Loved seeing all the animals on the farm! As you might expect, there’s no/little cell phone service here, so just good to know. This was an easy place to stay one night and then get quickly to Mesa Verde!

Simple campsite for a quick stay. The campsite is a gravel drive in the front yard of a home in a rural neighborhood. Active wildlife in the area. We had a deer run by the tent and heard elk calls at night. It's more of an RV spot with an electric hook-up, but does suffice for a quick, overnight stay. Be sure to use the bathroom before you show!

Great spot to stay in while enjoying Durango and Mesa Verde! You are parked in their “front yard”, by don’t let that fact dissuade you. The views from our camper made us feel like we were in the woods, and yet we were very close to town. Chris and his wife were excellent hosts. He gave us ideas on where to eat (11th Street Station was great) and other local activities to enjoy.

I loved my stay at Marianne ranch. The spot is level and the ground was firm. The view towards the sunrise is incredible and it was really nice to have the animals around. Marianne is a gracious host, she came out to meet me and we had a lovely chat.

Nice View Friendly host and animal. Pastures are still a little to wet so parking was a bit limited but all good. If we are back through this summer we will definitely plan on staying
