Nice but loud
This was a nice place. But the noise rules are not followed. A bunch of rvs were there and a lot of drunk people being very loud until very late.

Five nights of peace and relaxation
We loved tent camping at Parrish Ranch. The turkeys wandering through daily was great, and who knew they fly and roost in trees at night! Exploring the creek was a great way to just relax and enjoy nature. Watching the baby cows have zoomies was entertaining. The main house shower was a pleasant surprise, hot hot water and lots of water pressure. Kimberly was very responsive if we needed her. Looking forward to exploring this area again come spring time

Very rustic but quiet spot. We enjoyed looking around the ranch and seeing the livestock. Had good wifi reception and decent shower in the ranch house.

Kimberly was very sweet! The water spigots are close and easily accessible. The bathroom and shower were clean and not far from the site.

Unique and Beautiful!
We loved camping at Parrish Ranch! I have a larger camper and Kimberly accommodated us with a bigger spot than I originally reserved. The ranch is beautiful and has lots of interesting old stuff to check out in the lodge/dance hall. My kids enjoyed exploring there and we loved the atmosphere outside at night! It would be an interesting place for a reunion or event or something. Definitely would love to stay again at some point!

Cozy spot without a long drive
Happy to find a lovely spot so close to where we live & that there was availability within 2 weeks of when we wanted to go camping! Loved the grassy & shady camping spots g that we could use our Solo Stove for our own campfire.

There’s a lot of potential, but I would remove the teepees. They are an eye sore and look like fire traps. The bathrooms were really dirty. The sites are kind of tight.

We stayed at site 8, 9 & 12. Absolutely beautiful area covered with trees and a perfect campfire in the center for all of us to enjoy. Kimberly was an amazing host and very easy to get in contact with! We will definitely be back!

GREAT OUTING
EVERYTHING HERE WAS GREAT. KIM WAS A GOOD HOST. NO ONE ELSE EXCEPT 2 OTHER CAMPERS. WATER AND ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS. NOTHING FANCY JUST A NICE SETTING MAINTAINED BY A SINGLE LADY.

Highly disappointing
Not worth the price. Only stayed one night out of my two booked. There’s one small shared fire pit which is awkward, especially for introverts. The bathrooms are really gross.
There’s actually not any real “WiFi”, you’ll maybe get some internet access for a minute or so before it dies and you have to reconnect.
The wind whips around like crazy through that valley and made for rough tent camping for our kids. The only redeeming part of this place is the little creek that has the crawdads, the kids did at least enjoy that. Otherwise I very much do not recommend.

I highly recommend this campground, but with some gentle "know what you're getting into" caveats. It's a lovely location that feels far from civilization (no cell reception, no city lights, etc), down a long dirt road and through some cattle gates barely wide enough to fit my RV through (and I was glad to have not tried to pass anyone going the other way on those roads!) The campground amenities are functional but old. There does not appear to be a dump station. Check with the camp host about which specific site you choose if you have a longer RV or multiple slideouts, as sites vary in length and width and aren't entirely level. It's a great place to meet fellow campers who are also looking for that kind of far-from-civilization experience, particularly around the communal fire pit.

Site number 9 was very nice. Shade trees and fire pit. Level enough that we didn’t have to put the trailer on any blocks. Roomy and quiet.

The campground grounds overall were very pretty. Access to electricity, water and wifi were a plus. We loved getting hang out by the river. We were a little confused about which horses we could look at and did not know we could not leave the campground. The restrooms near our campsites were very dirty. The old mobile home trailers and junk laying around definitely were a turn off.

Great Site
We enjoyed Kimberly’s land and tent sites thoroughly. Having access to potable water at our own tent site was perfect for us after a long day of hiking. Little far from RMNP at just over an hour but we expected that, just plan drives accordingly because of service issues near camp. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

It was wonderful camping in a place with so much beauty and history! Kim was a wonderful, welcoming host, and our group really enjoyed exploring both the great outdoors (splashing and catching crawdads in the river was a highlight for the kids) and the very cool old dance hall. Thanks, Kim!

Cozy Camping
Parrish Ranch campground was an amazing place for me and my friends to enjoy our time together. It is a well laid out campground. Our site was very spacious. We were able to fit a 30’ Airstream in it with space for a couple tents. There was a creek that ran around the property that we all enjoyed. My dog was in heaven. My friends stayed in the teepees that had full bedding and a nice outside area at each one. The bathrooms are great; there is plenty of firewood. We were extremely grateful that there was ice onsite. Very fun house that has everything you need to cook a meal. I didn’t get the story on the property but I can tell it has an amazing history which I love. Thank you Kimberly! I would highly recommend this space.

It was an amazing experience. The drive into camp is rustic and an adventure of it's own. Quite beautiful flora and fauna on the way through the winding canyon road. When you drive in the big house is there for all your facilities you'll need. Showers , bathrooms, showers and even a full kitchen available to use. We stayed in one of the teepees and it was awesome. We enjoyed the construction that made great patterns with the wood. Even got to see a baby elk on our last morning. Would definitely recommend and plan to return for this amazing spot to enjoy with family and friends.
