(Sorry, NO TENTS ALLOWED.) 70' Back-in RV spot can accommodate one RV and one vehicle (30' RV max). Located in Seagrove off San Juan Ave, two blocks from the emerald waters of 30A. Site includes water, electric (30/50/110), sewer, wifi + shared pool access. Two adult guests max, additional kids ok. Total 4 guests allowed. Pets must be pre-approved at time of booking. Location: Old Seagrove Beach, 1 mile east of the town of Seaside. 1/2 mile to deeded beach access. Pool: Sports style, saltwater pool is shared by guests of the Casa de Juan properties that includes the tiny house, cottage, campsite and hosts. No pets allowed in pool area. Pets: All pets must be preapproved at time of booking. No aggressive or aggressive breed dogs allowed. No nuisance animals allowed (dogs that bark excessively). We are in close quarters on small beach lots and we want all our guests and neighbors to enjoy their stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Must clean up after pets immediately. There are walking trails north and south of the campsite. Dogs must be permitted to be on the beaches in South Walton. Dogs are welcome outside at many restaurants. This is my small piece of land located on Garcon Point. It is four acres that is completely surrounded by undeveloped land. There is plenty of privacy for any camper. The site is a wide open space with plenty of area to turn around. There are two small ponds to relax by. You will have easy access to interstate 10, Milton, Bagdad, and Pace. If you want to visit the beaches you are less than a 20 minute drive away. There is a boat ramp less than five minutes away up Robinson Point Road. Blackwater River State Forest is twenty minutes away, there are water management trails ten minutes away.

Private pine and oak forest camping. With as many flowers as I can grow! 3 miles to Bluff Springs Recreation Area for boating and fishing. 1 1/2 hour drive to Pensacola Beach, great stop over point. Large parking lot but watch for low power lines. Beach Cruiser Bicycle repair and gas motorized bicycle repair and sales. Have bicycle tires tubes and many bicycle parts in stock! I only have 1 site renting, the parking lot is never crowded with other vehicles. Great place to park, no detours off of HWY 29, just pull in and pull out, circular drive and parking lot.  Direct access to other Highways like Hwy 65. No alcohol at this campsite, serenity. AA meetings if you would like. Property established in 1963.

Weekend Trip to Seagrove RV- Santa Rosa Beach, 30A!

Allison and her family were incredible hosts. We camped there with our 19ft camper. The site was immaculate and full hookups worked flawlessly. The pool was crystal clear and our children had a great time! Walking distance to the beach made multiple trips there nice and easy. We will definitely be back soon.

If you want to feel like a local with a quick step to the pool/backyard paradise, stay here. Great location with easy access to everything 30A including the beach a short walk away. Looking forward to a return trip! Thanks to our hosts for a lovely stay!
