My 100 acre grassland property is mostly natural ironbark grassland, bounded by the Condamine River to the east and the sealed Cullendore Road to the west. Grazing and farmland to the north and south. The nearest neighbours live a distance of approximately 1.5 km away, so peace and quiet is guaranteed.
ALL Camping areas are accessible by small sedan type vehicles
I encourage bikes and walking, over the entire property, but Motor Bikes, and rough FourWheel Driving are not allowed.

* RIVERCAMP another area of mostley level dispersed sites are avialable in close proximatiy to the River, scattered around the trees, and the Dam, but still having direct access to an open section of the river bank, for swimmimg, fishing or Kayaking
* MIDCAMP.. 7 level sites approximatly 200 meters up from the Comdamine River, and overlooking (and access to) the rivercamp, surrounded by mature "Iron Bark" trees and grassland, Plus several more dispersed sites, suitable for all types of camping from Vans to Tents.
This area also includes a small number of powered sites
* TOP CAMP.. This open area is approximately another 150 metres up the hill from from midcamp, overlooking both Mid & Rivercamps, with 360deg views, has 3 large flat sites. plus many more dispersed sites, also suitable for all types of camping vehicles
*Wood for your campfire is available to purchase, or you are welcome to bring your own.
*HOT Showers and toilets are situated within easy walking distance at all camp sites
*Lots to see and experience in nearby Warwick and the Granite Belt.

We have 178 acres of beautiful land hidden in the hills of Tarome in the Scenic Rim community. An amazing view of the national park and Cunninghams Gap. There is a hidden creek at the back of the property that never runs dry, running from Gap Creek Falls at the top of Cunninghams Gap.
The location is perfect for a quick getaway or long stay, complete privacy and little reception depending on your phone service, ensuring a peaceful camping stay. There is lots of activities within a short drive from the property including fishing at Lake Moogerah, hiking the mountain tops or having brunch at the amazing local cafe's in the area.
Our campsites are hidden in the hills, down by the creek or out in the open.
You will need a 4 WD to access the rear of the property. There is a steep incline at the beginning of the track followed by a tight corner because of this caravans must be off road and under 17 ft. Make sure your car has the power and weight to get it up the hill.
There are 3 x 2WD camping options for caravans over 17ft or those not off road.
Depending on the type of vehicle and van will dictate your camping locations. Maximum caravan access for the rear of the property is 17ft off road van. This is due to the hill climb and a tight corner at the top. Please be aware of the weight you are towing and your car is capable of pulling it up the hill.
Dogs are welcome but must stay within the camp, be under control or on a leash. If you have friends who you want to invite but don't have camping gear that's okay, we have the option to hire a camper trailer. All they need to bring is food and drinks. Only 1 available, please see Extras.
We welcome self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. All human, food and general waste is to be removed upon leaving the campsite.
We have fireplaces set up but if you prefer a different site for your fire please bring your own fire pit. Good Firewood for camp ovens etc is available for purchase under Extras. Pre order your wood. For this one off price we will supply you for wood for your whole stay. There is sometimes wood located at each campsite but the amount and quality is varied.

Stonepine Ridge is 'remote' - your camp sites are away from any dwellings - but you are still close enough to country towns across borders.
There is plenty of space for social distancing. Most camp sites are 50 or more metres apart.
The terrain is mostly treed with some cleared, pastured country.
On the border with the Queensland town of Stanthorpe, Stonepine Ridge is close to the historic areas of Willsons Downfall and Amosfield in New South Wales. Home to many rivers that traverse the property from top to bottom, the Boonoo Boonoo and Bookookookarara rivers and Undercliffe and Boonoo Boono Falls are close by and are popular sites to spend a few hours walking/hiking and immersing yourself in the ambient countryside.
The Boonoo Boonoo and Bald rock National Parks are also within this area. The beautiful New England town of Tenterfield is about 20 minutes drive from the falls and offers visitors many shopping and restaurant options. Be sure to stop en route to visit the World War 2 tank traps - (Australia's Maginot Line) and Thunderbolt's hideout. A short drive across the border into Queensland will give you access to the Girraween National Park and a host of wineries, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs.
This camping property is large and you will find no better place that allows for gentle as well as more advanced walking, hiking and mountain biking. The altitude on the property varies from 900m at the top down to 50m to the bottom. The temperature is variable with mostly cool nights, which makes for restful sleep and a nice fire to add to the ambience.

