Sleeping arrangements: We have a custom-made inner spring mattress that is an unusual size due to the vintage age of the vintage caravan & therefore the size, is in between a King-single & double size width & a queen-size length (which may or may not be big enough for 2 people depending on your sleeping expectations). The actual measurements are: 1.13M wide & 2M long. There is also a separate king single-size bed, on the other side of the caravan, suitable for another adult, a child or two small children. All linen and bath towels etc are provided. The caravan is cosy, with a TV, stereo, fridge, sink, wardrobe & storage space. The property is not far from the beautiful bathhouses of Mullumbimby too ie Kiva Spa & Banya bathhouse We are a pet-friendly property. Having 3-bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it is an ideal place for a relaxing weekend. The cabin has flat ground on 2 sides which allows for additional campers (up to 20 people). In wet weather, 2WD and AWD may need to park a short distance downhill from the cabin. In addition we offer 3 creek-side camp sites which have plenty of room for large groups; they are all situated on well drained, grassy open spaces beside the creek. In wet conditions you will need a 4WD to access these sites. Also in wet conditions they are not suitable for large caravans (in excess of 21 feet) unless you have some serious towing power (Landrover or RAM, for example). Figtree Farm has an abundance of bird and animal life. Here, tranquillity reigns, save for the occasional call of our friendly neighbourhood donkeys and the odd rooster. If you wish to wander further afield, Wiangaree is 15 minutes away and Kyogle is a 30 minute drive south. For those who enjoy a game of tennis there is an all weather tennis court (with lights) nearby at Bundgeam Hall. Cabin 3 was the perfect place to call home for a couple of nights and take advantage of the calm surroundings. Containing everything you need in the kitchenette and a stones throw from everything you could want in the shared kitchen. We absolutely loved our stay here! The cabin was beautiful, cosy and incredibly peaceful — it genuinely felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, which was exactly what we were looking for. We booked the cabin for a quiet weekend away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life so we could focus on studying, and it was the perfect place to do it. We were able to completely switch off from everything around us and get so much done. The cabin had absolutely everything we could have needed and more, with so many thoughtful little touches that made our stay feel extra special. You could tell how much time, care and effort Kathryn has put into creating such a unique, comfortable and cosy space. And Kathryn herself was a wonderful host. She even baked fresh sourdough for our arrival, which was such a lovely and unexpected touch! She was so warm and lovely to chat with, and always easy to reach whenever we had a question. The surrounding area is gorgeous and so charming, and there was something really special about the whole property. It felt like a little escape from the real world. We loved our stay and will absolutely be back again. We couldn't recommend this place highly enough! ❤️

We loved our stay at Barachi cabin. Driving into the property you easily start to switch off. Beautiful quiet spot with a lovely creek running through. Our dog loved exploring too. Enjoyed a nice hot outdoor shower in the morning sun. Laying in the hammock reading a book and a toasty outdoor fire under the stars. Lovely spot for a night only wish we could’ve stayed longer.
