The amenities include a pavilion with an outside kitchen, dinning and living area. There is also a ( large shed converted to a ) cook shack with a full size fridge, microwave, electric burners and a toaster oven. There is also a bathroom with a full-size shower/tub, hot water and a toilet. It comes with all of the basics to be comfortable while you camp. Also, you have a good chance of being alone. we usually only book 1 party at a time, Just message me to confirm. The property has enough lighting to completely light up the common area. There is also water and electric all over the property. There is a shooting range right outside of the property that is part of the forest. There is Blue Sink several miles away, it is a spring feed swimming hole that is deep enough for SCUBA. There is horse trails and OHV trails as well. This camp was a hunting camp and still has an huge animal cleaning station on the back side of the property, with water, drainage, power, lighting and all stainless steel sinks and counters. Come to play and explore or come to relax. Our camp is always (slowly)being Improved, you might see work in progress so be aware there may be a consolidated area that looks messy. This is a camp, everything gets dusty, and there are bugs. We keep the yard kept up and do what we can to limit bugs in the common area. I recommend a 4x4 although I don’t own one my self. The roads are usually decent, but the weather has a lot to do with roads in the forest.

Head west to through the preserve to lively downtown Gainesville or head east to Hawthorne to quiet historic Hawthorne. The trails go for miles...and outdoor recreation is everywhere! We offer several opportunities for guests: Campsite A: “Rv” 30amp plugin and UV filtered water hookup. Class C or smaller preferred. This site backs up to the trail so, periodically you see a cyclist buzz by. Adjacent to RV pad is a raised/clean tent camping area with additional room for tables and chairs. The whole space is about 50ft x 50ft Campsite B “The Bus” is a retired 1978 Greyhound Tourbus. The cab remains untouched with all the vintage radios and switches. As for the rest…it’s essentially a queen size sleeping studio. Equipped with 2 small under mount refrigerators, a large toaster, 2 burner stove and hot water. Definitely went far out with this one but, it also has fun lighting and 100’s of vinyl records and amazing sound system. The windows are very thick and filter the natural daylight, so reading or jumping online (yes there is Internet) is very relaxing. Campsite C “The Preserve” is for those that just have a small tent and minor gear. Bike touring is popular in our area and we are a base camp for mid-journey adventures. Affordable, safe and refreshing….and back gate to the trail. Our Indoor/Outdoor restroom is fully enclosed and plumbed with hot water shower and flushing toilet. The concrete structure is for all camp guests.

There is a fire pit by the Rv site that you can use to sit around in the evening and enjoy a fire if you wish. However, we don't recommend you go walking out into the swampy brush area, as there is a lot of Florida native wildlife like snakes and etc. and we want you to be safe. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Our property is gated and fenced off and extremely private. And no one can just walk on to our ranch. We live and work on the property ourselves, and are just a short walk or phone call away. This is a very private place, no close neighbors. Our goal is to give you all the space and privacy you need and or require. Most of our guests are here to participate at an event at the Daytona 500 track. Only 35 minutes to get to the track in Daytona. We understand that alot of our guests are driving from long distances to get here. We will work with you on check in times not to worry. There is a ton of space to park your vehicle and trailer if needed. We are on well water out here in the country.

Also, you have a good chance of being alone. we usually only book 1 party at a time, Just message me to confirm. The property has enough lighting to completely light up the common area. There is also water and electric all over the property. There is a shooting range right outside of the property that is part of the forest. There is Blue Sink several miles away, it is a spring feed swimming hole that is deep enough for SCUBA. There is horse trails and OHV trails as well. This camp was a hunting camp and still has an huge animal cleaning station on the back side of the property, with water, drainage, power, lighting and all stainless steel sinks and counters. Come to play and explore or come to relax. Our camp is always (slowly)being Improved, you might see work in progress so be aware there may be a consolidated area that looks messy. This is a camp, everything gets dusty, and there are bugs. We keep the yard kept up and do what we can to limit bugs in the common area. I recommend a 4x4 although I don’t own one my self. The roads are usually decent, but the weather has a lot to do with roads in the forest.

