Me and my wife had our first Hipcamp experience at Tony’s place, and it was absolutely fantastic. The property is beautiful and offers the perfect rural farm getaway. Peaceful, relaxing, and a wonderful escape from city life. Waking up to the sights and sounds of the countryside made us feel completely at home.
Tony was an exceptional host. When I ran out of firewood and didn’t have any cash on hand, he was incredibly understanding, helpful, and flexible with arranging payment, which I greatly appreciated.
Before leaving, I had the opportunity to meet Tony in person and enjoy a great conversation. During our chat, he casually pointed out a koala that had apparently been sitting right next to my tent all night. Somehow, I had completely missed it! We both had a good laugh about it, and it turned out to be the perfect ending to a memorable stay.
Thank you, Tony, for your hospitality, kindness, and for helping me discover what was literally right under my nose 🐨. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return in the future!

We had a good stay at Camping with Goats at Rocky Creek Homestead. The site was well spaced out, nicely presented and gave us plenty of privacy. The host left us alone to enjoy the stay without any interruptions, which we appreciated. Overall, a relaxed and pleasant camping spot.

What an amazing piece of land, would recommend staying here to anybody who’ll listen. Tony and his wife are also really nice and really good to have a chat with. The highland cows are pretty friendly and so are the goats.

It was very relaxing at Rocky Creek. The goats, and highland cows Minnie and Maple were absolutely gorgeous and very well behaved. Winnie the dog was adorable and Tony and his wife were excellent hosts. Everyone was very friendly. We also saw a beautiful koala, a kangaroo and a small goanna while walking around the property. There was plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable and not have other campers on top of us. If they had showers and proper toilets I would have stayed forever!

We had such an awesome time at Camping with goats!! The Highland cows and goats that love to come and say hello was so much fun.There was plenty of room for camping and fire pits everywhere to enjoy a fire. We would definitely go back

What a fantastic place to chill out for a few days. Plenty of sites, easy access for caravans and plenty of goats. Owners were very accommodating and even sell on of the best goat curries I've eaten. Only 1.5 hr drive from Brisbane , and its really close to an awesome German Cafe!!

Easy to book, clear instructions to get to the campsite. Well maintained and organised.

Highly recommended to go here. Easy to access with very clear directions. Very spacious with many sites available to use. Loved hanging out with the goats and cows. Definitely one to visit again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay with a group of friends and family, plenty of room, easy to find good flat spots to camp. Tony popped in and said hello, and explained a bit about the property. Kids loved the goats visiting, adults loved the campfire. We’ll be back soon.

Fantastic location. Do not follow your waze directions though! Wonderful to have the goats and the highland cows just wandering around. Clean toilets and other guests were great too.

Great experience camping with goats. Absolutely loved it, not overly busy and plenty of room between campers. Tony has also provided port-a-loos around the property, which were very clean. The goats were friendly but not invasive at our camp and the highland cows were so cute. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely spot right by the river, the goats and cows were so friendly! The site was in great condition and plenty of things to see and do! There were lights on the toilets which was super handy too

Stayed here as a quick stop over. Easy access heaps of room for caravans. Property well kept and fire wood on site is a bonus.

This place is a must if you are travelling in the Toowoomba region. Lovely location, lots of goats, some Highland cattle cooling off in the stream, and some Koalas in the trees near the dam. Perfect.
