You may get lucky and get a visit from one of our barn cats-Pumpkin and Spice, or get a glimpse of one of the dinosaur chickens (Guinea Fowl) that serve as pest and mosquito control.
Owners are available to provide information and maps for hiking and outdoor recreation activities. Please note that we are a working farm with sheep, cattle, horses, chickens, turkeys, dogs, cats, pigeons and bees. We ask that you are considerate to all the life happening on the land, observing animals at a distance (except the cats, who will not allow for that) and being aware of electric fences. If you bring dogs to the land, (an option only with RV sites) do so at your own risk. Dogs will need to be leashed at all times and cleaned up after meticulously. There is a portapotty in the hay barn cleaned regularly and a water spigot for non-potable water uses. There is no shower available but you could wash off hands and feet if desired with the hose.
Pets are allowed at campsites #2 and #3 only. These campsites are farthest from the horses and dogs. Please keep dogs on leash at all times.
The property offers a beautiful view of Mount Shasta. Nature lovers, extreme sports enthusiasts, family vacationers and retirees, can all enjoy the vast recreational opportunities this area has to offer.
Lake Siskiyou is about 20 miles south and offers a wonderful 7-mile hiking trail around the entire lake.

There is a 20 AMP electric hook up to power. YOU CAN NOT RUN AN AIR CONDITIONER...AC.... ON A 20 AMP CONNECTION. You can use your own generator system to run AC for your trailer, motorhome or van. Generators hours are 8AM to 9PM. lease be respectful of our quiet space and only run generators when necessary.
The camp is by a beautiful Zinnia garden which blooms in the summer and a small orchard which is all fenced in. The property is wooded and has a view of Mt Shasta from the camp.
The camp has a picnic table, two outdoor chairs, WE ARE UNDER CAMPFIRE RESTRICTIONS AT THIS TIME. NO CAMPFIRES WILL BE ALLOWED. Please ask upon your arrival if restrictions have been lifted.

Our property has been in business in one way or another for over 70 years. The stick built cabins are pre 1950's and no one really knows for sure how old they truly are. We are located on Fort Creek named after the creek that ran through Fort Klamath. Fort Creek is a beautiful 30' wide meandering creek that runs the length of the property north to south. We offer free use of our Old Town Canoes to paddle along it's extent and on up creek to a beaver damn. There is a fun hiking trail that runs over two bridges that span the creek, one covered and one floating. We also offer free catch and release fishing, there are Rainbow and Brown Trout in our waters.
Fort Klamath is the birthplace and home of the US Army 1st Cavalry and our property is located on the the Forts Southeastern grounds. We are 9 miles from the southern border of the National Park and 23 miles from the southern Rim and Rim Village.

It's really close to where the Ashland Mountain Adventures shuttle picks up, which will take you to the Mount Ashland Ski area. Super fun mountain biking. We prefer late Spring or Fall due to trail conditions and weather but July was still a great time.

We had a wonderful stay at Marcia's RV spot! It was exactly as described, and the RV site was perfectly flat, making setup quick and easy. The spot is right next to her beautiful garden on a sweet, peaceful property. Marci was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even better. We enjoyed it so much that we're already coming back in two weeks. Highly recommend!

Magical….the camp is beautiful. There is a snow cap mountain view. The flower bed, that includes raspberries & blueberries is so pretty & delicious.
Great dog friendly walk just down the road. Wildflowers were amazing.
Marcie, the host is so nice. Enjoyed meeting her.
We had planned to stay one night & loved it so much we stayed two nights.

We thoroughly enjoyed Gracie’s camping site: convenient, lovely gardens, great views! Gracie provided clear & thorough communications & responded quickly to our questions.. We Stayed one night, on our way to California. Would definitely stay here again on future road trips or visits to Ashland!

Staying at Roca Ranch was a delight! It was peaceful and quiet with a gorgeous view of Mt. Shasta right from the campsite. Marcia was very accommodating and friendly as well.

Quiet site with friendly host that is just 7-8 min drive from Ashland. However, the site itself it just dirt and not very attractive. Privacy is also an issue as there are two other rentals within 50 to 100 feet which look directory down the hill at this site.

Ashland at your fingertips! Convenient, nicely kept and level site, garden and flowers, veggies, and fruit trees, all around. Easy to find maneuver into your camping spot—very peaceful and private. There is some traffic noise from I-5, as the host mentions, so if you’re super sensitive to that, just bring earplugs. No shade until the very end of the day, but there’s so much to do in the area that you are gonna wanna spend the day doing other things in nature or the charming little town of Ashland. Superb multiple offerings in the theatre repertoire Ashland is known for. This is an excellent option for overnighting in Ashland!