Amaroo also known to some long time visitors as Snake Valley, is situated on a massive property and backs onto the Toonumbar National park.
The property sits at the top of a 2.7km dirt road to the top of a small mountain with incredible views of Mount Lindsay and Mount Barney. The owner (my dad) has spent over 30 years bringing the land back from blade glass to the early stages of rainforest through native seed propagation and bush regeneration.
After decades of keeping the land free from domestic and commercial animals, the native wildlife has had come back in abundance and is thriving.
Depending on the time of year you could see any number of wallabies, goannas, and echidnas, to countless varieties of birds and butterflies, small marsupials, koalas, micro bats, snakes, and even a few lone dingoes have been spotted from a distance during duck breeding season. Therefore we don’t allow dogs or cats to be brought onto the property.
Pitch your tent, or pull up your situation either on level gravel or in a grassy zone however close or far from the communal zone as you wish. The communal zone is made up of a shack with a kitchen sink and a BBQ (BYO BBQ gas or you will need to request as an extra), there is tank water and lights all running off solar, a big long bench table and stools for preparing food, underneath the pagola of this open shack is an indoor fireplace. 50m from the shack connected by gravel paths and garden beds is the hot gas shower and composting toilet, each in their own enclosed dwellings with lights. From the shack and where you camp you will have the best views of the mountains. You will be 100m-ish from the top main dam where you can swim (we just ask that you don’t remove the fish, yabbies or turtles from their homes). The level below the shack is the main house where the property owner lives, and the level below that is the motocross tracks. There are walking and bike paths down to the motocross tracks that avoid going past the main house, if you are riding or just want to go for a walk.
PLS NOTE you may be around other people during your stay at Amaroo. There is a small community of motorcross riders that access the private tracks and sometimes camp. If you wish to have the campsite to yourself please msg us before booking to make sure it will be exclusive. Most of the time this property is peaceful and filled with noises of birds and tree breeze, but there are occasions where the tracks will be in use. Motorbikes can get noisy!

There is a fee per vehicle per day with every booking, and we need to know if it is 2WD or 4WD as many of our campsites are 4WD only.
We have limited usage on Tamrookum Creek road per day and pay a levy per vehicle. The vehicle fee is listed under extras. If you want to drive the 28 kilometres of tracks scattered throughout the property during your stay 7am to 6pm there is an additional one-off payment $45 per vehicle. Our entry check-in time 7am with vacating before 6pm
We also offer people with 4WD vehicles to just come out for a day’s drive 7am to 6pm to access the 4WD tracks. Vehicles pay $55 weekend and PH or $45 mid-week for a day visit no camping.
Camping: We have 2 camping areas for 2WD and caravan access Opposite Lock A to H sites and the 14's A to E sites. Our check in time is from 7am and check out time the following day before 6pm
All other sites are 4WD access. These are not advertised on this platform. As this is an instant payment platform, we do consider credits for valid reasons unable to arrive but must be discussed.
Property: A 695-acre council registered tourist back-to-basic bush camping and 4WD park located in the picturesque Scenic Rim region just over an hour drive from Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Perfect for 4WD enthusiasts, bushwalkers, mountain bikers, and anyone that just wants to get back to nature.

This property runs cattle and two horses, we also seem to accommodate neighbours goats when they escape their own property. We have an abundance of birdlife, a few hares and the occasional mob of kangaroos like to thunder through the property at dawn and dusk.
Free firewood can be collected around the property and firepits are available. Campfires are subject to authority fire bans.
Day visitors for fossicking/prospecting must book through Hipcamp for insurance reasons.
No motorbikes allowed however bicycles are allowed on the tracks.

