Loved it here! Lovely campground, even despite the months of dry weather.
Great for groups. Facilities amazing.
Next time we’ll go up the 4wd hill.

Such a great spot, kudos to the fact it was such a wide open space and I could choose where I camped. The goats were amazingly cute, loved the way they came and visited randomly throughout the day. Firepits randomly spread throughout the property were a really nice touch. Thanks once again Tony! 🐐

Was a great place to stay, would definitely recommend to anyone. The goats were adorable and come up to you. The cows were absolutely stunning but stayed to themselves. The land and toilets were very clean. Everyone around was friendly and easy going. The directions to get in were very easy to follow. You get to choose where you want to stay no allocated spots which is great. Fire pits are a good size as well. Also wasn’t very hard to find sticks to use as fire wood. Will definitely be staying here again🤗

Such a calm and relaxing place to stay for the night. Loved watching the goats following each other around.
Clean toilets and firewood for sale were a bonus and we will definitely be back.

It was great camping here, beautiful area and the goats were so cool!
Great little spot. The kids loved the creek and rocks. They spent hours exploring. Chickens, cows, goats, beautiful nature surrounds. Clean portaloos abd very chilled vibe overall. We loved it.

Lovely, well maintained and spacious grounds. Easy to follow instructions on how to get there and where to go/what to do once there. We chose to stay here because of the goats and they did not disappoint. The goats were so lovely and well behaved. It was a pleasure to watch them roaming and doing their thing. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

Camping with Goats
I had a great weekend at Rocky Creek Homestead, camping with the goats. It was an easy process, the toilets and grounds were clean and tidy. There was plenty of room to have your own space without feeling like you're on top of your neighbour. The goats were friendly and mostly stayed to themselves, I did manage to pat a few. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be staying again 😊
Directions were clear, easy place to find, farm animals were amazing, plenty of room for the caravan to set up
Had a really good stay here! The property was nice and peaceful and the animals were definitely one of the highlights. It was really cool having the cows and goats around and made it feel like a proper little getaway.
One of the things I really liked was that it’s still close to everything you need, but once you’re at the campsite it feels like you’re much further away from everything. You get that quiet, secluded camping feeling without actually being too far from civilisation.
We were there when it was pretty cold, but that’s obviously not really the campsite’s fault 😂 The fire pit was great to have, although the logs did have a habit of falling out, so you just had to keep an eye on it.
There was a portaloo there which was definitely handy. It was getting pretty full while we were there, but honestly, when you need to go, you need to go 😂 and having a toilet available is better than having nothing!
Overall we really enjoyed ourselves, especially sitting around the fire, relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Would definitely stay again!

Our first stay for 3 nights in April was great.
However, the second recent time the owners were on leave and the portaloo’s were awful.
Very full, no water to flush and no flap so you could see everything and therefore smelt.
Only two toilets with a full campsite of over 30 campers and one toilet was so full it was backed up into the bowl.
Hopefully this was a once off. Otherwise it was a lovely spot.
This was our second time staying at camping with goats. We came with a slightly larger group as it is such a great place for the kids to ride their bikes, kick around a ball, spot the koalas, seek out the Highland cows and of course, name every single goat.
Unfortunately though, the goats were penned in the yard for the majority of the time that we were there and it is a section of the farm that the human kids are not allowed to go into (there are many other paddocks that they can explore so long as they secure the gates properly). As this camp is called 'camping with goats', this was really disappointing for all.
When booking a place that offers only portaloos, we clearly weren't expecting top notch facilities, however, the portaloos that were available had no water to flush despite being cleaned on the Sunday morning; and there was no flap to cover what had already been deposited into the toilets so was not only disgusting to look at when going into the toilet but must also be incredibly unhygienic. This was especially an issue when there were 2 toilets for at least 30-40 people over the weekend.
To be clear, this was not an issue on our first visit and may have just been a hiccup this past weekend as there is a caretaker working while the owner is away but it was unpleasant enough to warrant comment.
It is a great place to stay, with the kids easily entertained exploring the property; and great firepits and stars at night. Very peaceful despite a full house too!

Really nice place to stay, toilets were very clean and not smelly and the goats and cows were lovely, unfortunately didn’t find the koala still fun to look :) . Kids had a ball and enjoyed riding there bikes around. I will say it is very close to the highway and at night all you hear is the hum of the highway and trucks passing all night long. Only downside to a lovely place.
Fabulous stay with the goats coming to greet us regularly. Beautiful oasis in an otherwise busy area. Tony & Nicole are lovely hosts too. Loved it. Thank you

Great spot Easy to find with clear instructions. Plenty of space and the goats are brilliant. Close to Toowoomba and great local pubs and cafes. Our second time here and will be back!!
We took our pop top caravan, very easy sites to navigate, great facilities and camps are well spaced. Goats and cows are super cute and happy to watch you and just hang out. Very relaxing and peaceful. Thank you guys so much for the huge effort you put into sharing your property.

Very nice place to camp. Toilet facilities are clean, a lot of clear instructions. Friendly goats that doesn't bother you, they just do their own thing. Camp sites tidy and flat. Plenty of firewood for the cold nights. Plenty of trees for shade.

The camp area was spacious and clean, with firepits provided. Loved having the goats and highland cattle roaming about. It was also great to be able to have our dog on site. The hosts were very responsive. This was a great overnighter for us on our way home, but the traffic noise during the night was a little too much for us. Young children would really enjoy this camp.