This site backs up to the trail so, periodically you see a cyclist buzz by. Adjacent to RV pad is a raised/clean tent camping area with additional room for tables and chairs. The whole space is about 50ft x 50ft Campsite B “The Bus” is a retired 1978 Greyhound Tourbus. The cab remains untouched with all the vintage radios and switches. As for the rest…it’s essentially a queen size sleeping studio. Equipped with 2 small under mount refrigerators, a large toaster, 2 burner stove and hot water. Definitely went far out with this one but, it also has fun lighting and 100’s of vinyl records and amazing sound system. The windows are very thick and filter the natural daylight, so reading or jumping online (yes there is Internet) is very relaxing. Campsite C “The Preserve” is for those that just have a small tent and minor gear. Bike touring is popular in our area and we are a base camp for mid-journey adventures. Affordable, safe and refreshing….and back gate to the trail. Our Indoor/Outdoor restroom is fully enclosed and plumbed with hot water shower and flushing toilet. We live and work on the property ourselves, and are just a short walk or phone call away. This is a very private place, no close neighbors. Our goal is to give you all the space and privacy you need and or require. Most of our guests are here to participate at an event at the Daytona 500 track. Only 35 minutes to get to the track in Daytona. We understand that alot of our guests are driving from long distances to get here. We will work with you on check in times not to worry. Welcome to Bike Trail Camp 10.5 After years of buildout (since 2017), we welcome you to relax and share this unique ecological corridor of Alachua County. We are located in the heart of the Lochloosa Wildlife Management Area, just 10miles from the University of Florida and Santa Fe College. We offer a getaway with natural intention. Unwind and Recharge right out the gate… Not only are there 1000’s of acres of natural are to explore, enjoy concerts, breweries, dining and entertainment all accessible by bike! Literally, our back gate is the Gainesville/Hawthorne Bicycle Greenway Mile Marker 10.5. Head west to through the preserve to lively downtown Gainesville or head east to Hawthorne to quiet historic Hawthorne. The trails go for miles...and outdoor recreation is everywhere! We offer several opportunities for guests: Campsite A: “Rv” 30amp plugin and UV filtered water hookup. Class C or smaller preferred. This site backs up to the trail so, periodically you see a cyclist buzz by. Adjacent to RV pad is a raised/clean tent camping area with additional room for tables and chairs. The whole space is about 50ft x 50ft Campsite B “The Bus” is a retired 1978 Greyhound Tourbus. The cab remains untouched with all the vintage radios and switches. As for the rest…it’s essentially a queen size sleeping studio. Equipped with 2 small under mount refrigerators, a large toaster, 2 burner stove and hot water. Definitely went far out with this one but, it also has fun lighting and 100’s of vinyl records and amazing sound system. The windows are very thick and filter the natural daylight, so reading or jumping online (yes there is Internet) is very relaxing. Campsite C “The Preserve” is for those that just have a small tent and minor gear. Bike touring is popular in our area and we are a base camp for mid-journey adventures. Affordable, safe and refreshing….and back gate to the trail. Our Indoor/Outdoor restroom is fully enclosed and plumbed with hot water shower and flushing toilet. The concrete structure is for all camp guests.