The property is situated at the base of MT Lion and on Lynchs creek which flows from the rainforest. There are great hiking tracks along the creek which lead you to fishing holes and swimming holes. You can also hike our property to see Border view camp spot which has beautiful and amazing views of the Border Rangers, you can see Lynchs ck and Warrazambil ck falls in the distance ,you can also look down the valley towards Kyogle and surrounds.There is also an abundance of wildlife on the hike Koala's are often about if you look up for them usually early morning or late afternoon. You will also come across our beautiful Simmental cattle on the hike they are very quite. There is also Fern gully picnic spot on the hike which is a great spot to relax or do some morning yoga at the small waterfall . Children will also find fairy homes. .Fern Gully is a very tranquil.
There is a 1km of creek to explore with great fishing spots you can catch Perch ,Cat fish Mullet ,and Carp. The creek is lots of fun to kayak on. There is plenty of creek to paddle and Awesome rapids to challenge yourself. And one of our favourite things to do is fossicking you can find Quartz, Citrine and Jasper..
The Village of Wiangaree is just 4klm from the camp grounds they have great coffee and hot food and also do Friday night meals. And in walking distance of 200 meters is Ferndale Pantry which sells sourdough, eggs, chutneys, cakes and more.
We are also a 10klm drive to to the Border Rangers National Park.
The Campgrounds are beautifully and are situated on the creek. There are 5 spacious dispersed sites . There are fire pits available and fire wood is available for $20 a wheelbarrow full, just ask on arrival. Rubbish must be taken with you when you leave. There is no toilet, you must bring your own toilet and take home all waste. Bush toilet is not acceptable. Wiangaree have Public toilets.
And no potable water.

My 100 acre grassland property is mostly natural ironbark grassland, bounded by the Condamine River to the east and the sealed Cullendore Road to the west. Grazing and farmland to the north and south. The nearest neighbours live a distance of approximately 1.5 km away, so peace and quiet is guaranteed.
ALL Camping areas are accessible by small sedan type vehicles
I encourage bikes and walking, over the entire property, but Motor Bikes, and rough FourWheel Driving are not allowed.
The 4 Camping areas are:
* RIVERSIDE.. 10 level camping sites are available, suitable for single campers, or family groups, right beside the Condamine River
* RIVERCAMP another area of mostley level dispersed sites are avialable in close proximatiy to the River, scattered around the trees, and the Dam, but still having direct access to an open section of the river bank, for swimmimg, fishing or Kayaking
* MIDCAMP.. 7 level sites approximatly 200 meters up from the Comdamine River, and overlooking (and access to) the rivercamp, surrounded by mature "Iron Bark" trees and grassland, Plus several more dispersed sites, suitable for all types of camping from Vans to Tents.
This area also includes a small number of powered sites
* TOP CAMP.. This open area is approximately another 150 metres up the hill from from midcamp, overlooking both Mid & Rivercamps, with 360deg views, has 3 large flat sites. plus many more dispersed sites, also suitable for all types of camping vehicles
*Wood for your campfire is available to purchase, or you are welcome to bring your own.
*HOT Showers and toilets are situated within easy walking distance at all camp sites
*Lots to see and experience in nearby Warwick and the Granite Belt.
Dogs are welcome but must be controlled by owners at all times.

