North Shore Relic Ranch RV

The site is on the back part of our 80 acres. Where the camper is located there is a half mile trail through the forest, across from our driveway there is a 2.6 mile nature trail, a 15 mile biking trail, place to launch a kayak or boat, and we are close to wekiva and rock springs. not to mention a free 15 mile nature drive on the weekends just minutes away. plus we arent far from downtown Mount Dora. There is a primitive campground here too (North Shore Relic Ranch). looking for other stuff to see, look no further. lol in the center of the property there is alot of stuff to see. plane hulls, concert truck, cars, trucks, military truck, cows, goats, chickens, etc. its a unique stay for sure!

River Garden Farm

River Garden Farm is located just across the street from the Withlacoochee River in beautiful Dunnellon Florida. We have 1  RV camping space for up to a 30 foot RV. with water and 30 amp electric.  We also have a pull through site for "Boondocking" with 15 amp electric and water. We have a deeded boat dock and kayak launch just across the street. The Rainbow River is only about 2 miles away.


The Olive Grove Cabin Tent

Glamping in The Olive Grove.

Aframe Cabin Tent nestled in a 4 acre olive orchard.  We are a working farm and harvest and mill our olives into high quality, extra virgin olive oil.  Free range chickens and ducks and rescue dogs roam the grounds. Cabin tent side opens, queen bed, Wi-fi, heat and AC, TV, electric outlets and fire pit. Kitchenette and bathrooms are separate from the cabin tent. Kitchenette has coffee maker, toaster over/ air fryer, hot plate, pots and pans.  Bathrooms have showers with hot water and flushing toilets. Located on the bike path, close to Weeki Wachee River Mermaids and the beautiful Chassahwitzka River. Relax, rest and take it all in.  No pets please.

Enjoy farm fresh eggs and fresh olive oil with your stay, our gift. Firewood available $1 per log.  Farm Store open on weekends August thru March.

My mini farm

About the property
Trails, waterways, and the nearby Gulf Coast offer plenty to see and do during your stay. Just 10 minutes from Crystal River, enjoy the abundant hiking, swimming, kayaking, bicycling, and horseback riding the area has to offer. 
This is a working farm so expect to see horses, chickens, pigs, and our farm dog during your stay. Be sure to bring your farm shoes! 
Your Hosts live onsite and are flexible to hang out and suggest activities if requested, but also happy to just show you around and then leave you to enjoy your stay in solitude. 
Note that we offer three total Hipcamp sites, so you may see other travelers in common areas or in passing on the property during your stay. 
About the listing
We welcome self-contained travelers in camper vans, trucks, trailers, and RVs up to 35 feet in length. 
Potable water is available. We don’t have a kitchen but you are welcome to cook on the grill over the firepit. You can also spread out during meals on the provided picnic table. 
Enjoy the hot outdoor shower during your stay. If you’ve never showered under the stars, this is your chance!
Campfires are allowed, and some wood is provided during your stay to get you started. Please fully extinguish fires after use, and always follow county restrictions if there is a fire ban due to dry weather.
Additional details to note
- No WiFi is provided, but we do have good cell service onsite.
- Pets are allowed, as long as they won’t mind being around our animals. 
- Feel free to dispose of your compost, recycling, and trash in the provided bins.

We have gopher turtle families & many other wildlife. There is approximately 1.5 acres of protected wetland. We get all different kinds of wildlife coming through on different migratory passes.  There are port a potty for your use, along with a 13' fire pit, or you can hang out and BBQ on the smaller fire ring. We also have a wonderful Labyrinth that you can walk or meditate in.  We are 7 miles away from Weeki Wachee Springs.  3 miles from Aripeke Sandhill Preserve. Many other local places to go visit & see.  This is a beautiful mixture of open & forested ares with many places to go to locally.  

It is a large area, three or four tents can fit here. 

Secluded Canal Life

I came back to FL for the 6th time and fell in love with my stilt house and it's location.  There are canals on all three sides but not directly in my yard. This gem sat empty 5 years waiting for me.  She was brown and tired looking, I jazzed her up and brought her to life with bright colors and my eccentric decorating ideas, and animals.  You can meet my Munchkin cats, my MaCaw, Jasmine  (she bites)  and my little dog, Jax, while visiting.  I have one neighbor, on Leaf Ct., across the street, Carolyn, and that is where Happy Hour most days is at 4:00 pm.  We usually have cheese and crackers, snacks of some sort but beverages are BYOB.  I have 1 fishing pole, bait bucket, fish holder net ready to fill up from her dock. She has one fishing Kayak available to rent for $15 a day.  You can park your airboat at her dock too. Sometimes I offer specialty dinners as well, reasonable prices. Canal Life is a pleasant adventure, a little out of the way, a true hidden gem in Inverness.  The property is large enough for a couple tents to stay in front while you are here, invite your friends.  The flowers and the butterflies, the birds, owls, San Hill Cranes, and other critters may cross your path...Learn more about this land:PRIMITIVE, bring your own drinking water and toilet.  Perfect camp for those that like privacy.  Inverness, off of Turner Camp Road,  come by airboat or drive in.  Friends/family can bring tents or self contained vehicle.  Your area is large and you can put several tents here. I think my property is the perfect place for a couple or a small group to camp and have a great time but have all the privacy you don't get in a campground.  The campground has a charcoal grill, a firepit, rod iron table with seating for 4.    We are right past the airboat dam off Turner Camp.  Blacktop road down to site and water. Close to Inverness Fireworks, or you can shoot them off across the canal. Access to the Tsala Lake Canals at the end of road, 3 mi to the Withlacoochee River and free public boat ramp. The property is on a peninsula walking distance to airboat dam.  We are somewhat isolated but only 1/2  mile to a convenience store, 7 miles to town.  No one ever comes down my road unless they know where they are going.  Go to Rainbow Springs, Withlacoochee Bike Trail, See Manatees or Hunt Scallops in Crystal River, Going to Disney or Orlando, stay in your tent here and save.  Right now you can pull an RV in there if you can back down the street. 

The canal is right at the end of street, we have 1 Kayak you can use. 

This is a public road that no one knows about.  You can launch your kayak or airboat here.  You can fish also. 

Airboating is very popular and you WILL hear airboats while you are here.  They are supposed to be off the water by 11:00 pm.  You can bring your airboat and launch it from your camping ground without your trailer! 

Pileated Woodpeckers frequent the grandfathers oaks in the yard. 

When the water is low enough boats use this bridge, when they water is too high the boats go over the road. 

This dam is walking distance from the campground.
