Savvy Creek Farms

We stayed at a powered site with our dog and all had a wonderful time. It was very peaceful. We enjoyed seeing the animals and also got to feed the sheep and cows. Ben was very welcoming and friendly. The fire pit was big with plenty of wood available for us to collect. We will definitely be returning again.

We really enjoyed our first camp at Savvy Creek Farm. Our site at Dam Fun was perfect for us. The amenities were close and kept very clean. The kids really enjoyed seeing and feeding the animals plus the spa was a big hit! Ben was a great host, friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be back to stay again! 😇🏕️

Great place to unwind, kids can feed the different farm animals. Ben was a great host and always happy to help. Easy access back to the highway and under 20mins into Toowoomba for a meal.

The farm animals were definitely the highlight of the weekend. Ben has put a lot of work and effort into his property to ensure his Hipcamp is set up the best it can be for his guests. He’s opened up his home and made it so fun for kids. We had a great stay- would highly recommend.

My kids had such a great time at this camp! They keep a small farmyard of pigs, chickens, goats, cows and sheep and farmer Ben very kindly lets the kids feed and interact with them. The site itself was lovely and flat, plenty of firewood to gather. A single flush toilet/shower ablution which was clean.

Ben has excellent communication even tho I didn’t make it to the camp site this time Ben makes you feel welcome. Truely a missed opportunity on my part but will definitely rebook just to meet Ben.

Beautiful site. Clean and well maintained. Instructions were spot on. We had access to power and amenities and everything was clean. My daughter loved the farm animals and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Definitely recommend.

I loved to camp out on this beautiful farm stay. It felt very warm to be welcomed by Ben, his family and dog Allira. Lots of different animals around and you could even go in to pet the baby pigs. We stayed around the dam, which was not very full of water but still nice to see. The yard was big and we had a lot of privacy. Also a lot of fire pits around and the possibility of collecting wood/branches around 😊 And last but not least: the jacuzzi! Loved to go in there and look at the stars. If you want a peaceful camping experience, I definitely recommend going here!

We had a fabulous stay at Ben's place. The directions were clear and easy to follow. Our campsite 'Sunrise' was completely private - the kids had a great time running, chopping wood and playing without worry about disturbing anyone. The facilities were second to none - a modern, clean ensuite, plus an outdoor shower for coming in from paddling the kayaks on the dam. There was a hose and power at our site and lots of firewood we were welcome to use. The highlight was the hot tub though! So much fun! And it was very special when Ben brought a little 5 week old piglet around for everyone to cuddle. Ben and his family made us feel very welcome. There was a little bit of road noise but the privacy of the site well and truly made up for that. Highly recommend Ben's place to other campers. Thanks Ben, Jess and kids - we'll be back! :)

Great host. Friendly and accommodating, took the time to address my specific interests for my holiday but also gave me the space to relax. Nice stone fire rings at all the sites. There was a bit of a grade down to my site but my 2WD did just fine. Extremely convenient location so close to Toowoomba, but still felt relaxing and secluded. A map of the property would be nice, but that's my only constructive thought. Ben does a good job of orienting you even without one. We'll be back if we need another quick night away.

Ben was super helpful and friendly both before and during our trip. We really enjoyed our trip - using our camp as a base to explore Toowoomba and surrounds. My boys loved all the animals, especially the piglets, catching yabbies in the dam and building the fire. I loved the great facilities - modern shower/ toilet and the warm spa after days of walking and riding. We came home with some delicious Savvy Creek honey too.

We had such a fantastic stay at Savvy Creek Farms and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly camping experience. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with plenty of space to set up and enjoy the surroundings. One of the highlights was definitely the animals – there are pigs, sheep, goats, cows, and chickens, which made the experience extra special, especially for kids. Being able to interact with them added a really unique farm-stay feel that you don’t get at typical campgrounds. The amenities were clean and convenient, including toilets and a hot shower, which made the stay comfortable while still feeling like a proper camping getaway. The heated spa was a bonus and perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. Campfires in the evening created a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy the quiet countryside.

Great spot. Ben and his family are fabulous hosts. Ben went above and beyond. Plenty of room and very well kept. The facilities were great and extremely clean. The farm animals were a bonus and Ben brought a baby piglet up for us to cuddle. A nice relaxing spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our break.

Ben is an excellent host, friendly and helpful! The camp ground has easy amenities and is quite peaceful. We loved the chickens, goats and piglets, and especially cuddling the piglets. There was lots for children to enjoy with the play area and swings.

We had such a wonderful stay at Savvy Creek Farm☺️ Ben is an incredibly generous host, kindly sharing the main house facilities, including the spa, which made our stay extra special. The playground and toys were fantastic, our kids had an amazing time and were fully entertained throughout the stay. We also really appreciated how the number of guests was well managed. It never felt crowded or chaotic, which made the whole experience very relaxing and enjoyable. And the little pig was absolutely adorable😍 definitely a highlight for the kids! Highly recommend Savvy Creek Farm to families looking for a peaceful and fun getaway. We would love to come back again!

We loved pulling up to a space that included a campfire pit, power and water. We relaxed in the spa and enjoyed the stars, followed by a quiet and restful sleep. Thanks for the use of your facilities. Very clean and welcoming.

We loved camping here. Ben is super responsive to messages and gave us a friendly greeting upon arrival. Showers are nice and hot and the toilets were extremely clean. The grounds are well kept and spacious with lots of cute farm animals. Would highly recommend!

Ben and his family are terrific hosts. The property is as per the pictures and as described, it’s a fantastic place to pull up with your van tent motorhome. There’s plenty of room for all of that. The addition of the wildlife and the farm animals is really great, with Ben keen to involve guests with interacting with the Pigs, 🐷 goats, 🐐 sheep, 🐑 and potty cow 🐄. There is an excellent fire pit where you can sit back at night after collecting your own firewood and have a nice relaxing evening around the campfire. I highly recommend staying here and next time I’m in the area would not hesitate to make it my first choice… It should be your first choice too!

Ripper little farm stay!

Bloody ripper little farm stay. Ben the host is a seriously lovely and helpful guy with nothing too hard. He was great with the kids, bringing the new little piglet around to all the sites for them to see and cuddle. The facilities were great too with clean shower and toilets as well as a great play room with heaps of games. The kids also loved the spa!! Great place!!!

We had a quick weekend getaway with friends to Savvy creek Farms. It was well kept and had great facilities for our family needs. Ben, the host, was so welcoming and generous. The kids had room to explore and their highlights were the piglets and the free roaming chickens. Our camp fire flats location was perfectly groomed with water and power easy accessible. Great weekend away

This site is pretty good—it has power and water, and it’s easy to get to. Plus, the host, Ben, was dead set amazing. Our grandson had a blast nursing a baby pig, feeding the sheep and goats and just generally having a good time.