We have 178 acres of beautiful land hidden in the hills of Tarome in the Scenic Rim community. An amazing view of the national park and Cunninghams Gap. There is a hidden creek at the back of the property that never runs dry, running from Gap Creek Falls at the top of Cunninghams Gap.
The location is perfect for a quick getaway or long stay, complete privacy and little reception depending on your phone service, ensuring a peaceful camping stay. There is lots of activities within a short drive from the property including fishing at Lake Moogerah, hiking the mountain tops or having brunch at the amazing local cafe's in the area.
Our campsites are hidden in the hills, down by the creek or out in the open.
You will need a 4 WD to access the rear of the property. There is a steep incline at the beginning of the track followed by a tight corner because of this caravans must be off road and under 17 ft. Make sure your car has the power and weight to get it up the hill.
There are 3 x 2WD camping options for caravans over 17ft or those not off road.
Depending on the type of vehicle and van will dictate your camping locations. Maximum caravan access for the rear of the property is 17ft off road van. This is due to the hill climb and a tight corner at the top. Please be aware of the weight you are towing and your car is capable of pulling it up the hill.
Dogs are welcome but must stay within the camp, be under control or on a leash. If you have friends who you want to invite but don't have camping gear that's okay, we have the option to hire a camper trailer. All they need to bring is food and drinks. Only 1 available, please see Extras.
We welcome self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. All human, food and general waste is to be removed upon leaving the campsite.
We have fireplaces set up but if you prefer a different site for your fire please bring your own fire pit. Good Firewood for camp ovens etc is available for purchase under Extras. Pre order your wood. For this one off price we will supply you for wood for your whole stay. There is sometimes wood located at each campsite but the amount and quality is varied.

Stonepine Ridge is 'remote' - your camp sites are away from any dwellings - but you are still close enough to country towns across borders.
There is plenty of space for social distancing. Most camp sites are 50 or more metres apart.
The terrain is mostly treed with some cleared, pastured country.
On the border with the Queensland town of Stanthorpe, Stonepine Ridge is close to the historic areas of Willsons Downfall and Amosfield in New South Wales. Home to many rivers that traverse the property from top to bottom, the Boonoo Boonoo and Bookookookarara rivers and Undercliffe and Boonoo Boono Falls are close by and are popular sites to spend a few hours walking/hiking and immersing yourself in the ambient countryside.
The Boonoo Boonoo and Bald rock National Parks are also within this area. The beautiful New England town of Tenterfield is about 20 minutes drive from the falls and offers visitors many shopping and restaurant options. Be sure to stop en route to visit the World War 2 tank traps - (Australia's Maginot Line) and Thunderbolt's hideout. A short drive across the border into Queensland will give you access to the Girraween National Park and a host of wineries, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs.
This camping property is large and you will find no better place that allows for gentle as well as more advanced walking, hiking and mountain biking. The altitude on the property varies from 900m at the top down to 50m to the bottom. The temperature is variable with mostly cool nights, which makes for restful sleep and a nice fire to add to the ambience.

Amaroo also known to some long time visitors as Snake Valley, is situated on a massive property and backs onto the Toonumbar National park.
The property sits at the top of a 2.7km dirt road to the top of a small mountain with incredible views of Mount Lindsay and Mount Barney. The owner (my dad) has spent over 30 years bringing the land back from blade glass to the early stages of rainforest through native seed propagation and bush regeneration.
After decades of keeping the land free from domestic and commercial animals, the native wildlife has had come back in abundance and is thriving.
Depending on the time of year you could see any number of wallabies, goannas, and echidnas, to countless varieties of birds and butterflies, small marsupials, koalas, micro bats, snakes, and even a few lone dingoes have been spotted from a distance during duck breeding season. Therefore we don’t allow dogs or cats to be brought onto the property.
Pitch your tent, or pull up your situation either on level gravel or in a grassy zone however close or far from the communal zone as you wish. The communal zone is made up of a shack with a kitchen sink and a BBQ (BYO BBQ gas or you will need to request as an extra), there is tank water and lights all running off solar, a big long bench table and stools for preparing food, underneath the pagola of this open shack is an indoor fireplace. 50m from the shack connected by gravel paths and garden beds is the hot gas shower and composting toilet, each in their own enclosed dwellings with lights. From the shack and where you camp you will have the best views of the mountains. You will be 100m-ish from the top main dam where you can swim (we just ask that you don’t remove the fish, yabbies or turtles from their homes). The level below the shack is the main house where the property owner lives, and the level below that is the motocross tracks. There are walking and bike paths down to the motocross tracks that avoid going past the main house, if you are riding or just want to go for a walk.
PLS NOTE you may be around other people during your stay at Amaroo. There is a small community of motorcross riders that access the private tracks and sometimes camp. If you wish to have the campsite to yourself please msg us before booking to make sure it will be exclusive. Most of the time this property is peaceful and filled with noises of birds and tree breeze, but there are occasions where the tracks will be in use. Motorbikes can get noisy!

