My wife and I stayed on this very spot in January 2020 and fell in LOVE with it!  Being relative newbies to RVing, we wanted something private but also wanted a beach front vacation without spending 5K for a house.  So, we decided to start searching.  Turns out, there isn't a whole lot of RV hookup spots right on the beach.  But, we ran across this lovely privately owned gulf front lot on Cape San Blas in Florida and stayed for a week that January.  We loved it so much we tried to book it again in May of that year, but it was of course booked the entire month.  So, we booked another spot and headed to the cape in May anyway.  We wanted to see our favorite spot again, so we drove by one day and low and behold, it was for sale.  We couldn't pass up an opportunity to own something we fell in love with so quickly, so we took the jump, and bought it!  And now, we can share it with all of you.  Treat yourself to a beach front vacation in your own "home" and enjoy the journey friends.  You only live once!   GULF FRONT! Yes, you have your own path directly to the beach along with outdoor shower to rinse of your day on the sand and then enjoy the grill and picnic area for your afternoon dinner with your group. This 1/2 acre private property gulf front and equipped with 30/50 amp service, water, sewer, trash pickup, an outdoor patio, grill and misting outdoor shower. Just bring your swimming suits you'll be set. Cape San Blas, FL is one of the most beautiful and laid back places you will visit. My wife and I stayed on this very spot in January 2020 and fell in LOVE with it!  Being relative newbies to RVing, we wanted something private but also wanted a beach front vacation without spending 5K for a house.  So, we decided to start searching.  Turns out, there isn't a whole lot of RV hookup spots right on the beach.  But, we ran across this lovely privately owned gulf front lot on Cape San Blas in Florida and stayed for a week that January.  We loved it so much we tried to book it again in May of that year, but it was of course booked the entire month.  So, we booked another spot and headed to the cape in May anyway.  We wanted to see our favorite spot again, so we drove by one day and low and behold, it was for sale.  We couldn't pass up an opportunity to own something we fell in love with so quickly, so we took the jump, and bought it!  And now, we can share it with all of you.  Treat yourself to a beach front vacation in your own "home" and enjoy the journey friends.  You only live once!   GULF FRONT! Yes, you have your own path directly to the beach along with outdoor shower to rinse of your day on the sand and then enjoy the grill and picnic area for your afternoon dinner with your group. This 1/2 acre private property gulf front and equipped with 30/50 amp service, water, sewer, trash pickup, an outdoor patio, grill and misting outdoor shower. Just bring your swimming suits you'll be set. Cape San Blas, FL is one of the most beautiful and laid back places you will visit. Leila’s spot was great. We loved that it was only a block from the beach. The shed storage and laundry machine was helpful- especially because of the humidity and moisture over night. It was hard to get clothing dry without a dryer. (We used a laundromat in town) The black tank hook up was not threaded to secure a connection but it still worked. Red tide was high while we were there. Overall it was a beautiful spot just steps away from a beautiful dog friendly beach. We loved the location and so did our pets. Would recommend!

I loved camping at this location. First, I travel with my dog. So, the fenced in yard on three sides was nice. It was open and spacious. Plenty of space for larger RVs. Mine is a small teardrop and the lot could have held a much larger RV. The hookups were easy to use. and on the right side of the lot. So, you back your RV into the spot. Then, you have lots of space in front of your RV for set up of tents, TV, grill, etc. Now, let's talk about 'why' you would choose this spot. It is a very short walk to the beach. I made that walk three or four times a day. I went in November. So, the beach was empty and the weather perfect for both football and relaxing. Plus, Shipwreck Raw Bar is close if you want to eat out instead of grilling. I will definitely stay here again!

What a great spot with plenty of room to park and close to everything. 5 min walk to beautiful lake powell for fishing . Best beach in PCB is laguna beach and your 5 minute drive away. Glamping in Paradise is a gem! The site is well appointed; we were surprised to find many amenities and thoughtful touches. Our stay endured chilly nights, warm days, and a quick downpour - no worries here with the fireplace, A/C and fan, and thick tent. Very well, kept with a beautiful scenery, the fact that there’s only three campsites is really nice as well so you don’t feel overcrowded. The firewood, being chopped and ready for you for $.50 a log was awesome. Beautiful sunrise, and sunset, I highly suggest you try to stay up just for a little bit because we were able to see a ton of shooting stars.

We loved camping at Sweetwater Daze River camp! The grounds were very well maintained and setup was a breeze. The river was beautiful, and the atmosphere was peaceful. We had a great time hanging out by the river with a nice fire and watching the stars at night. But the best was going with Jay on a river tour! He has so much local knowledge about the river and the surrounding area. The places we got to see were stunning! So be sure to ask him about his boat tour, you won’t be disappointed. This is definitely one of our favorite camp sites, we will definitely be back!

This was the best campsite that I've ever been to. The campground is beautiful and secluded. The interior of the tent is super cozy, I slept better there than in my own bed at home! The owners put so much thought and consideration into amenities that make the stay so much nicer. The kitchenette is a super nice addition, with multiple cooking utensils for use with the charcoal grill. Not to mention the owners themselves were super kind and accommodating. I can't wait until I book another trip here in the future!

Some stay over on the way to the beach or southern Florida and revisit on their way back home and even some end up staying for a couple of days when they are surprised at all there is to do. Also inquire about snowbirding or a possible work camp opportunity. Please plan on visiting and check out all the great things to do so close. On our farm we grow Christmas Tress, have 2 beautiful cypress ponds full of waterfowl and fish. Also there are green lanes and fields and if your lucky you can catch site or deer, turkeys, all sorts of birds maybe even a cute baby armadillo. In just over 45 minutes you can be playing on the beach in Panama City Beach, (world’s most beautiful beaches). Something a little different is just a few minutes away Falling Waters state park (Florida's tallest waterfall) and a swimming hole with walking trails. Speaking of swimming Ponce De Leon spring is big and beautiful clear blue hole spring to the west. Or go east to Marriana, about the same distance and you can visit Florida Caverns (Florida's only touring cave) with a beautiful spring with swimming, and hiking there too. We have guest also go to the Econfina Springs and canoe rental and spend a day floating the beautiful Ecofina River with 8 springs to visit on a days float. There are many State parks so close. If you want to go out to eat or socialize a local brewery and restaurants are very close and beautiful Alabama too! We are super easy to visit if you are coming from the north out of Dothan are on Interstate 10 we are just Located 1.4 miles North of Interstate right on Hwy 231. Easy access to the interstate, fuel and shopping. The farm is gated with a remote controlled gate for security. All our RV sites have full hook ups with 15, 30, and 50 amp connections, great clean water and sewer at each site. Also a dump station on the property. We are currently working on a bath house with laundry facilities will be ready by the fall of 23. a total of 4 sites on 100 acres (with a couple of more in the works with some tent site on the horizon too) you are sure to be able to find a quiet place. So if you would enjoy visiting our beautiful getaway we would love to have you and we strive to show all our guest how much we appreciate them visiting.
