Tucked away on a private beachfront lot between charming Apalachicola and the small fishing town of Carrabelle, Florida, this peaceful RV pad with private bathroom is ideal for retired couples, solo travelers, and vanlifers seeking stillness, nature, and Gulf Coast charm. Wake up to sunrise views rise over the bay and end the evening watching sunset skies light up the beach, all from your own slice of coastal Florida. This birders paradise will keep you busy with sightings of great blue and green herons, great egrets, snowy egrets, yellow rumped warblers, southern bald eagles, anhingas, double crested cormorants, brown pelicans, white Ibis, American coots, osprey, common gallinules, willets and lesser scaups. The site has a partially fences (three sides) front yard and is dog friendly. The beach access is private, and shared by the community of homeowners. ⸻ 🛠️ Site Features • 50-amp electric hookup • Fresh water connection • No dumping station (please plan accordingly) • Level gravel pad, easy access for vans (max ~30 ft) We have a toilet an outdoor shower (cold) available under the house. ⸻ 🌊 Stay with Us! • Private Access Community Beach is subject to Florida dog leash laws, dogs must be under owner control at all times.
