You're welcome to hang out by the very private creek for morning coffee or afternoon picnics and great bird and wildlife watching--if you're lucky you might even get to see river otters fishing and playing in the creek! You might want to bring water shoes or rain boots if you'd like to wade across the creek and explore the beautiful, serene 60 acre private nature preserve that borders our property. We have a young son and you'll often find us working and playing in the garden, creek, or around the property during the days

Nice, private campsite with electrical hookup and water hose. We had a great night stay in stopover in Eureka - it started raining in the night, which was not a problem as the site is well drained. Very good experience - would not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Weekend Trip to Camp Miranda

I stayed here for the Humboldt Marathon and had an amazing experience! The hosts were super communicative and welcoming. The bathrooms and showers were some of the nicest I’ve ever seen at a campground — clean, private, and designed with beautiful Japanese-style wood flooring that gave it a spa-like feel. The whole space felt peaceful and well cared for, and I even got to enjoy some fresh fruit from their farm! Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area, recharging or looking for a relaxing, well-kept place to stay.

Friendly host who checked in on me on arrival to ensure I had all I needed or if I needed help with setting up. (Solo female camper) the site was relaxing and just what I needed. It is on my list to go back to.

Orchard to camp in and pick apples from. You can park at flat spot very close by.

Darryl's farm has great vibes & he's a very accommodating host. I've stayed there twice & will probably stay again. Woke up to deer eating apples in the yard, wild turkeys running around, and a hawk circling the orchard.

Weekend Trip to Riverwalk RV Park

We only stayed for one night. The place is conveniently located near freeway. We appreciate the full hookup. Less to worry about when traveling. The only suggestion I would make is to make the direction and space number to the assigned space more clearly. But I think most places are like this. We arrived late so it took a little bit to look around for the assigned space to park.

We had a perfect layover from Oregon to Half Moon Bay at Camp Miranda. Immacutely clean, lots of space between spots and lovely shade. Also so quiet at night, just absolutely great. Hosts replied to my questions very quickly with great information too!
