This place was perfect ! Quiet and peaceful, only 30 min away from silver springs. Erica was very accommodating and helpful when I needed something. She was a lovely host. Will deff stay again when Iām back in the area.

I truly enjoyed my second retreat at Whispering Oaks Lakeside Sanctuary. The landscape is picturesque. It's quiet, tranquil, scenic, and peaceful, making it a perfect escape. Each morning, I was treated to breathtaking sunrises over the pond, which made every day special. I loved watching two young deer arrive daily, gently drinking water and playfully frolicking around the pond, adding a touch of natureās charm. I also had a wonderful time cooking a meal at the fire pit. Electricity was provided with an extension cord giving me the conveniences that I needed in the van. The availability of running water and a nearby trash receptacle made the stay even more comfortable. Interlachen, a charming small town, offered a few nearby essentials: a small grocery store called Hitchcock's, a Post Office, a General Dollar store, and a CVS. Overall, Whispering Oaks Lakeside Sanctuary is a truly delightful place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful retreat.
Erica, the hostess, is delightful and knowledgeable. She can offer a variety of recommendations for things to do or places to dine nearby. I appreciated her hospitality.

Whispering Oaks Lakeside Sanctuary lives up to its name. It is picturesque, colorful, calming, and quiet. Take notice of the trees, the grass, the blue sky, the clouds, the moon, the plants, the flowers, the owls, the hawks, and the variety of other birds, the squirrels, the roosters, and the clear water. Bring wood for the fire and gaze across the water or the stars at night. Erica is a friendly, personable, and helpful host. Her dog is, too. The space and the accommodations were perfect for me. Having electricity was a bonus. There is plenty of space. It is so quiet during the day and night. I plan to visit again.

Hello fellow travelers! My stay with Erica was a much needed seclusive getaway for a few nights. The space was level, full of beautiful flowers and perfect for my dog and cat to roam. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that enjoys being close to water, plants and kindness via Erica and her adorable dog.

I cannot recommend this lakeside RV campsite enough! The serene setting, nestled right by the water, offers the perfect escape into nature. The views are breathtaking, and the peaceful ambiance makes it an ideal retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.
What truly set this experience apart, though, was the incredible host. Not only is she deeply knowledgeable about the local flora and wildlife, but she is also a skilled herbalist and an inspiring life coach. Her personalized session helped me heal my gut issues in ways I never thought possible, using natural remedies and holistic practices. Her wisdom and passion for wellness were life-changing, and I left feeling healthier and more empowered than ever.

We had such a beautiful time at Whispering Oaks! The site was gorgeous and Erica was a beautifully wonderful host! She was extremely accommodating and generous. She made sure we had a great time and even joined us for our fires and conversations. š„° I will for sure be going back!

OMG! My stay at Erica's was such an amazing stay! For HERBAL talk this is the place to be. She had so much knowledge and answered all of our questions. Please purchase her herbal sessions. Very tranquil and quiet. Erica is nice. The public dock and boat ramp is walking distance to carry your SUP, Kayak, or Canoe or check out a sunset. Apparently there are plenty of game and bait fish in the larger lake. The pond is peaceful for meditation and there is space to exercise in the sunshine. There was firewood available to use and gather. Would return in the future.

We had a nice relaxing weekend at Erica's place. No complaints! It was close to town, with its own rustic vibe. Easy lake access for kayaking. My dog enjoyed the pond And Free to the run around on her property.

The place was quiet and peaceful. The electrical box is almost falling over but it worked. She did say she was going to have it fixed. The lack of curb appeal was what we noticed when we first drove up. There were piles of cardboard and broken pots lying around the yard. Just made it look messy. It could be a really cute place if she puts some time into it. I hope she does.
