There is access to a portaloo. You need to be a self-contained camper with your own shower, and drinking water. Please respect the environment and take everything with you when you leave. Please note this is just a farm portaloo not a glamping bathroom. Please make sure you clean it on departure.

We have converted a container into a tiny home overlooking our gardens. Relax and unwind by the outdoor fireplace by night while you enjoy the sunset views over the hills. We are close to shops, restaurants, cafes, beaches, creeks and parks. It is only a short drive to Pottsville town. There is plenty to see and do in the Northern Rivers. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you would like some recommendations.
The container has been converted into a tiny livable space with sustainability and simplicity in mind. Features include a compost toilet, hot shower, air conditioner, toaster, stovetop kettle, fridge, daybed, queen size main bed (towels and linen are an added extra), small deck with an outdoor kitchen and bbq area.
You may like to meet our pet ducks or if visiting a farm is what you’re into we can recommend some great local farm tours within a 20 minute drive from here. Spa treatments, yoga, bushwalking and water activities are all close by. Unfortunately our goats are currently doing weed maintenance on a nearby property and may not be here for your booking.
If you’re looking to experience the rural setting with the convenience of beaches and shops being close by then this is the place for you. This is a unique area in Pottsville and we look forward to hosting.

Your privacy is important to us! The glass doors are tinted and reflective, plus curtains are available for more privacy. The main house is a little over 50m from the tiny home. Our campground is on my family’s dairy farm that has been in the family since 1904. I’m the 4th generation on the farm and work alongside my parents and my husband operating the family business of milking cows.
The campsite is on a private area of flat ground right beside the Oxley River with views of Mt Warning.
We are excited to share our piece of paradise with others. We DO have a composting toilet but DON’T have any shower facilities.

Friends love our campsites for catch ups, the bird watching, small historical or nature walks around the property and of course the cool waterholes in the Albert River.
Other groups use Kerry Valley Secret as a base camp for hiking adventures in the wilderness end of Lamington National Park.
Bring your togs and floaties to cool down in the waterhole on the Albert River.
Don't forget the marshmallows to roast on the fire at night (firewood provided).
Binoculars and boots are a must for bird watching and exploring our walking tracks through the forest.
All campsites have basic toilet facilities (a portaloo) and firepit (with a free bag of kindling provided). Stockyard Creek Campsite also includes a picnic table.
Exclusivity is a feature of all our campsite and for that reason we only take a flat rate booking. Once you have booked no one else will be able to camp at the site, it is all yours.

5km from the beautiful village of Uki. Uki is a place where community spirit hums. Village markets every Saturday selling local foods and crafts. The Old buttery offers ‘the Uki Buttery Bazaar Market’ on the 3rd Sunday of every month.
Don’t forget to pop into the Uki Trading Post (Bastion Lane) for the Best coffee in Australia. The Mt Warning Hotel situated in Uki Village also offers all meals as takeaways and a complementary curtesy bus running from Friday 5PM through to Sunday. Stock up on supplies at the village General Store.
Pet welcome on leash and under control. Campfires are permitted within local regulations.

Our beautiful farm is located beside the Logan River and is a little natural oasis close to everything. The campsites offer lush green grass and are set on the bank of the Logan river where you can go fishing. We have a boat ramp that you can use to put your boat, kayak or jet ski in.
Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and rubbish wth them on departure.
There are fire pits available for guests to enjoy, please check local restrictions before lighting a fire. Firewood is available $35 for a full wheelbarrow.
We have a tennis court that you can rent depending on availability, we also have equipment for hire, if your interested please ask us for prices.
Our farm has chickens, ducks, goats and guinea pigs. We also have an abundance of wildlife from all kinds of birds to lizards and possums. If you're lucky you may even spot one of our koalas, kangaroos or foxes.
Please keep in mind that we have animals and you need to close the gate behind yourself. Unfortunately we do not accommodate pets due to our farm animals being free ranged.

We have converted a container into a tiny home overlooking our gardens. Relax and unwind by the outdoor fireplace by night while you enjoy the sunset views over the hills. We are close to shops, restaurants, cafes, beaches, creeks and parks. It is only a short drive to Pottsville town. There is plenty to see and do in the Northern Rivers. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you would like some recommendations.
The container has been converted into a tiny livable space with sustainability and simplicity in mind. Features include a compost toilet, hot shower, air conditioner, toaster, stovetop kettle, fridge, daybed, queen size main bed (towels and linen are an added extra), small deck with an outdoor kitchen and bbq area.
You may like to meet our pet ducks or if visiting a farm is what you’re into we can recommend some great local farm tours within a 20 minute drive from here. Spa treatments, yoga, bushwalking and water activities are all close by. Unfortunately our goats are currently doing weed maintenance on a nearby property and may not be here for your booking.
If you’re looking to experience the rural setting with the convenience of beaches and shops being close by then this is the place for you. This is a unique area in Pottsville and we look forward to hosting.

