A massive flood in Jan 2021 brought 100's of gigantic full sized redwood trees and boulders smashing down thru most of the land and previous structures. It is and will be in the process of rebuilding for many years to come.

They are about 300 feet apart and not easily visible from each other. Property is fully fenced; both sites are next to an open field under the oaks with vineyard, olive orchard and mountain views. This property is 30 miles from Paso Robles and almost perfectly centered between Missions San Antonio and San Miguel. Lakes San Antonio and Nacimiento are close by. Coastal towns of Cayucos and Morro Bay are about an hour scenic drive, passing many wineries along the way. There is space for multiple RVs or additional tents sharing your party's RV restroom facilities. Site one will accommodate sixteen people and multiple vehicles. Site two will accommodate ten people and two vehicles. For larger groups we ask that that you book both sites. We have hosted many family reunions and the feedback has been 100% positive. 1967 vintage trailer and listen to the symphony of frogs in the creek just outside your window.
With love and labor... we gutted, redesigned and restored
this little trailer for the ultimate functioning space for two.
Nice little kitchen with copper counters and
everything you need for cooking and dining.
A Berkey filter for clean water,
hardwood floors and a comfy bed complete with organic mattress, down comforter and cotton sheets.
Fold out dining table if you care to (or need to)
eat indoors.
There is also an outdoor kitchen space with a sink
(no hot water), gas grill,
propane burner (bring your own small canister)
and a patio table and chairs. We have a charcoal grill available too.
The creek runs mostly year round so feel free to get your feet wet on a hot sunny day.
We also have an outdoor warm shower and sink as well as a hot water kitchen sink that you can
share with other campers.
You are welcome to cruise the property and check out the chickens, ducks
and horses.
We have three dogs on the ranch, a deaf and incredibly sweet pitbull ( he is a food thief so store food and garbage
as though raccoons were a problem), a curious and playful ranch dog Pluto (who will be your tour guide)
and a Boston Bulldogge, Astrid.
We are surrounded by orchards which have some of the best apples and pears
in the country.
Seasonally you can stop by many apple markets
and do a
tasting.
We also have
a lively wine tasting venue less than a mile away.
Avila Beach is a short 4 miles away and we are happy to share bikes if we have them available
but can't guarantee any.
Our location
is a bikers' dream as the 13 mile scenic road takes you all the way into
SLO.

(The weather prevented us from experiencing that and so much more but it’s easy to build a great trip when staying at Megan’s place.) It was a unique experience and if you enjoy or interested in horses - this is a great spot to stay."

Our 42 acres is located at the beginning of the award winning Adelaide Wine trail in Paso Robles.
Our ranch was once home to a horse boarding and breeding ranch which bred Paso Fino horses, known for their beautiful gait.
Having been a horse ranch, it left us with some nice trails that you can enjoy during your stay.
We have some nice uphill walks to view your local surroundings while sitting to enjoy a glass of wine or you morning cup of coffee/tea.
We are on a well out here so at times you may get a sulphur/mineral smell to the water.
Please bring your own drinking/cooking water.
It is safe to shower, my hair feels so much thicker!
On the ranch you will see that we have 2 donkeys, Desi (black) and Lucy (light grey).
Along with our donkeys we have to friendly goats, Fiona (brown) and Sadie (white), they love carrots.
but please stick to one carrot a day each, we don't want to over feed them.
We also have chickens which means have farm fresh eggs. $5 for 1/2 dozen.
Up on the hill you will see Connie a cow and her buddy Samuel, the bull. they love carrots but please do not go into their pasture. She'll think you're bringing food and gets very dangerously excited.
Please feel free to walk the property and become one with nature while observing the local indigenous floral and fauna.

It transitioned into a cattle ranch in the early 1900's when Archie Smith married into the Lynch family. Our 42 acres is located at the beginning of the award winning Adelaide Wine trail in Paso Robles.
Our ranch was once home to a horse boarding and breeding ranch which bred Paso Fino horses, known for their beautiful gait.
Having been a horse ranch, it left us with some nice trails that you can enjoy during your stay.
We have some nice uphill walks to view your local surroundings while sitting to enjoy a glass of wine or you morning cup of coffee/tea.
We are on a well out here so at times you may get a sulphur/mineral smell to the water.
Please bring your own drinking/cooking water.
It is safe to shower, my hair feels so much thicker!
On the ranch you will see that we have 2 donkeys, Desi (black) and Lucy (light grey).
Along with our donkeys we have to friendly goats, Fiona (brown) and Sadie (white), they love carrots.
but please stick to one carrot a day each, we don't want to over feed them.
We also have chickens which means have farm fresh eggs. $5 for 1/2 dozen.
Up on the hill you will see Connie a cow and her buddy Samuel, the bull. they love carrots but please do not go into their pasture. She'll think you're bringing food and gets very dangerously excited.
Please feel free to walk the property and become one with nature while observing the local indigenous floral and fauna.

A very beautiful site for my rv van. The location was quiet and secluded. I was a little worried about finding my site since I arrived after dark and it’s on a gravel road, but the instructions were good and I was able to find it without issue. Overall, a great place to stay!

We had a fantastic time at vinyl vinyards. It was not only beautiful but it had everything we needed. There was only one thing that might have enhanced our stay. Our host let us know in advance that there was a heater in the camper but we couldn't get it to work. Other than that, we really enjoyed it! Would love to go back!

I've been to this Hip camp several times now. It provides plenty of space with beautiful views, and for better or worse has perfect cell coverage (Verizon). Jeffrey and Susan are always available via the app though they to not come to meet you, which is nice for getting away. Camp sites have water and electric hookups, shady areas for seating, fire rings and, did I mention, both have beautiful views? Can't recommend enough

An awesome getaway in the vineyard covered hills. Only two campsites on the property, so it feels private. Water and electricity hookups made camping with a travel trailer perfect. The site comes with all the amenities you will need; a fire pit, grill, seating, lighting, and great views. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

This site is nestled among beautiful oak trees in the central CA countryside. It's private, away from others, and provides great amenities for the price, including multiple electric and water hookups. The fire ring, chairs and table make this a cozy and comfortable place to spend a few days! Hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we were well take care of! We're already booking our next trip to this site!
