Soulhaven is set on 50 stunning acres with lovely valley views and bush walks. Lots of grazing cows, abundant bird life, a cute dog and fireside jams 🎶 A short 15 minute drive takes you to Lismore, Kyogle and Casino where you can find shops and grocery stores for all your supply needs. We are professional musicians and love to meeting people. Elphie used to own the iconic Nimbin Rox backpacker hostel, and although Soulhaven is only in its infancy, it still has a relaxed atmosphere. Our favourite part of living at Soulhaven is the daily orchestra of birds! Although you will feel like you’re completely secluded from busy town-life, we are only 15 minutes from the nearest shops. Enjoy a toasty campfire in the evenings where you can sit back and gaze at the stars. There are trail bikes tracks nearby and the iconic Border Ranges is just past Kyogle. This campsite is 2WD friendly and caravans are welcome. You may need to level your caravan for a good night's rest. Your pet, on a lead, is welcome to camp with you. We love animals, but one of the reasons we left suburbia was to get away from barking dogs. If your dog barks at night, or is not we’ll socialised, you’re best to leave pooch at home! Our place is family friendly and we ask that you keep music and noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Figtree Farm at Findon Creek is a 600-acre natural oasis. Tucked away in a tranquil, secluded valley, this hidden gem is surrounded by Long Creek to the south and Findon Creek to the west, while the northern edge extends to the Dedicated Wilderness of the Border Ranges National Park. This much-loved family-owned farm has a rich history, transitioning from a dairy farm to a beef property. Today, it flourishes with a bio-diverse planting of native trees and a joinery workshop crafting designer furniture. Cabin at Valley's End is our flagship accommodation at Figtree Farm. Having 3-bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it is an ideal place for a relaxing weekend. The cabin has flat ground on 2 sides which allows for additional campers (up to 20 people). In wet weather, 2WD and AWD may need to park a short distance downhill from the cabin. In addition we offer 3 creek-side camp sites which have plenty of room for large groups; they are all situated on well drained, grassy open spaces beside the creek. In wet conditions you will need a 4WD to access these sites. Also in wet conditions they are not suitable for large caravans (in excess of 21 feet) unless you have some serious towing power (Landrover or RAM, for example). Figtree Farm has an abundance of bird and animal life. Here, tranquillity reigns, save for the occasional call of our friendly neighbourhood donkeys and the odd rooster. If you wish to wander further afield, Wiangaree is 15 minutes away and Kyogle is a 30 minute drive south. For those who enjoy a game of tennis there is an all weather tennis court (with lights) nearby at Bundgeam Hall. Figtree Farm at Findon Creek promises opportunities for contemplation, relaxation and fun and it is our wish that you will have many happy memories of your visit here.

Please help us care for them by following these simple guidelines: DO NOT feed the horses or any other animals. Our horses are on carefully managed diets and unsuitable food can make them seriously unwell. For your safety, never feed horses while they are together as a herd. Even the quietest horses can become excited around food and may crowd people or compete with one another, creating a potentially dangerous situation. If you would like to meet or interact with the horses, please speak with us first. We are always happy to introduce you when it is safe and appropriate. Allow our horses to approach you in their own time and always respect their personal space. Please do not run, scream, chase, throw objects at or deliberately startle any horses or other animals. Leave gates exactly as you found them and do not enter paddocks or restricted areas unless invited by a member of The Ranch team. Please respect our fences, gardens, equipment, wildlife and fellow guests. Children Children are very welcome at The Ranch and remain the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian at all times. Please ensure children are supervised throughout their stay and do not: Run or play around horses or livestock. Chase, frighten or attempt to ride any animals. Climb fences or enter paddocks without permission. Open gates. Feed any animals. Photography From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken around the property for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, simply let us know and we will happily respect your wishes. Thank You Thank you for choosing to stay at The Ranch on Clarence and for helping us care for this beautiful property, our horses and all the animals that call it home. We hope your stay is peaceful, memorable and leaves you feeling refreshed, inspired and connected to nature.

Rocky River Play Station is a working bush property on the banks of the Timbarra River, about 20 km / 30 minutes south of Drake Village — an old gold-mining community tucked in the back of NSW Northern Rivers. This is a place for slowing down, sitting on grass, swimming in rivers, watching light change across the hills, and resting amongst the wildlife and our resident cows. Your hosts live further back on the property. We’re close enough to help if needed, but far enough away that you’ll feel properly off-grid. There is no mobile reception, which is part of the magic. This is a leave-no-trace property: - There are no bins — please take all rubbish with you when you leave. - Campfires welcome when there is no fire ban. - Facilities vary by site — please check individual listings carefully and come prepared. Pets may be possible by request. We love visiting animals, but we also protect our local wildlife and grass-powered lawnmowers (the cows), so approval is on a case-by-case basis.