Other groups use Kerry Valley Secret as a base camp for hiking adventures in the wilderness end of Lamington National Park.
Bring your togs and floaties to cool down in the waterhole on the Albert River.
Don't forget the marshmallows to roast on the fire at night (firewood provided).
Binoculars and boots are a must for bird watching and exploring our walking tracks through the forest.
All campsites have basic toilet facilities (a portaloo) and firepit (with a free bag of kindling provided). Stockyard Creek Campsite also includes a picnic table.
Exclusivity is a feature of all our campsite and for that reason we only take a flat rate booking. Once you have booked no one else will be able to camp at the site, it is all yours.

The Mt Warning Hotel situated in Uki Village also offers all meals as takeaways and a complementary curtesy bus running from Friday 5PM through to Sunday. Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and rubbish wth them on departure.

There are no facilities here, if you do not have toilet facilities please do not
book any of our sties.
Firewood is available please message if you require it.
Please arrive to camp prior to dark. Message host if you need to arrive later.
The camp sites are spacious with plenty of distance between each site - no crowds. Each site is for your group only.
Open for bookings for Christmas and New Year - numbers are limited. No large parties. We prefer to promote a quieter area.
Beautiful sunsets, mountain views, birds and quiet surroundings. Enjoy the stars on a clear night. Explore the beautiful Scenic Rim area from here. Visit the historic Tamrookum All Saints Memorial Church.
A large natural lagoon and the Logan River provide opportunities to relax, swim, fish or kayak. An abundance of Carp and Tilapia provide great fishing opportunities at the Lagoon or the Logan River.
Children aged 12 years and under no charge (please do not include them in your numbers when making a booking)
Pet friendly off-grid camping.
All sites are unpowered. No motorboats or motor bikes.
No parties - this is a quiet camping area please keep noise including music to a minimum level. Please respect our wildlife, our neighbours and your camping neighbours at all times. Enjoy our large camp sites with family and friends.
Noise travels easily in the evening please reduce noise by 9pm.
Larger groups welcome on some sites please message hosts.
Tamrookum Store is 2 kilometres away for general goods, fuel and take away
food.

We loved staying at site 6R. The creek was flowing nicely when we were there, enough to swim and use our paddle board in. The surrounding mountain ridges are a beautiful backdrop to the campsite. The property is very well maintained, and the grass is so lovely to camp on. And we loved being able to enjoy a campfire at night.
We would definitely love to come back to this spot. Thanks for having us stay!

What a beautiful spot to spend a few days. Karen was lovely and let us know her fav spot to camp and it was perfect! The horses, alpaca and cows are as friendly as the reviews say. It was such a unique experience to have them come and visit every day. The kayaks were a lovely addition and easy to take into the lagoon for a paddle. Would definitely stay again

Our second stay at Christmas Creek Bush Retreat was just as incredible as the first. The property is absolutely stunning, with large, spacious, and well-positioned sites that feel private and peaceful. The host’s communication was excellent, and we were lucky with beautiful weather, which made the trip even better. We brought friends along this time and they had an amazing experience too. Definitely one of the best sites we’ve stayed at in the Scenic Rim through Hipcamp — we’ll absolutely be back!

Great camp. I stayed at the lookout. Amazing views of the mountains. Definitely worth the trip. Though be warned there are no amenities at the lookout. You will have to go to another site on the grounds.

We loved, loved, loved our weekend here! Plenty of space to set up well away from the one other campsite. We appreciated that the lawn was well-mown. It was very easy to slip into relax mode sitting outside soaking up the views of the creek and the grand old trees. Unfortunately, there wasn't quite enough water in the creek for swimming on this occasion. The stars at night were spectacular. Fantastic location across the road from the Rail Trail. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great place for dogs. bush camp but good facilities. Host very friendly advised the best place to park. Bush walks and a great dam with Kayaks and sun shelter. Will definitely go there again. Dogs can be off leash as long as they are under the effective control of there owners.

What a wonderful hilly spot ! you could choose to camp high up or low down or under a tree
they clevelry have built shelters ( rof structure ) so if you passsing in rain or extreme heat you have a place to hide.
We def be back the stars at night , the views and location where just wonderful so much space
i camped with my 11 year old girls , felt safe . We also able to find a space just for us was tops ! we mountain biked, adventured and swam in the lake was a hoot.
we enjoyed fabulous milkshakes and hot chips at the coffee van - run by a lovely most charamatic lady (whose name i have tragically forgotten) who gave me a lovely tip on a creek to swim at on our way home called cedar creek what a great spot to go for a dip on your way home ( when you leave misty mountain heading back toward the coast drive 10 min theres a sign saying byrill creek / cedar creek turn left then follow th road then follow the road right along the river the boulders and swimming holes where just gorgous . but back to review of misty creek hell yeah we will be back !
