From our vantage point at 1200 ft, enjoy glorious sunny days above the clouds with epic southwest views of continuous redwood ridges. Watch the magic of the fog rolling in from the Mendocino coast into the Anderson Valley wine region and preview the weather before your visit to either destination. The property is at the crossroads of the wine valley, coast, and redwood forest. We are within reasonable driving distance of fabulous restaurants, secluded woods, spectacular coastline, wine tasting, and more. On the property, your hosts live in the neighboring yurt while we build our off-grid house. Paths meander up and down the 10 acre hillside through our orchard and garden. Whether you are seeking a relaxing retreat, a secluded space to work, or a trip full of destinations, we hope that you find what you are looking for. Tiny House

The property/tiny home is gorgeous! It is exactly as described in their ad, and Anna and Nick definitely make themselves available if you have questions or need recommendations. They also leave a wonderfully detailed info guide for perusal and a sweet little guest book to sign in the cabin. Our own sweet little pup was able to come w us and stay in the cabin as well! The extra $15 is totally worth it :) Thanks, folks! Can’t wait to reserve w y’all again!

Close to many fantastic beaches and close to a beautiful river. The place is simply serene. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Great spot with amazing views. The hosts were a sweet young couple. It is a little far from Mendocino which we were expecting, however the drive into town is amazing. It is also dog friendly!

Ridge Top

The tiny house was very comfortable for two people to sleep in. One of us took the loft queen bed and the other was downstairs on a twin sized bed/couch. We both slept well. The property is amazing. It’s on a ridge with a view of the Anderson Valley. The bathroom is a walk down a path with a steep section at the end, but it has warm water and good water pressure for the shower. There’s an outdoor kitchen with two propane burners next to the tiny house. The front porch is great for eating, games, yoga, and just hanging out. Anna and Nick are very friendly and busy with their work and projects on the property. I would come back to this little piece of heaven.
