A small but unique piece of land that was given to a family in the 1920s by the Florida Railroad Company. It stayed in the family until we purchased it. It is unique because the surrounding area does not have much tree coverage. This is due to the ground underneath, which is a vein of grey marl. This is why the area is called the Allapattah (an Indian word for Alligator) Flats. We are hoping that our county stays the way it is so people will know what Old Florida really looks like. Minutes from I-95, but surrounded by the Allapattah Flats Wildlife Management Preserve. Located on Martin Hwy, which was recently designated as a Florida Scenic Hwy. Fifteen minutes to Stuart and thirty minutes to West Palm Beach, a world away from the hustle and bustle. We realize that people also love Florida for Disney and tropical paradises but if that is what you want than this may not be your kind of place.

Each of the sites allows for watching the livestock, hanging out at the watering hole, and sitting around the communal campfire. Our favorite things about our property are privacy, amenities, and all of the roaming mini livestock throughout the property! Your hosts do not live onsite however, will be available to you during your visit. We are friendly and as non-invasive as we can be. We do love meeting our guests and are available for any questions that come up. If you love nature you may be surprised by a deer, alligator, hog, armadillo, panther, turtle, rabbit, raccoon, we already saw so many over here, you can see but please don’t touch, remember they are not pets and are free in their habitats! We producing a delicious raw honey just for us, not selling, you can see some working bees. We have some fruits trees like bananas, oranges, lemons, limes, mangos, avocados, that maybe you are luck and are in the season when you arrive, and yes, you are allowed to pick it if in season. Also you are more than welcome to bring any fruit tree and plant here during your stay. You can watch an amazing sunrise and sunset that are memorable. At night you can prepare delicious s'mores, bring your stuff and gaze into the night sky filled with stars like you've never seen. There is a social area with hammock, relaxing chairs, fire-pit, outdoor open shower, barbecue, table. Bring more chairs if you are a big family. If you like fishing, bring your stuff and you can fish at the water canal that are in the back of our property, we already got some delicious yummy Tilapias. The water that we provide come from a well, we use filters to purify it and use as shower and hose, but bring your drink water. You can bring your UTV and ATV to ride over here. If you are in a mood for a horseback, we can share a contact of a lady that bring them to our property, must be arranged prior to visit. Talking about outside the ranch, you can see our neighbors with orange farms, dragon fruit plantations, passion fruit plantations, bamboo plantations, ostrich farm, chicken farm. The town of LaBelle offers a lot to do and you must visit some places like LaBelle Nature Park, and Barron Park, we love to go there afternoons after grabbing a pizza. Talking restaurants, we can recommend our favorites, like a Italian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, a Brewing co, and a delicious Pelican's SnoBall shaved-ice snow cones that we are addicts of it! We are located 30 minutes from town, no stores or gas stations close by. Please come fully equipped with your own utensils, cooking essentials, food and beverages. We're also within 50 miles away of Estero Beach and 44 miles of Fort Myer. Bring sunscreen and a hat, we are in Florida and it is always super hot over here during the day. Don’t forget the bug repellent and a sweater, sometime the temperature drop during night. You may want a flashlight or headlamp for walking around at night. A small family owned and operated 5 acre pasture raised poultry farm. This is a working farm that sells poultry meat and eggs to the local community. If you have ever wondered what it might be like to live on a poultry farm -- this is it! Depending on the time of year there may also be bee hives located on the far back or very front of our pastures. Due to biosecurity measures you do not have full access to roam the entire farm and pastures. However, the RV spot is placed with a view of most farm activities. Our farm is home to free roaming hens, roosters, geese, quail, ducks, turkeys and pigs. We have 6 livestock guardian dogs that keep our animals safe from predators. Both the birds and the dogs do make noise, so please keep that in mind. It's all part of farm life ! While we love animals and would love to invite your pets to stay, due to the nature of our guardian dogs we do not allow any pets. There is grated spot for your RV with electric, water and septic hook-ups. Our farm is in operation 7 days a week and there may be poultry processing that is completed during your stay.

We producing a delicious raw honey just for us, not selling, you can see some working bees. We have some fruits trees like bananas, oranges, lemons, limes, mangos, avocados, that maybe you are luck and are in the season when you arrive, and yes, you are allowed to pick it if in season. Also you are more than welcome to bring any fruit tree and plant here during your stay. You can watch an amazing sunrise and sunset that are memorable. At night you can prepare delicious s'mores, bring your stuff and gaze into the night sky filled with stars like you've never seen. There is a social area with hammock, relaxing chairs, fire-pit, outdoor open shower, barbecue, table. Bring more chairs if you are a big family. If you like fishing, bring your stuff and you can fish at the water canal that are in the back of our property, we already got some delicious yummy Tilapias. The water that we provide come from a well, we use filters to purify it and use as shower and hose, but bring your drink water. You can bring your UTV and ATV to ride over here. If you are in a mood for a horseback, we can share a contact of a lady that bring them to our property, must be arranged prior to visit. Talking about outside the ranch, you can see our neighbors with orange farms, dragon fruit plantations, passion fruit plantations, bamboo plantations, ostrich farm, chicken farm. The town of LaBelle offers a lot to do and you must visit some places like LaBelle Nature Park, and Barron Park, we love to go there afternoons after grabbing a pizza. Talking restaurants, we can recommend our favorites, like a Italian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, a Brewing co, and a delicious Pelican's SnoBall shaved-ice snow cones that we are addicts of it! We are located 30 minutes from town, no stores or gas stations close by. Please come fully equipped with your own utensils, cooking essentials, food and beverages. We're also within 50 miles away of Estero Beach and 44 miles of Fort Myer. Bring sunscreen and a hat, we are in Florida and it is always super hot over here during the day. Don’t forget the bug repellent and a sweater, sometime the temperature drop during night. You may want a flashlight or headlamp for walking around at night. A small family owned and operated 5 acre pasture raised poultry farm. This is a working farm that sells poultry meat and eggs to the local community. If you have ever wondered what it might be like to live on a poultry farm -- this is it! Depending on the time of year there may also be bee hives located on the far back or very front of our pastures. Due to biosecurity measures you do not have full access to roam the entire farm and pastures. However, the RV spot is placed with a view of most farm activities. Our farm is home to free roaming hens, roosters, geese, quail, ducks, turkeys and pigs. We have 6 livestock guardian dogs that keep our animals safe from predators. Both the birds and the dogs do make noise, so please keep that in mind. It's all part of farm life ! While we love animals and would love to invite your pets to stay, due to the nature of our guardian dogs we do not allow any pets. There is grated spot for your RV with electric, water and septic hook-ups. Our farm is in operation 7 days a week and there may be poultry processing that is completed during your stay.

