Powered Caravan site is also grassy and flat with a large area for kids to play. If you choose to set up in the open away from the trees the house will be in sight (45m away), but we live a quiet life and respect your privacy. The property is on the Brisbane River, the site offers river glimpses however there is no river access. Suitable for tents, campers trailers, caravans and RV's. We are close to the CBD so the site is a great option for a 'shake down' for your new caravan or camper trailer. If you're new to camping this is a great place to ease into a lifestyle that offers so many opportunities further afield. You won't have to share the campsite with other campers, you will have the spot all to yourselves. Supermarket, bottle shop, takeaways, cafe and pharmacy less that 4 km away. Campfires are permitted. Firewood is available as an 'extra' for $20, please go to 'extras' to add to your booking alterantively purchase on arrival. Power (10amp) and drinkable water is available close to campsite. You must bring your own camping toilet. Daily water usage is included, however long range water tank fill ups incur a one off extra fee of $10, please include this in your booking under extras. We have a no dogs policy because our dogs Ockie and Arlo are great with people but totally anti-social with other dogs. In regards to Service/Assistance Dogs, it is not our intention to discriminate against you, your disability or your dog, however, we would have to keep our Sausage dogs indoors where they would bark incessantly making it a misery for all, so we recommend you seek an alternative camping venue. Great to swim in/ try your luck with a fishing rod, but NO JUMPING from the pontoon as water levels vary and submerged debris/ trees etc. (common sense swimming in dam and water sources.) The pontoon is perfect for evening sunsets (or a sneaky proposal, which has happened a few times already!) ** Please be very conscious of deciding to camp with children in close proximity to an open water source. Safety is our highest priority. The campsite is bordered by seasonal crops. We also have Cattle that rotate through different paddocks on the property, depending on feed and crop cycles. (Not all guests will have cattle about sorry kiddies!) **Pets welcome, but to remain under STRICT supervision. Not to chase cattle or wildlife. ** Our property is also home to the local remote controlled airplane club. Guests will be able to see and hear them buzzing around of a weekend. You can watch from the campsite but we ask not to walk through the paddocks or approach the club. 1 night at Mystic Adventures Greenbank

I came in at night and was really tired after a long drive. Kathryn greeted me very warmly and guided me to the site. She even upgraded me to the little but wonderful decorated cabin! Thank you so much! I really felt welcomed and very well treated in this special place.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Having the whole property to ourselves was amazing and there was so much space to relax and enjoy it. The property was really well maintained, and the lake and pontoon were such a highlight. The instructions were super clear and easy to follow, which made everything really straightforward from arrival to leaving. The host was lovely as well. Would absolutely recommend and would happily stay again 🤍

Quirky but great!! Night time was Incredible with all the fairy lights coming on…. Toilet and shower were great, clean and hot! Firepit was perfect with some kindling provided… Marnie was a great welcomer.

Awesome stay, place was beautifully maintained and camping area was massive! Highway noise minimal, outlook over the dam unreal and we had frequent visits from the cattle over fence, ‘Princess’ is super friendly. Long drop was top quality and the fire pit, huge +. Close to little towns, 25mins to Wivenhoe …5/5

During our stay it was busy on the weekend with everyone packed in, surrounding areas made up for this with the beach in walking distance and good food. Hosts were lovely and very accommodating. This stay is for the ones who like to mingle

Very cool and unique hipcamp that is a must do, the garden is awesome to walk around at day and night. The hosts are so lovely and even had the fire going for our arrival. Must do!

Such a lovely spot. Private yet convenient. Hideaway Hollow gives you complete privacy, with power & water available. Leanne was so friendly, making us feel extremely welcome. Thank you . Would thoroughly recommend.

Weekend Trip to Lake Hagislea Farm

I loved tent camping at Lake Haigslea with my dog, even though it got down to negative temperatures early morning, we spent the evenings warm around the well established fire pit. Got to experience it all. Amberley air field had jets and planes coming in and out like they’re picking up groceries. RC airplanes putting on a show Sunday morning and the roo families coming through morning and evenings. Too cool for a swim but very tempting. Well kept grassy space and easy to get to with great communication from the host. Would recommend and be back again.

Awesome spot! Beautiful sunsets, great fire pit and views over the water plus the kangaroos hopping through the paddock at dusk was amazing. Wee bit of background noise from cars in the distance but washes away into the background. Such a good spot and so close by!

Beautiful area with fairy lights all over! Kathryn greets you and makes you feel very welcomed. Lovely area for a campfire and we caught a gorgeous sunrise. We only stayed one night, but don't let the portapotty scare you away, it's the cleanest one I have ever used! Would be nice with kids as well, little areas to explore :)

With only one site on the lake, we had this picturesque HipCamp to ourselves. Just off the Warrego Highway, the site was very easy to locate and access, with clear directions provided.
