Springs) in less than an hour.
