Our neighbors have chosen to live in Marble for its privacy and tranquillity. Please show them respect by keeping the noise down and leaving them be.

Winter camping experience/equipment and a high-clearance 4x4 vehicle with severe snow-rated tires and chains may be required to access the yurt Oct-April. The House where we live is the corner stone of the Bruce Property and is on the Colorado Register of Historic Houses.The residence was constructed between 1905 and 1912, using red bricks made on the site. John and Sophia Bruce, early pioneers in the North Fork Valley, were first involved in cattle raising. The family later became successful fruit growers. 🛷 Trail Conditions: About a 2-mile stretch of Tennessee Creek Road is groomed during winter for skiing and snowmobiling up to Forest Road 103. Beyond that point, the road is ungroomed and may have deep powder or snow drifts, making travel more challenging.

Ginger’s place was excellent and even better than the pictures showed! The views were incredible and the inside was bigger than expected. I loved the outdoor shower. The bathroom situation is unique- I’ve never used a dry toilet before. The stars at night were super bright. Definitely recommend screenshotting her instructions on how to get to the property once you lose cell service but the instructions are very accurate. I purchased one of the hand made cards to send home which was a nice touch. The location is really close to Basalt but you feel like you’re the only one on the mountain. We used it as home base to go between Aspen and Carbondale. Would love to visit again.

My family adored the Aspen Yurt. We had to change camping plans last minute due to an injury, and once we found this location, we were sold. Our vacation was not canceled, just happily adapted. Aspen Yurt was everything we wanted, and it was so beautiful. Roomy enough for a grown family of 4. The outdoor freshwater tub was a hit, along with the beautiful outdoor shower. Great memories were made.

Incredible stay at the Juniper yurt! The view is surreal, drive to town is short, and the gas stove at night made it a perfect stay with our 9 month old. The bed is comfortable, and our baby loved rolling around on a blanket in the grassy area outside. We will absolutely be back. Ginger is a great host and made the whole experience seamless!

My family and I loved Stay’s property! The grounds were absolutely gorgeous. The cooking area has a beautiful creek and everything you need for a cookout. Multiple hammocks to choose from, a little tree bridge to cross the creek, and breathtaking views. So many deer came right up to us. They thought of everything! We had clean restrooms and warm showers. The yurt was such a cool experience and the extra fee for bedding gave us a fully made bed with extra blankets. We LOVED every moment. The downtown area has a great food options and we really enjoyed 476 Eatery for dinner. For breakfast we stopped by Paonia Bread Works and had the BEST coffee, sandwiches and pastries. The only bad part was that we could not stay longer due to our trip schedule. Thank you so much Stacy. You truly have a beautiful place. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Stacy was great and her land is really special. vega is the bestest of dogs and we enjoyed our stay. Pro tip. There is less road noise in the tipis. Yurt was super comfortable though. The tree in the communal kitchen is one of the best trees I have ever met. It is truly magical.

Weekend Trip to Sage View Ranch
Kind hosts who make you feel at home. Delightful access to a warm shower in the sunroom. There are eggs that you can purchase from them, straight from their hens. This was our second visit. We love the area. So much to see and do.

We loved staying at Alpine Valley Ranch! We were there for the mountain games and this spot is a little piece of heaven. Only 30 minutes to Vail. The cabin is precious and after driving across the country. it felt great to sleep in a bed and take a hot shower.. And my daugher and some of her friends were able to camp there. Tons of trails right behind the property. Very cool spot! Thanks Gerry!

We had an amazing stay and the views are stunning. It’s extremely private and relaxing. The yurt very clean and inviting. The outdoor shower was definitely the best part. Its the perfect getaway from the city.
I definitely recommend 4WD as the road up to yurt is gravel at a moderate incline.

Great place to stay, we enjoyed a night in the yurt. Since we were the only guests it was very peaceful and quiet. The whole place was very clean and well maintained. Would love to come back sometime and try staying in one of the beautiful tipis next!

2 nights at Basalt Mountain Homestead
Juniper Yurt is a once in a lifetime place to stay. This is my 2nd time staying here and I hope it won't be the last. It is so remote and peaceful and beautiful. Everything you need and more comes with the yurt, inc a gorgeous outdoor shower. Even though remote, you can be down in the town in just a short drive or hours walk so you are not totally disconnected should you need. Ginger was so great at communicating with us and made us feel very welcome, we knew we could message at any time if we needed anything. I would recommend for anyone to stay here!

Ginger’s land and the Juniper yurt were incredible! We had the best stay and were really blown away by the views and overall experience. Ginger thought of everything so there was great ease and it felt peaceful and relaxing the entire time. Would love to glamp here again!
