Lisa and Doug were great hosts. Whatever we needed they were there for us. They have a great RV , which was perfect for the 5 of us. 3 adults and 2 kids. They had everything we needed for cooking. Nice area and easy to find. We wish we stayed another day.
I highly recommend staying here for anyone, also it’s close to lots of activities and places to see and go do.

Great place for family to stay! The RV was very clean and was stocked with plenty of towels and blankets. The neighborhood is very quiet and a great location for anyone visiting Mesa Verde. Our boys really enjoyed the fire pit!

We absolutely LOVED staying at Secluded Forest Glamping @ 7450!! Lisa was great, making sure we had everything we needed. The upscale RV was amazing! Very cozy, SO clean, decor was awesome. The back and loft areas were so cute! The location was perfect - felt like we were in the middle of the forest. There was an incredible amount of information about nearby activities, places to go and see; games and books available; and having 2 bathrooms was nice for the 5 of us. We would highly recommend Secluded Forest Glamping @ 7450 to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, quiet and affordable place to stay for one or multiple nights. A very cool home away from home! We loved the camper, it was the perfect basecamp for Mesa Verde NP! 20 minutes from the entrance/visitor center. Had everything we needed, and Lisa was a super communicator. Would highly recommend and would stay again if we ever return.

The RV was super cute and had all the modern conveniences. The host was a great communicator and had everything ready for us and made sure we knew exactly how to get there. I will say a grill would be an excellent addition although we had fun cooking on the fire. My one complaint is that I would not consider this rental very secluded as you are pretty close to the host and other houses, and the RV is right next to the road so there is significant traffic noise. We were hoping to play guitar around the campfire at night but ultimately felt like that would be rude in this location. Overall we did enjoy our stay and Lisa was super nice!!

What a beautiful experience. Lisa was a great communicator from the moment I booked with them. Their property is beautiful with a stillness that is peaceful. Their camper had everything I needed. It felt like home. Lisa watched my puppy two days while I was in class. She went beyond the call of duty to ensure my stay was perfect. I can’t wait to come back!

Our family of 4, including 2 teens, absolutely loved this space! The RV is set up to receive family and that's exactly what we felt like while staying. The kitchen was stocked, the decor was comfortably cute and the fresh eggs were delicious. Absolutely stunning RV! Lisa thought of all details! There are 2 bathrooms and 1 shower. The location is perfect for Telluride, Durango and Mesa Verde. Delicious restaurants less than 10 minutes away in Mancos. Summit Lake is within walking distance and we saw a beaver family! The star gazing is jaw dropping! A visit to the Durango Resort with hot springs is a must! Lisa and Doug were extremely helpful and offer a variety of ideas on what to do in the area. Although the RV is close to the main house, it's situated to feel as if you were the only structure. We had a blast in SW Colorado and definitely recommend Lisa's RV!

SUMMIT FOREST CAMPING @ 7450' !
My family loved staying with Lisa. She was spot on with her communication and we appreciated her helpful tips to navigate the area.
The RV came equipped with everything to make our stay enjoyable--comfortable beds, full kitchen and refrigerator to prepare meals, and even a washer/dryer to do laundry. The kids loved the loft bed and bunkbed and we all enjoyed making a fire in the pit, with firewood provided.
Lisa is truly the quintessential host who has thought of everything to make her guests feel welcome and cared for.

The RV glamping was a fun, comfortable experience! The RV provided everything we needed, was clean and had a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend!!! Lisa was also great with providing all the information!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Lisa’s RV and it was absolutely perfect. She provides everything you could need and more, she even gives free eggs from her hens! The RV was so clean and spacious and Lisa is so inviting and kind, we felt right at home! If we are ever in the Mancos area we will definitely be returning! I couldn’t recommend a place to stay more than here!

The host delivered on everything they promised; the place was immaculate, it was very clean, orderly, and everything in the RV was functional. Future Hipcampers should know that the site is next to their house on a wooded lot; but, there are trees and bushes between the RV and the house.

Great glamping spot for our four girls! Off a quiet road, easy to find, and a solid base camp for other adventures. Well equipped and clean. Has everything you need to show up and glamp!

SUMMIT @7450’ FOREST RV Camping!
Lisa and Doug are very welcoming and gracious hosts. The eggs were so delicious and a wonderful start to our day. The site is level gravel with easily accessible full hook ups.
The fire ring sits down a few steps from the site with solar lights for safety
It sits on a quiet road with wooded areas all around Mancos is nearby for dining options too.
Our only regret is that we could not stay longer.
We would love to return and explore the area again. So much to see in the area. Mesa Verde is very close and so beautiful/interesting.
