Extremely clean and comfortable stay! The electric box even had its own light and there was also plenty of light for a night walk to the bathhouse without needing the light on your phone. They were very accommodating to our needs and quick to respond. The lots are nice, from flat & spacious concrete pads to set up on - to the beautiful greenery, it really felt like a resort. Alan's spot was perfect for us. He met us upon arrival and was very hospitable. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The spot has great evening lighting. Alan can turn off the lights if you prefer. There are several close businesses, including a restaurant just a short walk away, and a Wawa a block away. The power was good. We did not use the water because there was no need for us. There is a long grassy area for dog walking. This is a great stop for passing through and/or if you want to head to Orlando during the day. Highly recommend.
