Our three "SWEET TUPELO" R.V. campsites are located on 12 riverfront acres in the northern Panhandle of Florida on the historic Apalachicola River. The name “Sweet Tupelo” is taken from the Tupelo tree that grows exclusively in the floodplains and sloughs along the Apalachicola River. Local bees make their honey with the pollen of these trees creating many unique health and taste benefits found only in this part of the world. When you venture back into civilization, make sure you pick up a jar of Tupelo honey. You won’t be disappointed!

Very nice shaded spot for tent camping, plenty of room and the host was responsive to guide me to the exact spot.
Lots of ants so would recommend keeping all food sealed and in your car or you'll wake up in an ant farm lol.
Beautiful views of nature and sunsets. I would camp here anytime.

Weekend Trip to Glamping In Paradise
The site was absolutely beautiful and the yurt was very comfortable considering how hot and humid it was during our visit! We had to cut our trip a day short due to an emergency calling us back home, but we're actively looking for the next opportunity to stay here again.
My recommendation for future campers is to arrive during the daytime so you can more-easily spot the entrance to the site. Ronald's directions are perfectly clear and accurate, but, if you blink, you'll miss it!

I camped here earlier this summer and came back for another visit! Easy to get to. Beautiful area. We went to several springs and this was a great hub. It was close to Morrison, Cypress, Ponce de Leon, Vortex, and Ecofina. Can’t say enough good things about Ronald’s place. It’s always clean and well taken care of. He is a fantastic, responsive host. I will definitely return!

Nice site. There is a bit of a elevation difference pulling off the road onto the driveway, but once pulled in plenty of room to maneuver back into the site. The electric and sewer hookup is in good shape. You can hear the road traffic but the site is nicely protected by vegetation that gives good privacy and a little protection from summer thunderstorms. A boardwalk is being put in in the bay side. It's looks really nice and will be a fun addition to enjoy when completed. Cape San Blas is an amazing place. You can't beat this location for the price!

We had an amazing stay glamping in the yurt! We traveled from Michigan and loved exploring the local area. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, even leaving us a bottle of wine and sparkling juice for the kids, which was such a thoughtful touch.
One thing we really appreciated was that firewood was provided and the yurt had so many basic essentials. It made packing so much easier because we didn't have to bring everything from home. The property is beautiful, especially all of the plants and greenery, and the outdoor shower was a unique and enjoyable feature.
We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing glamping getaway!
