No length restrictions and we have plenty of parking for boats as well.

Lovely spot and location! Electric hookups and a hose and super close to the back bay and a quick drive or even walk/bike to just about anything!

Enjoyed staying with Sarah as our host. Site was easy and accessible with a larger sized rig (70’ overall) . Prompt , courteous and communicated well. Definitely would recommend to others.

My wife and I stopped our travel van for one night at Sarah’s land, it is well located, nice and safe neighborhood, easy parking even for big rigs, I recommend.

The Emerald Coast Oasis

We couldn't have asked for a better place to take our camper on its maiden voyage. It was close to almost everything and if we had a few more days to explore, we would have found even more treasures. The owners were great and helpful when we first arrived. Their cats also enjoyed visiting with us when we were out on our little patio. this was also a very private area in a nice neighborhood.
