Please be mindful of long showers and leaving taps on or dripping. 7) A small bin is provided in the kitchen for food scraps. 8) General waste a bin is situated outside of the mini house. 9) No pets in the house at all. This will incur a fine if found out. All pets must be pets must be on a chain at all times. 10) RESPECT OUR PROPERTY PLEASE. Self sufficient sites are available as well in another part of The Croft property near the dam and is accessed via the main property. Options for visitors are tailored for the horse rider however you don’t need a horse to visit and enjoy what The Croft has to offer. You can also spend time with the horses here with a variety of courses and lesson times available as both extras and as part of package deals and our flag ship Back in the Saddle retreat option. Bookings are all made via HIPCAMP and require pre approval so I can make sure that horses are available if you need a retreat package and to make sure that everything will be ready for your arrival. There are many things to do in Blackbutt as well as spending some time at The Croft. Every 3rd Sunday is our market day, the renowned Blackbutt Bakery is always at your disposal and a great pub for a pub grub night. If you are a rider and have your own horse, there is also a great dressage instructor in Blackbutt – Yarralee Dressage Development – who you can book lessons with during your stay. If you are wanting more western discipline work, I can provide you with some basic instruction on patterns and ranch trail tips. The horse trails network is 500m up the road and has signage. I have access to the rail trail via private property, or otherwise you can utilise Staines Road to get into Benarkin State Forestry or the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. Dogs are also welcome who are well behaved and on a leash if others have horses with them. Please note that you MUST ensure your dog has tick prevention prior to arrival. All welcome to visit and please enjoy a campsite that will only ever have 2 bookings at a time in the 1 acre camping area.

The property is a working sheep farm and winery with its own cellar door that guests are welcome to check out. Guests will have access to flushing toilets and showers throughout their stay. There is two communal fire pits available for guests to enjoy. There are bins available for your rubbish so please ensure you use them and leave the site as you found it. We are within 20kms of the Bunya Mountains where you can explore the many walking Trails, Coomba Falls and Muntapa Tunnel. Sorry, no pets.

This block is filled with native wildlife that come to drink at the dam. Also if the children wish to ride a horse, Beauty is willing and able to go for a walk. She is patient and loves children. Our menagerie of various birds produce eggs if you wish to have a cooked breakfast. Come visit this warm and friendly environment. Dogs are welcome however they must remain on a lead.
