Weekend Trip to Camp Land Beyond Zion
I wish the wind wasn’t so cold at night but then again it is November. The place has a lot of character, is super clean and has a nice wooden grill where food taste amazing. Will definitely stay again if possible.

I would highly recommend Land Beyond Zion. The place was very clean and organized well taken care of. The glamping tent was very cozy and comfortable. We hope to do it again soon.

1 night at SaguaroGlamp, near Saguaro NP
A gem of a place that I can’t recommend enough! A friend and I stayed here for a night in our transition from Sedona to Tucson and absolutely loved it. Conny and her family are the kindest people and so knowledgeable about the area. The casitas are gorgeous- well decorated and with cozy amenities. Will be coming back to stay again.

With pets
Staying in the casita was the perfect setup for our getaway with our dogs! Visiting the desert with pets can be really hard, since the heat can be overwhelming and they aren’t allowed in many of the areas of the national park. Conny’s air conditioned Casita space was so perfect for us! We were able to keep the dogs safely inside for the hottest parts of the day, then hiked with them off leash through the acres and acres of BLM land that surrounds the property. I think this is one of the best ways to experience the desert, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling with dogs. The land is beautiful and close enough to the national park that you get to experience all the wonder of the saguaros and the animals from the ranch. Be mindful of the distance from town though! The closest grocery store is 45 minutes away, and the road coming in can be difficult at night.

2 nights at Camp Land Beyond Zion
This was a wonderful stay. They had clean amenities including a hot shower and flush toilets. The site was well lit and had plenty of seating so we could always find a good place to hang out in the shade. The wind was fierce here in the afternoons, but it helped make the heat not feel as bad. The Glamp Tent was cozy, had great WiFi connection and outlets which we weren’t expecting but was a great plus. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! There were quite a few dogs and roosters a few miles out that were loud throughout the night, so I would recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The ranch was beautiful and the Casita we stayed in was extraordinary. One of the best places we have stayed. Would definitely book again if we are ever in the area. The sunset and Sunrise from the property was breathtaking.

With pets
Our family wanted to enjoy some quiet time in nature and this ranch turned out to be a perfect choice. In less than one hour from Tucson, we were in the middle of over 50 acres of wild dessert. Our room was in a private courtyard attached to the main house. It was comfortable, immaculate and provided superb views of the dessert. We spotted a roadrunner, quail, woodpeckers, spiders, millipedes and the Sonoran Toad. We also enjoyed star gazing and night photography.
Our gracious hostess Cornelia quickly responded to our questions before our arrival. Getting there requires driving on an unpaved road for the last five miles. Our car was not equipped for this but Cornelia picked us up at the entrance to the farm. She and her family were warm and helpful and added to our Comfy, laid- back holiday at Casita Alpina.

Weekend Trip to Camp Land Beyond Zion
Loved the Writers nook. It was cute and around the area we needed. The grocery store a little down the road was amazing. I would say that while quiet, there is quite a bit of road noise....whether its trucks or ATV'S and it happens all night. Also there are these tiny sharp plant seeds that will stab you through your shoes so definitely no sandals. Overall I loved the experience and the view was wonderful.

3 nights at Camp Land Beyond Zion
My 13 year old daughter and I stayed at the campsite, in The Nest tiny home, as part of a multi-day mother daughter adventure. Shanti and her team have clearly put a lot of thought and care into the entire site - both the functionality, how it fits into the desert environment, and their commitment to community - both local and guests. Both The Nest and the broader campsite are well equipped, with beautiful surrounding views. A hot tub soak under a full desert moon is a magical way to end a day! Easy to find, thanks to clear directions. Responsive host fielded questions leading up to and during our visit. Would definitely return and recommend to others!

3 nights at Camp Land Beyond Zion
It's hard to understate just how beautiful and fun this hipcamp was. The tiny home is perfect, very cute with everything you need. Even though we had an indoor kitchen, we really enjoyed using the outdoor one to watch the sunset and enjoy the evening air every night over dinner. The area is peaceful, and zion is really easily accessible. Would stay again and again!

Weekend Trip to Camp Land Beyond Zion
The land overall is rustic, and well appointed. The Nest is simple, but has everything you need and comfortable for two people. It felt spacious for a tiny house. It was nice to have a bathroom in a heated space when the nights were chilly. It was relieving to be in an explicitly queer affirming space in rural AZ/UT. Excellent sunset view of the mesa and stars at night. It was also great to be able to go sled the coral sand dunes on our way to explore the east rim of Zion NP.
