* Strictly no parties.🚫 *Reduce noise from 8:30 pm Sun - Thu * Friday and Saturday noise till 10pm Escape to a Bohemian-inspired Hinterland retreat! This secluded property boasts breathtaking sunrises, exclusive use of the spa in nature with ocean views on the horizon ( up to 6 people ) ➡️$150 per pet per entire stay. Pets are not permitted on carpets, beds or sofas, Or fees will apply. Pets must be supervised. BBQ free of charge as long as you leave it as you found it, otherwise cleaning fee $50 will apply. Extra guests must be notified before the check-in day. Day visits fee will apply, whereas is just a visit or to stay over, $50 per guest per day. A damage deposit of $450 will be collected at check in time via pay ID or by cash. We'll ask for the booker's ID at the check-in time and you'll need to agree to the house rules prior your stay. * 9' to Mudgee Village with a variety of restaurants, Woolies, and Coles. 13' to Robina town, 17' to Burleigh beach and M1. 30' to Springbrook and theme parks. Bush tracks are mere seconds away. The house has South American-style living areas with smart TV and aircon. The owner lives on the property. You will have privacy. The accomodation has an independent driveway with its own undercover parking area for up to 3 cars, providing an easy transition from the car to the house and there is extra space for a couple of extra vehicles. You'll enjoy great views to the ocean on the horizon, pergola with feston lights and plenty of outdoor sitting areas. If you bring your pet, there's a big fully fenced backyard right next to the house. As the property is located in the middle of nature, there will be a minimum maintenance in the gardens depending on the length of your stay, however, you will be informed before that. *Very important: Please, let us know about any issues or concerns right away! We won't accept any complaints giving on the last day as we are aware of scamers. Please note : When booking the property expect to see insects and possibly some other wildlife, wild ducks in the open dams as shown in the pictures, leaves on the carport and other areas as the house is surrounded by hundreds of trees, specially after heavy rain, dry season or storm. Pack your bags and immerse yourself in nature! Guests have access to the main gardens, sun lounges, and a pergola adorned with festoon lights. The outdoor spa offers a serene experience, day or night, under the stars and sounds of wildlife. Enjoy a BBQ (please clean after use) and a hammock (weather permitting). Friendly ducks can roam freely upon request, and kids will love feeding them. You'll have exclusive access to: The entire 3-bedroom villa Gardens, outdoor spa, BBQ area & sun lounges 10 acres of bushland for walking & biking Parking for up to 4 cars under the carport Laundry facilities with a modern washing machine and fresh towels are available. The property is pet-friendly ($50 per pet per stay) but pets are not allowed on beds or sofas. Please send a request before booking. The property runs on rainwater; boiling is recommended before drinking. Expect some insects, wildlife, and natural elements (fallen leaves, wet furniture after rain, etc.) due to the location. The spa is treated with chlorine and has a new filter. Minimal maintenance may occur, and you'll be informed in advance. Electricity is dependent on Energex; outages due to natural disasters are beyond our control. Your host is always just a phone call away, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. No refunds for weather or natural events. Come unwind, reconnect with nature, and experience the tranquility of the Gold Coast Hinterland!
