You may be moved to a different site if your chosen site is too wet. We use Good Riddance products for the midges & mozzies during summer because it works, its non toxic + deet free. We also provide dog minding services! Photo updates supplied. Cost is $50 per day (add to your booking). All you need to do is supply your dog bed and food. Recently our guests enjoyed a trip to Fraser Island and were very impressed with the service provided. So if you love your fur baby and you still want to have a holiday experience, just come and stay here and we can enhance your stay by giving your fur babies a holiday too.
You may be moved to a different site if your chosen site is too wet. We use Good Riddance products for the midges & mozzies during summer because it works, its non toxic + deet free. We have dry firewood (hardwood) available on the verandah for $15/15kg crate. There are plenty of sites to choose from.

Our campground is fully dingo-fenced, so you can relax and enjoy a true Fraser Island camping experience knowing the kids are safe. Unlike beach camping, you can enjoy a campfire in our designated fire rings.
You will need a 4WD to get to Cathedrals on Fraser. If you don’t have one, you can always hire from Hervey Bay or Rainbow Beach.

What a find! Beautiful spot with gorgeous views, beautifully clean campsites which are well sign posted and easy to find, plus they a good size.
Hosts were fabulous - really enjoyed our chat with both of them. A terrific experience overall. Really looking forward to returning with family to do it all over again.

We had a fabulous time in our caravan on a powered site at Hidden Camp. The owner Callan was very friendly & helpful in making sure we had everything we needed.
We had no other campers near by, the property is so well set up in the way everyone is far apart. We felt like we were the only family camping. The kids explored everyday, went swimming in the dam, kayaks were a great hit too. We played Lazer Tag at night with other campers and had marshmallows around our own firepit.
The highlight for us city people were the free roaming animals, Camels, Donkeys, Horses, Foals, Cows, Ducks, we had a lot of fun petting them and learning all their names.
We will definitely return to Hidden Camp and would highly recommend others to book in.
Hidden Camp has powered sites, non powered sites and also self contained Tiny Homes.

We absolutely loved this place. It's like a small safari where horses, Camels, Donkeys & Cows, and cows all wander around the property. Absolutely amazing experience, that is something you don't get anywhere else.
Must visit a place with very friendly hosts.

We had a very relaxing time and the hosts were really great... There's quite a lot of animals roaming around the property and they aren't shy about dropping into camp and introducing themselves...
Made friends with a donkey and a few camels!
The dam is great for kids swimming...

Fantastic family friendly campsite! Very quiet location, activities for kids during school hols like animal feeding and toad hunts including prizes. Showers were amazing with great water pressure and always very clean. Cannot recommend enough! Also give Hucknall Horses a try, 15 minutes down the road with awesome trail rides.

We absolutely loved our stay, it was our first time staying and we all had a blast.
Everyone we met was lovely and friendly. Our kids had such a good time, they loved the animals and feeding them each morning.
Swimming and the water slide was definitely a big hit for them.
We unfortunately had to leave a day early but we will definitely be returning.
The farm is very well looked after and has great facilities. Would recommend staying to anyone who is looking.

When to go
The busiest seasons on the Sunshine Coast are during the summer school holidays (December and January) and around Easter. At those times, you’ll need to book as far ahead as you can. The weather is great year-round, with temperatures averaging 28C (82F) in summer and 20C (68F) in winter.
Know before you go
- Rainbow Beach is a legally gazetted road for 4WD vehicles only, where road rules and speed limits must be followed.
- The closest National Park campsites to Rainbow Beach are at Poverty Point and Freshwater, which has both tent and trailer camping.
- Sand tobogganing is banned within Great Sandy National Park.
- Camping permits are required for all Queensland parks, forest and reserves and must be booked online and paid for before arrival.
