Camp Tally is tucked away in the Holly Hills neighborhood and features a 2023 Little Guy Max Teardrop Trailer. (AKA NYC apartment) Fully equipped with a double size bed, microwave, propane cooktop, AC, Hot shower, toilet, dedicated workspace, FAST WIFI, TV, Fire ring, comfortable chairs, firewood, and most importantly Privacy all while being 2.1 miles from FSU & FAMU. The mattress was upgraded to a Sealy pillowtop. Our neighborhood is super safe and quiet, great for morning and evening walks or runs. We are a 7-minute drive to Whole Foods, 5 minutes to Publix, and a wonderful ice cream shop is across the street with a drive-through and non-dairy options if you can't do lactose. Bar-B-Q with our easy-to-use propane grill (utensils and grill pans provided). Our fish station makes cleaning your catch a breeze! Guest access Large open deck with ladder access to the floating dock which is perfect for mooring your boat or launching kayaks. Kayaks are available for guest use. Other things to note: House rules for children staying at the cottage. We gladly accept children with the understanding that all children thirteen and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times outside the cottage due to its proximity over the river and being in a very natural wildlife environment. This is a strict requirement that will be compulsory. This is for the safety of your children while staying at the River Rise Cottage. We are pet friendly but do require that your pets are not left alone in the cottage. We have different size crates available, and these are provided at no extra charge in the event that you should leave the cottage and choose not to take your fur baby with you. What a beautiful, peaceful welcoming place & Host. We were greated by Sasha, Max a little princess. William came out and chatted with us and showed us all around his beautiful property. Full hookups, a beautiful Bathroom & Shower and washer and dryer area along with table. We had a nice picnic table and a big fire ring which we did use. William has beautiful fruit trees and a garden with chickens.. so cute. The fruit was delicious. We enjoyed cheese & crackers and drinks with William around the campfire and wonderful conversation. Very quiet and the pine trees were so pretty. We wish we could have stayed longer and in the future we will. This was one of our favorite places to stay. A must visit place. :)

I've stayed here twice now and I will say under the new management it is a complete 180 from last time. The park is actually kept up with. They were having a farmers market when we showed up. It is super quiet and priced fair. Only issue is they double booked my spot but they had it taken care of within minutes.

This site is very clean & well maintained. Good signage, easy to find, great hookups. Will was very welcoming. We were in a bind because we had generator issues that slowed our trip down & the Hipcamp we had reserved said they would not accept us. Will had no problem with a late check in & had the light on for us upon arrival at 11:30pm! Also great communication with host. Spot was very peaceful & quiet. We were only passing through but definitely a place to come back and just hang out because it's easy to get to & so nice. Will definitely go back! Thanks Will!

Better than expected. The view overlooking the water was amazing, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets that made it worth every penny. The spot was clean, quiet, and easy to set up. The shower house was small but well kept. Bring a 30 to 50 amp adapter as it states in the listing. Great stay, would definitely come back.
