We have guest also go to the Econfina Springs and canoe rental and spend a day floating the beautiful Ecofina River with 8 springs to visit on a days float. There are many State parks so close. If you want to go out to eat or socialize a local brewery and restaurants are very close and beautiful Alabama too! We are super easy to visit if you are coming from the north out of Dothan are on Interstate 10 we are just Located 1.4 miles North of Interstate right on Hwy 231. Easy access to the interstate, fuel and shopping. The farm is gated with a remote controlled gate for security. All our RV sites have full hook ups with 15, 30, and 50 amp connections, great clean water and sewer at each site. Also a dump station on the property. We are seasoned campers but this was our first Hipcamp experience. It was fantastic! Jen is an awesome host! The property is private and so close to the beach! About 200 ft to the whitest sand I've ever seen. Our dog, Levi, had almost as much fun as we did. It's a deeded beach so we saw the same folks most days and made some great new friends. The property. The fresh seafood is out of this world. Be sure to visit the St. Joe Seafood Market and restaurant. Just a few yards down from the property, is the Trading Post which had a good stock for groceries and beach equipment. They even had a small liquor store that was surprisingly well stocked. Scallops has gas, groceries, and souvenirs. Port St. Joe is a beautiful little town with shops and trendy restaurants. You must stop by the Bayside Bakery & Cafe for delicious cakes and pastries. Our favorite restaurant was Cone Heads on the north end of Cape San Blas. It was as funky as the name and the food was superb. Unusual drinks too. Try the Traditional Expresso Martini. All in all, I have nothing but praise for this little spot and our great host. We are coming back in the spring! Thanks so much Jen!

Wayne was a great host and takes good care of the property. The covered parking is bigger in person and leaves plenty of room for outdoor picnicking next to your trailer rain or shine. Being able to pull through in and out was very nice. Also there's almost no light pollution so the stars really come out at night!

We pulled in so the camper would face the back of the site rather than the road for more privacy. The road was a non-issue, few people pulled through, but no issues with the road.

This was a great place to stay! Being undercover was a huge benefit in Florida with the rain and the heat. Wayne provided a new picnic table and a patio style fireplace. I didn't get to use the fireplace but there was wood available for free. Wayne answered all of my questions very quickly and was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hipcamp
