It is surrounded by acres of Pine Forest so enjoy the fresh air, listen to the birds, look at the wild life. We have about a dozen of chickens and a few roosters.The property is conveniently located 1 mile away from the Interstate 95, and 1 mile away from US1. 3 min drive to the grocery store( Publix).  Plenty of stuff to do around - fishing, canoeing and swimming- within 10-15 minutes to the River, Beaches and the Ocean; tons of natural preserves, parks and historic places. Tennis court, pickle ball courts and a play ground is across the street. 20-30 min to Daytona Beach or historic St.Augustine. A little over an hour to Orlando with Disney, Universal and other parks, Jacksonville or Cape Canaveral. Whatever your interest is - you can find it around - many of restaurants, wine tasting, fresh food market 7 days a week, NASCAR, Auditorium with performances, water sports, bike week, movie theater, and many more.  We have a water and electricity hook ups for 4 spots. Spaces for the boats are available also. No sewage disposal.There is a dog on the property. Dogs are ok but have to be cleaned after and be on the leash.Please no loud noise after the dark, no drugs or heavy drinking.Our guests love staying with us " We enjoyed our stay at Roxie’s place. Really great location close to the beach and grocery stores and restaurants, yet it is still in a quiet place just off the beaten path. Roxie is a wonderful host who met us upon arrival and departure to make sure all was going well. She even gave us some amazing fresh eggs from her chickens that roam freely on the land. (Be prepared for a lot of rooster crowing EARLY in the mornings). Our campsite was level and had water and electric. It was not too close to the other campers who were there and we had plenty of privacy. Star gazing was awesome! Highly recommend."

We are surrounded by countless trails through the forest with the trail heads sitting right on property, two barns for horses, many outdoor stalls and paddocks, wash racks, and an extra large riding arena. There is world class fishing nearby at the St. John's River and we are right near many beautiful springs - which, if you have never spent time in a natural spring you will absolutely want to check that out! Kayaking, tubing, swimming galore in crystal clear waters. We are a 20 minute drive from the Villages which offers shopping, dining, and activities, as well as 20 minutes to historic Mount Dora which is a beautiful artsy downtown village. We are 1 hour from Daytona & New Smyrna, 1 hour from Orlando (Disney anyone?). There is plenty to do on the ranch and nearby the ranch. You will have a blast. We'll see you by the campfire!

We are conveniently close to the Central Florida Attractions and the beach on both east and west coasts within an hour drivep. A few Campers favorite places to visit are Mount Dora Bike Trail - 2.6 miles, Kelly Park - 11 miles and Kings Landing 12 miles from farm. We offer youth day camps on various dates, pony rides and a tour of our farm animals for an additional fee. Reservations required in advance due to the other activities we have going on. In 2007, we had no idea where this adventure was going to take us. Our small urban farm was sharing our miniature animals with assisted living facilities and Neulife, where we have 3 miniature horses that live on their property. Little by little we have evolved into more of a need to share with the community and help others with the relaxing qualities our farm and animals have to offer, we want to be able to share and better educate with hands on experiences, teach kindness, patience, confidence and help others to be the best they can be. Going on a cruise and need a place to park your RV but not at the port parking? Park your RV and have it plugged in to stay cool and keep your fridge on so your food doesn’t go bad. We have one pedestal with 30 amp and water (No Sewer, Self contain your black and grey water) We have one back in site on gravel by a large Bird of Paradise. We are several minutes off Interstate 95 if traveling North or South and need a rest. If you’re looking to stay a few days there is plenty to do and see in the area. We are approximately 12 miles to Port Canaveral (Cruise Ships, restaurants, beaches). Close to Kennedy Space Center. Close the Cocoa Village where there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as some neat shops. Plenty of areas to swim and fish are near by as well. Jetty Park, Cocoa Beach also about 30 minutes away. If your lucky enough to see a launch from the driveway, its a real treat. Or you can drive over to the edge of the Banana and Indian Rivers and park along the road. PLEASE NOTE: We live on a one way street with no turn around, so its best to pull down the street and turn wide into the driveway and open the gate (If we have not opened it for you). Pull all the way to the end of the driveway (or up to our Montana) and back to the west where the site is located. This will put the utility side of your RV right up with the pedestal. This will put your camp side facing the house. Then when you leave just swing out the driveway and east down the street (Ideal for motorhomes and small to medium trailers)

We loved everything about this site. The site was very private with a gorgeous lake view. The site included full hook-ups, a table with benches and a fire pit with the firewood already provided. A trash can and a recycling bin were also provided. We stayed for 4 days and were really sad to leave. I could have stared at that lake forever! If we are ever in the area again We would definitely stay here again..

