Great location, big rig friendly

Rich and Lori's site is quiet, spacious, and in a great location for atvs, lakes etc. They recommended some great local spots, and our dogs really enjoyed having the space.
New hipcamps can be a bit of a gamble in a lot of ways, but no worries here. We were just their 2nds guests, showing up in a 44k lb bus, during a thunderstorm. I was mentally ready for a disaster, but they couldn't have been more accommodating and we got in and hooked up no problem, despite the weather. You can tell they are RVers, as the hookups are well designed, spaced properly, at comfortable heights etc - they did a great job setting the site up.
Big rigs: All the county roads leading to the site are fine, in terms of vertical clearance and length restrictions. You'll want to access the site from the south, so you turn left into the property, as there are some low hanging trees that are unavoidable if you come in from the north, and are >40'. The posts on either side of the driveway look a little tight, but with the tag lifted we had plenty of space to work with. The site itself doesn't have a concrete pad, but is level and well packed. It'll continue to pack down as more guests come in - I'd have no worries coming back here in any size rig.
