Join the royal court and stay in our 1975 Airstream Sovereign Land Yacht! Woodson, Potato Chip Rock, Iron Mountain). You also have access to a relaxing hot tub/jacuzzi & brand new 300sf deck.
The Airstream has one King bed with a super comfy mattress and the dinette turns in to an additional King sleeping space.
If you want a true immersive, farm experience, ask about our add-on experiences including grooming the animals, helping at feed time, and cleaning their pens! There's plenty of great space to ride your bikes, and it's proven to be a hit with the kiddos!
The Airstream is new to the ranch and is a work in progress, but you'll love the charm of hanging out in a very cool vintage trailer. We'll soon be adding some layers of paint, shine, and lots of love, so make sure to follow our progress in fixing the ole girl up!
Our location is also unique because we are fully fenced in and have a separate turn out space for your horses (check add-ons for camping with your horse). We also have a small 1954 Camper ("Lucy") that can act as a second bedroom for more sleeping space (check for add-on).
**WHEELCHAIR ACCESS: We can provide a ramp for the Airstream for accessibility, though please be aware the camper is small, likely not wide enough for a standard wheelchair, and the bathroom is also small and doesn't meet ADA standards. Please ask if you have questions?!

D & J Stables is a family run facility created by Dick and Jenny Tynan in 2005. It is located on the Kimzey Family Ranch in San Diego.
Since their passing, the Stables have been managed by their son Scott Tynan.
Our stables offer a clean and quiet place for horse owners to board their precious companions - short or long term - or to serve as a weekend getaway for a person or group of friends/riders.
Each Boarding Corral has walking space, shaded corners, automated water feeders, soft dirt, partially sheltered sides and is in close proximity to a round pen, a small arena (turnout) and is encompassed by a small walking track. No two corrals are close enough to each other for the horses to interact, reducing the likelyhood of mishap from a neighbor.
Each Weekender Corral comes equipped with the same as the above, excepting only the partially sheltered side panels, and are right next to where you will be parking your trailer or camper.
With access to all 38 miles of equestrian trails in the area and less than a 2 mile ride to the beautiful South San Diego beaches, D&J Stables is a prime location for horse men and women everywhere.

If you’re looking for a rustic and unique glamping experience surrounded by farm animals, you would love Namaste Farms. The treehouse is cozy, with thoughtful amenities like electricity, a heater, fan, tea kettle, instant coffee, utensils, mugs, and even wine glasses.
We loved seeing the variety of animals on the property — sheep, ponies, a horse, peacocks, ducks, chickens, and a few friendly border collies. The location is convenient and close to plenty of restaurants and wineries, with flat, easy roads leading up to the property. The outdoor shower and toilet are private (not shared) and add to the glamping feel, while still offering modern comforts. Just keep in mind you’ll need to park outside the gate and carry your luggage in, and the space itself is best suited for smaller dogs (under 30 lbs). We stayed during mid-October and the overnight temperature was pleasant without needing to use the heater.

Weekend Trip to Namaste Farms
What an incredible weekend at Namaste and we can not wait to come back for another stay! We came in from Palm Springs for a nice relaxing weekened surrounded by farm life! My husband and i just celebrated 21 years together, 18 years married, and it was just what the dr ordered! The tree house was so fun and a cute little cozy place to stay. The Ranch was rustic, so charming, and nicely kept. We loved petting allllll of the animals and feeding the horses. The pups (gaudians) around the farm were so fun and kept me from missing my own that stayed home. Sean was so nice and we had so many nice chats with him about the animals, farm life, and his family. He gave us AWESOME suggestions on places to eat near by and they did not disappoint! Overall 10/10 I recommend and hope to return soon 🫶🏼

Namaste farms was a perfect little escape for a night. Sean was so helpful getting us set up and answering any questions we had. The tree house was so cozy and perfect for a little “glamping trip”.
The animals are all so friendly and loved the carrots that we brought. Hope to be back soon!

Everything was great. Place and people were all amazing. We took the tour and really enjoyed it. The only thing that I wasn’t used to from past farms we have stayed at- they usually welcome you to help and interact with the animals if you are staying on property but here they didn’t. For the record, that wasn’t offered in the listing, I kinda just assumed it from past experiences and that was wrong. Overall, great place and great people!!

Sean was very welcoming and very attentive to any need we might have. The farm is a quiet place with plenty of animals. Sean does a great job taking care of the animals. Staying in his farm helps found money needed to maintain the animals including all the rescue animals. If you are not afraid of spider then it is worth visiting.

We loved spending time in the Sovereign Airstream! It was a weekend of firsts for my son - first camp fire, first s’more, and first time feeding farm animals! It was a wonderful way to introduce my son to camping in a way that reduced the pressures of the wild on a toddler (and me). Highly recommended! And Kimber was a wonderful host! We did the animal feeding experience, which was a treat and something my son won’t stop talking about. 10/10, will absolutely do again

Weekend Trip to Namaste Farms
The whole experience provided what was promised - a quiet and private glamping. We booked The Pony Experience which provided us a secluded area, where this very cute and comfortable trailer sits. This package also comes with the star resident, My Boyfriend (a handsome mini horse), right in front of the trailer. We found out he LOVES fresh carrots and apples, and he let's you know when that he wants more. We also had the company of the farm's friendly dogs. Sean was very nice and accommodating, and made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. What a wonderful way to celebrate our 35th anniversary! This was a surprise for hubby, and it was a HIT! Thank you, Namaste Farms for a wonderful experience! We will be planning another family getaway at your beautiful farm.

Scott and Susanne were so kind and such a pleasure to meet! The property is beautiful and not far from some beaches. They allowed us to say hello and meet all the boarded horses on their property and we were surprised by the beautiful shed Scott built and decorated as well as surprised by the hot water shower! This all really elevated our camping experience and I would 10/10 recommend camping here regardless if you bring horses or just yourself and some friends!

Sean was the best host. He took great care of us and ensured we were comfortable and checked on us often. All of the animals were very friendly and we had such a fun time feeding and petting them. My 21 yo daughter wanted a mother-daughter weekend. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Feeding and grooming Mr. Boyfriend, as well as feeding the other animals. Sean is very friendly and always checking in on his guests. We definitely would like to stay at Namaste again. Totally recommend this experience, especially if you like glamping and animals.
