Our 42 acres is located at the beginning of the award winning Adelaide Wine trail in Paso Robles. Our ranch was once home to a horse boarding and breeding ranch which bred Paso Fino horses, known for their beautiful gait. Having been a horse ranch, it left us with some nice trails that you can enjoy during your stay. We have some nice uphill walks to view your local surroundings while sitting to enjoy a glass of wine or you morning cup of coffee/tea. We are on a well out here so at times you may get a sulphur/mineral smell to the water. Please bring your own drinking/cooking water. It is safe to shower, my hair feels so much thicker! On the ranch you will see that we have 2 donkeys, Desi (black) and Lucy (light grey). Along with our donkeys we have to friendly goats, Fiona (brown) and Sadie (white), they love carrots. but please stick to one carrot a day each, we don't want to over feed them. We also have chickens which means have farm fresh eggs. $5 for 1/2 dozen. Up on the hill you will see Connie a cow and her buddy Samuel, the bull. they love carrots but please do not go into their pasture. She'll think you're bringing food and gets very dangerously excited. Please feel free to walk the property and become one with nature while observing the local indigenous floral and fauna.

(The weather prevented us from experiencing that and so much more but it’s easy to build a great trip when staying at Megan’s place.) We absolutely loved our experience at the farm, the hosts could not have been any nicer and it was exactly what we needed after a less than perfect experience at another Hipcamp the night before. I can’t wait to go back again and spend more time at the farm. First time I’ve ever had a host pre light a fire for us as well, they definitely went above and beyond for us and made our visit very memorable.

This is a very special property, it felt like we walked for miles each day with our dogs in gentle rolling hills dotted with beautiful oak trees and not having any indication of humanity, lots of nature. Each night we walked up the nearby hill to watch the seemingly endless sunsets transform from yellows oranges and reds into shades of purple. The site is clean level and easy to access and the hookups are easy and clean. Christy was responsive, helpful and friendly with a nice gift bag upon arrival and other baking options in the mornings. There’s no doubt we’ll visit many more times when we need a nature break. Highly recommend.

Juno’s Creek Site offers 20- and 30-amp hookups, water, and sewer — everything you need for an easy RV stay.

We spent two wonderful days at this property. The place is beautiful, surrounded by pastures and vineyards, and the owners are incredibly kind and helpful. We mentioned that we wanted to have a BBQ for dinner, and they provided us with a wood-burning grill, complete with firewood and fire starters. We cooked one of their rib-eyes — absolutely delicious! It was our first experience with a wood-fired BBQ, and we loved it! The property also has a fire pit. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

This was the perfect little spot to set up our tent for the night on a road trip up the coast. Just far enough off the beaten path to be quiet and restful, yet still close to the amenities of town and didn't take us too far out of our way. The spot was clean and private enough, with a bathroom nearby. And it was a treat to wake to the donkeys sweet braying!

We loved our stay at Dana’s ranch! We camped there for two nights and had a wonderful experience. Dana was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. We stayed in a charming recently renovated Airstream trailer located in a clearing in the low forest of the coastal range. Local wild life was abundant and dramatic ranging from ground squirrels and woodpeckers to deer and a red tail hawk. Mid April in the low 80s was pleasant~much lower starts to get “prepare for it” cold at night. Just north of loads of wineries. Expect tasting fees with 2-3 ~$60 bottle minimum purchases and you should have a good time. Lots to do in Paso Robles, just ask around.

We tent camped at her horse property. Communication with owner was easy and she responds quickly. Once we arrived, everyone working there was very helpful. It was a little bit tricky to figure out where we were supposed to camp. The sites didn't have any obvious signs and didn't look like camp site areas. A couple of camping areas were just surrounding the barn but weren't obvious to us. The barn had a nice bathroom, warm water which I loved. Unfortunately, the night we stayed it was raining but luckily we camped in a grassy area. There was an electrical connection where we were able to easily charge our phones and use our light connection with an extension cord. The location of her farm is perfect. Close to various areas of interest. We just used the camp site to sleep and shower since the area has a lot of things to do.

My wife and I, along with our dog, had a wonderful time staying here in our camper van. It was cool to be in such a private and beautiful setting on a working ranch, complete with freely grazing cattle, soaring redtail hawks, and playful coyotes howling in the distance. We were welcomed by Will, who told us about this place that his grandparents started in 1974, and encouraged us to explore to our hearts' content. It was lovely.