We are dog lovers and dogs are welcome, we have two sweet and friendly ranch dogs, females, German Shepherd that walk freely at the property. If you love nature you may be surprised by a deer, alligator, hog, armadillo, panther, turtle, rabbit, raccoon, we already saw so many over here, you can see but please don’t touch, remember they are not pets and are free in their habitats! We producing a delicious raw honey just for us, not selling, you can see some working bees. We have some fruits trees like bananas, oranges, lemons, limes, mangos, avocados, that maybe you are luck and are in the season when you arrive, and yes, you are allowed to pick it if in season. Also you are more than welcome to bring any fruit tree and plant here during your stay. You can watch an amazing sunrise and sunset that are memorable. At night you can prepare delicious s'mores, bring your stuff and gaze into the night sky filled with stars like you've never seen. There is a social area with hammock, relaxing chairs, fire-pit, outdoor open shower, barbecue, table. Bring more chairs if you are a big family. If you like fishing, bring your stuff and you can fish at the water canal that are in the back of our property, we already got some delicious yummy Tilapias. The water that we provide come from a well, we use filters to purify it and use as shower and hose, but bring your drink water. You can bring your UTV and ATV to ride over here. If you are in a mood for a horseback, we can share a contact of a lady that bring them to our property, must be arranged prior to visit. Talking about outside the ranch, you can see our neighbors with orange farms, dragon fruit plantations, passion fruit plantations, bamboo plantations, ostrich farm, chicken farm. The town of LaBelle offers a lot to do and you must visit some places like LaBelle Nature Park, and Barron Park, we love to go there afternoons after grabbing a pizza. Talking restaurants, we can recommend our favorites, like a Italian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, a Brewing co, and a delicious Pelican's SnoBall shaved-ice snow cones that we are addicts of it! We are located 30 minutes from town, no stores or gas stations close by. Please come fully equipped with your own utensils, cooking essentials, food and beverages. We're also within 50 miles away of Estero Beach and 44 miles of Fort Myer. Bring sunscreen and a hat, we are in Florida and it is always super hot over here during the day. Don’t forget the bug repellent and a sweater, sometime the temperature drop during night. You may want a flashlight or headlamp for walking around at night. This was my first time using this app, so I didn’t know what to expect… and let me say that it far exceeded my expectations! Vito the owner couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating! I had an issue that was a million percent my fault… I cut the corner too tight coming in and got stuck in the ditch. If this happens to you, just call Priority Towing and they’ll come get you out the way you went in!!! Vito was so helpful throughout that whole thing! The property is beautiful and peaceful. If you have dogs, there is a very well-kept backyard, but you can also walk them on the sidewalk of the main road. Would most definitely recommend this very cool and hip camp!

We booked a 2nd night. The outdoor shower is amazing. We stayed on lots 2 & 4. Will rebook on 4 (just my preference). Its all about what you're looking for. I haven't stayed at a site that has recent pics on the hip camp site. Don't expect it and you wont be disappointed. I LOVED THIS PLACE. I dont know any tent campers that would not love this place ( I know 0 Glampers). There are hidden treasures all over this property. We had a ball. Enjoy and DONT SKIP THE HONEY! There is reportedly an alligator in the pond. I didn't see it and we all left better than we arrived

We loved tent camping here! I loved that the horses come up to say hello (although keep an eye on your stuff lol!), it was nice to be surrounded by farm animals. There was ample privacy, the bathroom/shower room was spotless and worked well. Stargazing at nighttime was excellent. Luiz was a gracious host and responded quickly to any questions we had. 10/10 recommend!

All reviews were in accordance with what we expected and experienced - we had one overnight stop going south and returned for another 3 nights going north. We were the only ones at the RV side of the pond so it gave us lots of privacy. Lovely people, nice outside shower and no other “noise” than the traffic on the road. But that is just the way it is. Having alligators in the pond made it also exotic for us. An easy spot to find and close to the main highway too.

I was actually Patrick’s first guest! Old Mill Landing is a beautiful, peaceful spot surrounded by nature. I stayed here to bass fish on Lake Okeechobee and it was the perfect base for the trip. The property is well-kept and has a great old Florida feel. Definitely recommend it!