The setting is absolutely stunning, and being surrounded by beautiful farm animals made it even more special—especially the Highland cows, miniature donkeys, chickens, ducks, and friendly dogs. It was so peaceful! The scenery was beautiful (lovely field across the way with two cows and an occasional horse or two), it was quiet, the neighbors are nice, Cristy was very responsive. It was an all-around wonderful two weeks. We will definitely being coming back!

Weekend Trip to Family Farm Close to Everything!

We loved staying on this farm! We really enjoyed the highland cows, donkeys and very friendly dogs. I highly recommend adding on the animal feeding option - it was a riot! The hosts were super knowledgeable and friendly. The area is beautiful and very safe. It was a great stay!

What a great experience! Lovely space with gracious hosts. They were immediately available and helpful while also giving us plenty of space to enjoy the peaceful and beautiful private setting. It was great to have site hook ups and it was easy to get in and out. We were camping for our anniversary and Jeep Beach but there is plenty to do close by. Relaxing by the lake is wonderful too! We definitely recommend and hope to visit again!! Thank you!!!

We all enjoyed this site. Laura met us, told us the lowdown and left us to our own devices. It felt like it was our place. The lake,birds,insects,wildlife was amazing. I'll take this anyway over the city's in Florida. Awesome fires,awesome meals and plain relaxation 😌. Don't go, cause I don't want you to take my week! LOL! Really, really a wonderful site!

Weekend Trip to Tyde Water Manor

100% will be back on our next trip to Cape Canaveral. Great spot, easy to back into, and level. Even got to see a launch next morning from our campervan while drinking coffee! The site has water and power, which is more than enough for us. This is a perfect weekend spot from which to explore.

Christie’s camp was great! Beautiful level, private grassy spot under mossy oak trees. Quiet location conveniently located to the east of Orlando. Electricity and water available. Might need a long hose. We would absolutely come back again our travels to us this way!

Weekend Trip to Lakeside RV site

This is a fantastic site. It’s also worth going out of your way for. The campsite is new, clean and private. There was an abundance of shade and a great breeze off the water. Hiking, boating and a park are all near by. I will be staying here again. The owners were also vey kind and responsive.

Weekend Trip to Lakeside RV site

The view is absolutely breathtaking! We loved that even though we were just down the road from the owners, we had a lot of privacy with the beautiful palm trees and oak trees between us. We especially loved that there was full hookup with 50amp service. You will need an adapter if you have a 30amp. The water has softener in it which made us so happy! We had kayaks at our disposal so we were able to go fishing and kayaking. We didn’t catch anything but boy is tha lake gorgeous just to be on it. There was a firepit available but we didn’t use it. We loved waking up every morning with coffee in hand looking at the gorgeous lake and the cute little dock. Our Jack Russell loved running around and enjoyed being by the lake too! My husband and I will definitely be back! We give this site 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Christy was kind and helpful. She even loaned me a longer cable, because I forgot mine at home. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Great night's sleep in a peaceful setting! And I enjoyed a lovely morning walk!

We enjoyed camping here! It was a quiet neighborhood and the camp spot was private. Though water is available, we had issues with our water system in our truck bed camper and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor shower. Super close to see a rocket launch, which is why we visited! Drew was great and helped us park, got us all hooked up, and answered any questions and gave us local tips. We missed the tortoises this visit but hope to see them the next time we stay!

Jay is amazing and the property is perfect. It was exactly what I needed, I even stayed longer than I had planned. The location is perfect. I was totally grateful for the hot tub and how great of a host Jay was. I will be back!
