Come and enjoy some peace and quiet camped aside the dam on this rural farm property. Wake up to the kookaburras, the ducks or the horses in the paddock surrounds. The property is located on the northern rivers rail trail for bike riding and walking or within 10minutes from local beaches: Wooyung or Pottsville or 15 minutes into Murwillumbah. Escape within 30minutes to Byron or the Gold Coast or enjoy the charming town of Burringbar and its surrounds with local cafes and shops. Limited spots therefore unlikely to share with many, if any, others Please note this is still a working property and residents further along driveway. Please note you must have your own amenities to camp here. Not suited to tent/swag setups without toilets. Best suited for those looking for peace and quiet. No parties.

We loved staying at Misty Ridge. The effort that has been put into making the dam feel like a little rural oasis was awesome. Plenty of bird life and frogs. Having the north side of the dam all to ourselves was very special. It's a beautiful and spacious grassed area with a nice view. Very peaceful and quiet spot, but only 2 minutes to cute Burringbar township and within 20 to 30 minutes drive of a heap of other beach and hinterland towns. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place and close to everything including a beach but I really don’t want to leave a great review as I’d like to keep this for myself 😜

This was the third time we camped at Misty Ridge - the first on the northern side. Absolutely loved it! Beautiful shady tree and privacy, being the only ones on the site. So great the NRRT runs along the front of the property, making it super accessible. We’ll be back again!

The site is level. Extremely well looked after. Absolutely beautiful spot to spend a couple of nights. Close to the beach. The Bicycle Rail trail is right on your door step too. Highly recommended. Thanks for allowing us to spend time on your property.
