Greens Creek Country Stay is located just 12 minutes from Gympie Centro, 5 minutes from the new highway bypass, 48 minutes from Rainbow Beach, and 56 minutes from Noosa’s Hastings Street. There are two gate openings to navigate through to reach the camping paddock — 2 4.2m gate openings (both pictured in the photos). The property does not provide any facilities, so campers must be self-sufficient and take all waste with them. The entire property is 7 acres, and the paddock available for camping offers beautiful sunset views. It’s a large grassy area fully dog fenced surrounded on two sides by dairy farms — the cows often come up to the fence in the afternoons to say hello! The other two sides border our horse paddock and a paddock with cows, sheep, and goats. There is a photo showing the layout of sites 1–5 and directions to the camping paddock. We have several friendly animals on the property. Please do not feed them any scraps. You may meet our horse, Nulla (he loves carrots!), and our cattle: Molly, King Harold, Queen Annie, Sparkles, and Flossy. Note: animals may not always be on the property — if this is the reason for your visit, please message me beforehand to confirm. Animal feeding can sometimes be arranged for guests; please message me after booking to check availability. Smoking is allowed on the property, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly — we ask that no trace is left behind for the safety of our animals, wildlife, and future campers. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times. If a dog is seen off-leash, you may be asked to leave for the safety of our animals. Please pick up after your pet. Paralysis ticks are common in this area, so ensure your dog is treated before arrival. Quiet time is after 10 p.m. — please be respectful of neighbours and other campers. Family group bookings are welcome. For stays longer than 7 days, feel free to message me to discuss extended options. Fire pits are supplied (one per site). Firewood will be supplied for free until notified otherwise. Fires are permitted unless a fire ban is in place. If there has been significant rainfall, the paddock may only be accessible by 4WD. If your dog is not friendly with other humans and dogs unfortunately its not welcome Only 9 minutes from the bruce highway, situated down a quiet dirt road on the side of the beautiful Maroochy River you will find river rd ranch. River rd ranch is at heart of the sunshine coast being only a 10 minute drive to Coolum beach and Yandina, 25 to 30 minutes to noosa, mooloolaba, Maroochydore beaches, Sunshine Plaza, bars and restaurants! Being only 20 minutes to the sunshine coast airport it’s a great opportunity to park up your big or small touring rig to head interstate at short notice if required. This amazing property has views of mt Coolum and mt Nindery with some of the best sunrise and sunsets around. With easy access to the property we can also cater for larger caravans and big groups of people. Being on the river there is option for fishing and crabbing, we are only a few hundred meter walk to the Yandina Creek Wetlands walking trails. Camp Fires are allowed on site. (unless fire bans are in place ) fire wood available 20kg = $20 (cash only sorry due to a few nonpayers) Pets are welcome but we must respect our Neighbours with horses and other campers so must be friendly retrained at all times. Please remember pick up after your fury friends as we have other guests here we have 3 - 4 sites right on the river and another 3 - 4 sites in our paddock with a section allowing our paddock guests to have access to the river to do all activities All waste to be taken away when you leave.

3 nights at Brooyar Station

Loved caravanning at Brooyar Station. Site 19 was right on the dam shore with a mostly flat spot and a fire pit. Loads of wildlife and you could see the cows roaming in distant paddocks. Nearby there was a running creek which the dog, and her hoomans, absolutely loved! Our host was kind enough to take us to feed lucerne to the pregnant cows and then a wonderful quad bike tour of the property which is awesome! No phone signal made our stay that much more enjoyable! Will definitely be going back!

We loved camping at River Road Ranch and will be back. Greg the host is very welcoming, and their bulldog Zena was also an amazing camp companion. You can't get any closer to the river with fishing, water skiers and an aerial stunt show from a local pilot. Campsites were grassy with the benefit of an included firepit - although it was too windy for a fire when we visited :( Thanks Greg and family for opening up your property for campers.

Spent 3 nights at River rd and it was great. Very peaceful and enjoyed our multiple visits by the owners bulldog. Obviously being on a river there are boats etc going past and the occasional plane taking off but if you can't handle that then you shouldn't go camping 😁. The campsites were well maintained with easy access in and out.

Brooyar Station is hands down the best Hipcamp we've ever stayed at. This was our second weekend back and we’ve already booked two more trips – it’s that good! From the moment you arrive, the peaceful atmosphere sets in. The campsites are incredibly spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, giving you plenty of room to relax and soak in the natural beauty. The whole property is immaculately maintained and feels like a hidden gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle. One of our favourite parts is the creek – crystal clear and perfect for a refreshing swim. It's absolutely stunning and such a tranquil spot to unwind. The area is teeming with wildlife too, so whether you’re a birdwatcher or just love being surrounded by nature, there’s always something beautiful to see. What truly sets Brooyar Station apart though is the family who runs it. They are incredibly lovely, welcoming, and accommodating – you can really tell they care deeply about the land and the people who come to enjoy it. Their hospitality made us feel right at home, and it's a big part of why we keep coming back. If you're looking for a peaceful, nature-filled getaway with top-notch campsites and amazing hosts, look no further. Brooyar Station is a dream come true. Can’t wait for our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Brooyar Station! The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our trip was the unique experience of feeding the cows – the kids absolutely loved it! The property is stunning, with plenty of space to explore. The creeks were perfect for a dip with the kids, and the peaceful, natural surroundings made it easy to relax and unwind. The campsites are spacious and well-kept, giving us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the serenity. We loved it so much, we’ve already booked our next trip!

We stayed overnight at the Yandina CP on powered slab site, the facilities were clean & in good condition, so I would recommend, however it was more expensive than others. Also, being school holidays the CP was very busy. For a longer stay I would recommend a site by the river if possible. Also confirm office hours for check in.
