This place is our sanctuary, our own private slice of heaven.  There is an abundance of love and peace here on the farm...even the animals are full of love and affection.  Some of the Olive Trees in our Orchard have been here for over 100 years!! The soil is rich and healthy. We use no fertilizers or pesticides preferring to let nature do her thing.Learn more about this land:Camp in our Orchard!  We are a small Olive and Citrus orchard and ranch.  There are lots of Olives & Citrus during their seasons. Olives Sept-Dec Citrus Dec-May. The Ranch consists of Chickens, Sheep, Goats, Cats, and our ranch dog Merlin.  2 miles to Kaweah Lake with fishing boats, patio boats available to rent from the marina. 15 miles to the quaint town of Three Rivers...River Rafting, fishing etc. 20 miles to the Visitor Center of Sequoia National Forest. Near Mineral King hiking trails. 37 miles to The General Sherman.

I have owned this property for 20 years and we have put a lot of time and energy into making it very family friendly so that people can come camp with a picnic area, clean bathrooms, places to put your horses and dogs as long as they're on a leash. ANYTHING AFTER THAT, WHETHER IT BE PEOPLE, DOGS, OR HORSES IS $25 A HEAD PER NIGHT.Centrally located between the Sierra's and lakes. You have a beautiful view of the Sierra's from the campsite. Breathtaking nature, mountains, river and fresh air. Campers can fish, swim, and enjoy our beautiful cabin. If you don’t mind  driving 30 more minutes you will see prettiest redwood trees and more. Very close to Sequoia national Forest. One minute walk to restrooms and showers. No electricity, but the lamp is available (battery), sofa bed with two blankets and two pillows. The property is very large, with  ponds, bridges and a swimming hole. Nearest market, restaurants and coffee shop are about two minutes drive. Very calm, quiet neighborhood.

Peaceful Camp

The barn was built in 1945 on the S.A. Camp family’s land as a breeding and training farm for their harness horses. The farm and barn were the first and earliest private areas in the central and southern California region with a dedicated training track for harnessing horses. Currently, the Springville Ranch is privately owned and hosts various private and public events.

Gypsy Wagon


This is a small, cozy cabin hidden in the woods. Ideal for couples or solo trips. 
There are few goats and chickens on the property ( in the goat pen, chicken coop), if you have allergies, or do not like animals this cabin is not good for you :(

The restroom and shower are 2 minutes away. No electricity but lamp is available (battery). Nearest market, restaurants and coffee shop are about two minutes drive. There is also a swimming hole, again a few min. away. If you don’t mind driving 30 more minutes, you will see prettiest redwood trees and more. Very close to Sequoia national Forest.
