The main level couch will fold down and become another bed platform. We provide a CordaRoys transformable chair, that unzips and becomes the bed topper (plus extra sheets, blankets and pillows). Some of the kid guests like to sleep in the Gnome room in the "pop-up" tent and cots (during the Summer months). We provide a "smart movie projector" with built-in ROKU, for a movie night...The outdoor kitchen includes a PitBoss pellet smoker/grill, and propane griddle. The kitchen has a 2-burner gas stove and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a Nature's Head composting toilet... The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. Gave us space but made sure to let them know if we needed anything. The property and A-frames are amazing and such a wonderful place to escape without have to drive far. 10/10

Cute little nested spot. Neighboring houses, also additional sites where others are staying. So, if you are looking for more or complete solitude choose the A-frame furthest from house. Very quiet community. Good experience with access to outdoor shower and toilet area.

The Prospector cabin at the M Lazy C ranch was cute, comfortable, clean and convenient! It was exactly what we were expecting and we had a wonderful stay there. We would certainly come back!

We loved staying in Chantelle’s Bishop Cabin! We enjoyed the property immensely. Chantelle was quick to offer suggestions for local activities. We enjoyed a wonderful hike at nearby Mt Pisgah, conversations with fellow guests, and interactions with all of the animals.

This site was perfect for my partner and I for the night! The hosts were very helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend this site for people looking to get away and unplug in the comfort of still having access to some resources!

Weekend Trip to Aspen Forest in Evergreen Colorado

Awesome tiny cabin in the trees! Beautiful and quiet place, it had comfortable bed and sofa couch to sleep in. Cabin had all things necessary to cook food, plus great hot water for showers and a wonderful dry sauna with a view into the trees. Easy check in and out, the host was expedient with replies to questions as well. It was also very clean and tidy. It was also close enough to town to grab food but far enough away to never hear traffic. I highly recommend this well accommodated cabin. ❤️

Weekend Trip to Private 120-Acre Animal Sanctuary

This was EXACTLY the weekend getaway I was hoping for with my 2 kiddos. The setup was simple yet had all the little amenities you'd need to make it a super easy packing trip. The yurt tent itself was perfect for the 3 of us. There was a cot and mattress pad for my boys, we just brought their sleeping bags, pillow, and blanket. The queen mattress was comfortable and even had a heated feature which was lovely! There was a small fridge/cooler, charge station, hot water pot, Keurig coffee, and a large water pitcher that lasted us all weekend. Outside the tent there were chairs, a table, a propane gas fit pit for roasting marshmallows, and a tree hammock which my boys loved. Right next to the tent was a dry bathroom that was interesting to use but worked fine for our needs. Nice to have something close. Waking up to the sounds of birds was so relaxing. We took a walk around the property and got to say hello to all the different animals. 10mins away is Elizabeth with a Safeway and some restaurants and 20mins away is Parker with a larger plethora of food options. George and Candice were gracious and responsive hosts who do great work for these animals. I cannot recommend their glamping site enough for anyone who wants a stress free experience out in nature!

We loooved the A-frame on Ernest’s property! Everything was well-appointed and very clean. Ernest was prompt to reply. We explored the land on a hike and had a great time. Highly recommend! Note: the weather can be colder/snowier than in Evergreen. Consider when packing :)

I would say the place is spectacularly beautiful- the dry toilet (bag of sawdust on a bucket with a seat) was in a children’s wooden playhouse out back so not ideal for those who are tall or prone to head injury!

Peaceful and quiet. There is WiFi if you need it. I didn’t want any and there is a little electricity if you need it. Tim was friendly. Unfortunately could not start a fire because of weather conditions, but he had a grill available. Definitely a place I want to go back too.
