We are conveniently close to the Central Florida Attractions and the beach on both east and west coasts within an hour drivep. A few Campers favorite places to visit are Mount Dora Bike Trail - 2.6 miles, Kelly Park - 11 miles and Kings Landing 12 miles from farm. We offer youth day camps on various dates, pony rides and a tour of our farm animals for an additional fee. Reservations required in advance due to the other activities we have going on. In 2007, we had no idea where this adventure was going to take us. Our small urban farm was sharing our miniature animals with assisted living facilities and Neulife, where we have 3 miniature horses that live on their property. Little by little we have evolved into more of a need to share with the community and help others with the relaxing qualities our farm and animals have to offer, we want to be able to share and better educate with hands on experiences, teach kindness, patience, confidence and help others to be the best they can be. We loved our stay on the farm! The property was well kept and the campsites were set up nicely. We did visit during the off season, so we had the place to ourselves except for one night. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The farm animals were so cute. Lastly, the farm cats were the best! They both came up to us for some love and attention. Weekend Trip to Lakefront Downtown Orlando

My time at Lakefront Downtown Orlando was phenomenal! The hosts Julian and Jason were extremely friendly, and the space they provide is excellent. The house was perfectly clean, and had a nice kitchen to prepare some meals and chat a bit, a chilling living room to rest, a complete mosquito-proof swimming pool... And the designated camping/RV area was quite wide, plus the lake view (or even activities!) looked great. Besides all that, and very important for me, the place is within walking distance to Camping World Stadium (where the festival I was attending was held): a very cheap ride, or a ~30 min walk. You also have a Walmart across the road, very convenient. But above all, the ambient there was in the house with other RVs' and rooms' guests was super chill and friendly --in part I'm sure because of the great vibe of our festival, but also due to what Julian, Jason, and the house transmitted!

The property is well maintained, relaxing, private and beautiful. We enjoyed watching the deer in the mornings and the hawks soaring over the lake. Laura was quick to respond to our questions and was a fantastic host. Excellent set up and we will definitely book again in the future.

Weekend Trip to North Shore Relic Ranch

Stopped in while passing through. I assured James I would be there before dark. Of course I lingered too long and got there tired and in the dark. I missed the clearly obvious sign and wondered if my GPS had led me wrong. James came out to gather me in and show me to the perfect site for the night. Private, peaceful, great for what I did passing through, although I did take time for the Lake Apopka North Shore Wildlife Drive - highly recommended as well. Great place to stay.

7 nights at Pennylane Farm

While I was in Mark's front yard, I felt like I was a world away at my own farm. This wonderfully flat and clear site faces the horses and the nursery at the front of the property. It's far enough out to feel like you're in the countryside, but close enough to everything to feel like you're in the city. Just 15 minutes from Mt. Dora and 45 from the Lake Apopka Wilderness Drive, a perfect recommendation from Mark, Pennylane Farm is a perfect spot.

Steve's Hipcamp was perfect for me. I was exhibiting at the Orlando Maker Faire held just down the road at the Fair Grounds. I was up and out early in the morning and back to Steve's place by 10pm. It was quiet and has easy access. Steve is responsive and easy to work with.

Great weekend away in an amazing part of Florida. This is an great place for primitive camping. Very secluded. We were able to bike through miles of trails just down from the campsites.

My wife and I have stayed on site a couple times now and it’s been absolutely awesome in every way. The host James is super friendly & accommodating and the landscape has just beautiful with a jungle vibe. I would definitely recommend a visit!