The property sits on 50 acres with natural beauty. This is a great location to relax and unwind from your busy stressful life. We are located 2 1/2 miles down a wide county maintained dirt road. It is very quiet and private out here on the ranch. There are no close neighbors in the vicinity of our property. On the property, we have an exotic bird sanctuary about 200 feet from the RV site. At times you will think you are in the Amazon jungle. The birds are very playful, entertaining to watch them play throughout the day. You are more than welcome to go and interact with the birds. There are swinging hammock chairs hung up in the sanctuary for your comfort. There is a variety of wildlife out here every day. You will see turkeys, deer, raccoons, armadillos, wild boars and even on occasion a black bear. There is a fire pit by the Rv site that you can use to sit around in the evening and enjoy a fire if you wish. However, we don't recommend you go walking out into the swampy brush area, as there is a lot of Florida native wildlife like snakes and etc. and we want you to be safe. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Our property is gated and fenced off and extremely private. And no one can just walk on to our ranch. We live and work on the property ourselves, and are just a short walk or phone call away. This is a very private place, no close neighbors. Our goal is to give you all the space and privacy you need and or require. Most of our guests are here to participate at an event at the Daytona 500 track. Only 35 minutes to get to the track in Daytona. We understand that alot of our guests are driving from long distances to get here. We will work with you on check in times not to worry. There is a ton of space to park your vehicle and trailer if needed. We are on well water out here in the country.

What a great experience with had at Cassandra's beautiful place. First off, she was super nice and accommodating. We expected just an empty spot but she managed to give us a table, power and water which made a huge difference. Also, she left us a table and all the necessary things to make our fire and barbeque. As a bonus, we made friends with the people staying in the vintage campers and cooper (the cat) was not only friendly, but we felt like he was there to protect us. :) We collected eggs from the chicken and made some good breakfast. Showering under the sky was also an experience on its own. The location feels very strategic due to its proximity to multiple water springs 100% recommended!

Anne was a great host and the whole family enjoyed our stay in 3 cabins and the RV site. Anne was very welcoming and stayed in touch with us throughout our stay. We enjoyed talking with her and getting to know the birds. The entire property is beautifully maintained, and the kitchen area was well stocked with everything we needed to make a few meals on site during our long weekend visit. The cabins were clean and A/C worked great. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone else looking to get away from the crowded big cities.

What a lovely campground! I didn’t arrive until around midnight. The owner left lights on for me and met me out there to show me where the outhouse and showers were! There were also extras left for me that I didn’t get a chance to use but would’ve been nice touches; bbq grill, wood, a table with a tablecloth, tiki torches, dish rack, water hose, and a power strip attached to electric!

I loved my stay at Kim's! It was so quiet and private. I especially loved that, even though there's no water or electric hook-ups at the tent sites, you still have a clean, climate-controlled bathroom with electric outlets if you REALLY need to charge something. Also, hot showers! I will say, if you're checking in after dark, make sure you go in the non-gated entrance with the metal wildflowers and NOT the gated entrance next to the goats. As per her instructions, your mapping app may lie to you.

Camping at Wildflower Ranch was great! Some of our favorite parts about this property: the stars, the showers, and the chickens. The property is super close to Cedar Lakes Woods and Gardens, which was another highlight of our trip. Highly recommend if you're looking for a private and serene spot to camp out.

Canopy over picnic table and an outdoor sofa made our trip so easy when the weather went ugly. There was a big grill and a lot of woods for cooking or just making fire. Bathroom was next to the camping site. Dish soap and sponge were there for us to clean our cooking utensils. Hot water shower is consistent, and good pressure.

Great open land with nice clusters of trees for cooling shade. Owner does an excellent job in providing a bin of some essentials along with a very detailed and organized binder that explains everything you need to know to ensure the best experience possible. All the rules are clear so there’s little left but to relax and enjoy the property. They provide all kinds of add ons including access to a very nice gym. Restrooms and showers were some of the nicest hip camp amenities Ive seen, all cooled by brand new air-conditioners. Cold and hot filtered bottle water is provided to refill your camp supply. We saw several gopher turtles and the bird watching was incredible with 11 different varieties in one evening. We would definitely go back and visit again.

Anne’s place was absolutely perfect! Restaurants, kayak launch, and rainbow Springs all only a few short minutes away! Anne’s outdoor rustic kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. And her outdoor bathroom/shower was AWESOME! So much better and cleaner than any state park bathroom facilities we’ve visited. Anne was such a pleasure to have awesome conversations with and she is more than accommodating and so friendly! We will absolutely return. I give her little Country Oasis a 10 out of 10!
