You can either relax or get out and about as we are located near the famous Sirromet Winery and walking distance to Mount Cotton’s popular Eastern Escarpment walking and biking trails and amazing views up at the summit of Moreton Bay and across to the Glass House mountains. Venman Bushland National Park is just up the road and offers great walking trails. Daisy Hill Conservation Park is also a short drive away which is a great spot for a picnic and offers mountain bike trails, walking tracks and a BBQ area.
Moreton bay access is also close by with a short drive to either Victoria Point, Cleveland or Redland Bay.
In addition, the property has beautiful walking trails.
Campfires permitted however must be kept within the allocated fire pit and must be outside of restrictions.
You must have portable toilet and be fully self-sufficient. All waste to be removed by campers upon departure. We would like to preserve this site for all future campers so please ensure that you abide by our rules.
Generators welcomed, to be switched off between 10pm and 7am.
Please be mindful of loud music after 10pm - please adhere to this request else you may be asked to leave.

Please keep in mind that this Hipcamp is a 'Farm Stay', on a working property which is also our big back yard. Your privacy is assured, however, if you're looking for total seclusion, this may not be the Hipcamp property for you.
A grassy flat tent site is tucked away shaded by trees. Powered Caravan site is also grassy and flat with a large area for kids to play. If you choose to set up in the open away from the trees the house will be in sight (45m away), but we live a quiet life and respect your privacy. The property is on the Brisbane River, the site offers river glimpses however there is no river access.
Suitable for tents, campers trailers, caravans and RV's. We are close to the CBD so the site is a great option for a 'shake down' for your new caravan or camper trailer. If you're new to camping this is a great place to ease into a lifestyle that offers so many opportunities further afield.
You won't have to share the campsite with other campers, you will have the spot all to yourselves.

We have a no dogs policy because our dogs Ockie and Arlo are great with people but totally anti-social with other dogs. In regards to Service/Assistance Dogs, it is not our intention to discriminate against you, your disability or your dog, however, we would have to keep our Sausage dogs indoors where they would bark incessantly making it a misery for all, so we recommend you seek an alternative camping venue.

Option 2:
From the Centenary Freeway roundabout, at ripley head 21 km along Ripley Road, which continues and changes name to Undullah Road.

'Weefarm' is situated on a picturesque bend of the Brisbane River near Fernvale and is accessible by 4WD only. Kids are free to 17 so if you have children between 12-17, please include them in the "children" booking.
We provide an exclusive booking for you on absolute river frontage for tents and camper trailers.
Spend your time swimming, fishing, canoeing or simply sipping a cold drink on the pontoon under the umbrella. With an easterly aspect you’ll want to spend the morning swimming or exploring the riverscape and when the afternoon shade sets in light the campfire and put your feet up.
Please note... our campsite has been ongoing since 2017 and campers have kindly shared their many happy memories. Over the years, things change. Please take the photos lightly.
There is no vehicular boat ramp but still excellent access for other small watercraft. Due to the steep track to the camp area we insist on 4WD’s only - though you can walk down if feeling energetic!
Please bring drinking water and a desire to leave the riverside just as you found it. We have enough room for around 20 people in tents or camper trailers.

Exclusive private site on our 80acre WORKING* property just off the Warrego Highway at Haigslea.
*(Please note as we are 1km off the highway there is subsequent highway noise, we are immune to it, but as anything, some people may notice more than others.)
We are a working small rural property so with that comes seasonal tractor work/trucks and an element of busy, depending on what projects are on the go! Real taste of rural life while being smack bang in the privacy and serenity of our buzzing property!
Private gate access for self check in and checkout.
The large campsite is located alongside our 14 acre dam with a pontoon and dam banks to explore.
The site is flat and mowed with easy access from the road for caravans.
The dam is perfect to launch a SUP/ canoe out on, float around on floaties and spot some turtles or eels.
Great to swim in/ try your luck with a fishing rod, but NO JUMPING from the pontoon as water levels vary and submerged debris/ trees etc. (common sense swimming in dam and water sources.)
The pontoon is perfect for evening sunsets (or a sneaky proposal, which has happened a few times already!)
** Please be very conscious of deciding to camp with children in close proximity to an open water source. Safety is our highest priority.
The campsite is bordered by seasonal crops.
We also have Cattle that rotate through different paddocks on the property, depending on feed and crop cycles. (Not all guests will have cattle about sorry kiddies!)
**Pets welcome, but to remain under STRICT supervision. Not to chase cattle or wildlife. **
Our property is also home to the local remote controlled airplane club.
Guests will be able to see and hear them buzzing around of a weekend. You can watch from the campsite but we ask not to walk through the paddocks or approach the club.
During weekday stays (and some weekends) you will have the pleasure to see fighter aircraft, KC-30s and the impressive C17 Globe masters doing some low flying and pass overs as we are just on the edge of the Amberley RAAF Base circuit area.
This campsite suits self-contained campers who bring their own camping shower, and drinking water supply.
A basic long drop outhouse is set up for guest use.
Fire pit and picnic table for use. Firewood able to be purchased

Nice, clean and calm ground. Campsites are separated by bush from each other(not crowded) we actually didn’t hear others only saw lights through some bush and trees.

Kylie and Drew were so responsive and helpful to us and went out of their way to assist in a situation where we did not have a car. The location is handy to many things - for us the dog parks, shops and gymn of Yarrabilla but also we were so close to Tamborine and a night at the Bearded Dragon Pub. Great place for us!

Our children love this spot. The breeze was perfect, kookaburra wake up call got us up at the right time to see the due a top the river surface. It was gorgeous. Having the wee bridge to the left and the platform had our kids exploring.. Thanks Josh for the extra letting of the wheels. Super thankful. And at that level of camping just out of town, super private ,Awesome.

Very easy open access straight off the main road. I stayed right up the very end of the area as you had the view of the mountains, also watching the sun rise from this point. With kangaroos, bandicoots and chickens roaming freely. Beautiful nights. Private location.

Beautiful landscaped peaceful camp site for off grid camping. Enjoyed the peace and quiet in the shade of the trees listening to the birds. Nice level site that easily accommodated our 22ft jayco outback journey. Especially enjoyed seeing hotair balloons and hornet jets flying during our stay. Kevin very friendly too.

Peter was a super nice and kind host,
The fire wood I purchase from the site was top quality.
The ground was well maintained and flat.
10 mins driving to the shop was a bonus, you can meet some horses from the neighbours.
The road to the camp site was easy to drive.
Very private site as well.
Trees are fabulous, birds sound were different from city.
If you are sensitive for the noise, please check the night road work which didn’t bother us at all.
