On the property itself there is 3 year round flowing creeks. Lots of Deer on the property since we don’t hunt and so they come on our land as a little sanctuary. Beautiful view of the Shasta area mountains. Multiple places to hike and find water holes. There is Poison Oak on the property, please be mindful. There are bears, but will normally stay away from the campsite. Please put your food away to prevent wildlife from coming into your camp. It is important to note that there is no poison oak or poison ivy around the area. It is a wonderful place to really explore. Just 15.4 miles east of Ashland on highway 66 then 9 miles on a slow dirt road. The drive is absolutely part of the experience, slow down and enjoy the views. As you drive up hwy 66 the views of the valley below are absolutely incredible, then you come to the dirt road. This is a very slow drive due to the condition of the road, it is part of the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument and poorly maintained. **Important** The last section of road to get to this pristine and secluded forest location is a 9 mile dirt road with bumps, rocks, and a many washouts that bring you to a near stand still. 4 wheel drive is strongly recommended. Low clearance cars not recommended.

This is a great landing spot to explore Mount Shasta. Bodhi is a gracious host. It felt wonderful to have a safe and private place to go. We’ll definitely stop here again….

Weekend Trip to Klamath River Village

What a nice and quiet spot to get some alone time with that someone special! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at overlook 1, and would recommend it to anyone looking for privacy and beauty. There are bears in the area, as evidenced by 7 giant piles of bear poop and scratches on a tree so bring protection. Other than that, the place was absolutely perfect! Nice view of the river too!!!

A serene, safe spot to camp for 4 nights. And a perfect location for accessing all that Mt, Shasta and the surrounding area has available. I highly recommend the sound bath with Bodhi, as it was an incredible experience and unlike other sound baths I’ve done in the past. You won’t be disappointed!!

Beautiful little stream on a great property. Saw a mama deer bring her two little ones down in the evening for a drink. She barely cared we were there. The host was kind and left us to ourselves. Would stay there again.

The sound of the creek will take away all your stress. The swimming hole is beyond epic. They went above and beyond with fresh baked cookies and veggies from their garden! He even brought us extra ice and offered all the firewood we needed. I have a big dog and they even put there dog away so mine could be free! The horse is just walking around the property and is super nice. Thanks again for an amazing stay!🇺🇸

Weekend Trip to The Swimming Hole On Red Cap Creek

We really enjoy our stay in Wayne’s Property, especially the kids and also thank to his wife’s Delicious Chocolate chip cookies, the kids loves it. Wayne and his wife greeted us and give us instructions about our campsite when we arrived, location is very nice, it is surrounded with trees in the middle of the mountain, plus the swimming hole is a bonus. We will recommend the campsite to our friends and we will be back!!

Ryan’s land is very private and quiet with the exception of the water running nearby. I ended up getting there very late and could not find it at first. Make sure you download an off-line map and don’t be like me. Once I found my spot I was a happy camper though. I really think the water helped me sleep better than I have in a long time. Highly recommend.

Bodhi’s land is beautiful and magical. The stream runs right past the RV camp site. At site #2 there is a little path that goes to the picnic table, across the stream, through a small soft clearing in group of trees (perfect space for meditation, stretching, reading, drawing), and back to the campsite. A cute little frog lives in the toilet area. The campsite is level and easy to park your vehicle. It is so quiet, peaceful, green and lush. We stayed for 4 nights. 10/10!
