Nestled gracefully on the tranquil shores of Lake Moogerah, the Homestead offers a picturesque retreat framed by the stunning backdrop of the Scenic Rim mountains. This charming three-bedroom haven is fully self-contained, providing everything you need for a memorable getaway. The kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a spacious fridge, a stove, an oven, kettle, toaster and a microwave, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. The contemporary bathroom adds to the convenience of your stay. Step into the inviting living space, furnished with a TV and DVD player for cozy movie nights. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning, or embrace the charm of the great outdoors with a gas BBQ and a crackling campfire pit—perfect for gathering under the stars. Accommodating up to 10 guests, the Homestead features thoughtfully arranged sleeping arrangements: the main bedroom offers a luxurious queen bed alongside a single trundle bed, the second room is equipped with a snug double bed and two single beds, while the third room provides another welcoming double bed. Guests should bring their own linen and towels, though you'll find pillows and light comforters ready to ensure a restful night. During the cooler months, we recommend bringing along some extra blankets and doonas for added warmth. Thanks so very much for a wonderful stay, Ben and Meghan. Your place is a perfect getaway for families and groups. Peaceful, serene. The firepit by the water and space to play cricket was spot on. The birdlife is exceptional. Highly recommend everything your place has to offer.

Moogerah Valley Homestead
Great spot on the lake. Very quiet and private but within a short drive to shops and cafes if you need them. Spectacular views and a charming old house. Well maintained garden with plenty of space and a fire pit. House was comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. We made the mistake of leaving the windows open as the sun set and then the house was full of insects (despite the fly screens), so once we knew to avoid that mistake the next night we had no dramas.