Camping: We have 2 camping areas for 2WD and caravan access Opposite Lock A to H sites and the 14's A to E sites. Our check in time is from 7am and check out time the following day before 6pm
All other sites are 4WD access. These are not advertised on this platform. As this is an instant payment platform, we do consider credits for valid reasons unable to arrive but must be discussed.
Property: A 695-acre council registered tourist back-to-basic bush camping and 4WD park located in the picturesque Scenic Rim region just over an hour drive from Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Perfect for 4WD enthusiasts, bushwalkers, mountain bikers, and anyone that just wants to get back to nature.

You can also hike our property to see Border view camp spot which has beautiful and amazing views of the Border Rangers, you can see Lynchs ck and Warrazambil ck falls in the distance ,you can also look down the valley towards Kyogle and surrounds.There is also an abundance of wildlife on the hike Koala's are often about if you look up for them usually early morning or late afternoon. You will also come across our beautiful Simmental cattle on the hike they are very quite. There is also Fern gully picnic spot on the hike which is a great spot to relax or do some morning yoga at the small waterfall . Children will also find fairy homes. .Fern Gully is a very tranquil.
There is a 1km of creek to explore with great fishing spots you can catch Perch ,Cat fish Mullet ,and Carp. The creek is lots of fun to kayak on. There is plenty of creek to paddle and Awesome rapids to challenge yourself. And one of our favourite things to do is fossicking you can find Quartz, Citrine and Jasper..
The Village of Wiangaree is just 4klm from the camp grounds they have great coffee and hot food and also do Friday night meals. And in walking distance of 200 meters is Ferndale Pantry which sells sourdough, eggs, chutneys, cakes and more.
We are also a 10klm drive to to the Border Rangers National Park.
The Campgrounds are beautifully and are situated on the creek. There are 5 spacious dispersed sites . There are fire pits available and fire wood is available for $20 a wheelbarrow full, just ask on arrival. Rubbish must be taken with you when you leave. There is no toilet, you must bring your own toilet and take home all waste. Bush toilet is not acceptable. Wiangaree have Public toilets.
And no potable water.

Janine’s place was exactly as advertised – and even better. From the moment we arrived, Janine was a warm and welcoming host who made us feel completely at home.
The kitchen and toilet/shower facilities were perfect – clean, well set up, and everything you need for a comfortable stay while still enjoying the magnificent outdoors.
We spent a peaceful, tranquil weekend under the stars, surrounded by the spectacular scenery of Mount Edwards, which makes the setting feel incredibly special and secluded.
A highlight was meeting and patting the adorably cute one-eyed miniature pony – such a sweet little character 🐴
If you’re looking for a relaxing escape in nature with just the right facilities to add a touch of glamping to your experience, and want a property all to yourself, this is it!
I highly recommend this fantastic spot. We would absolutely return!!!

On this review I would like to give big shout for those farmers like Matt who open up their land for people such as ourselves who love to get a taste of bush camping. The weather was not on our side on this trip as we had some strong winds. However, we really enjoyed it. So I can only imagine it being even better when the weather is good. Matt is a really good host a with great communication and directions and came down to introduce himself us shortly after arriving. The site was very private open and spacious with a number of spots to pitch a tent. Fire wood was provided with a nice designated spot to enjoy an evening fire to sit around. Our dog was free to be offf leash within the campsite (which is quite big) and enjoyed running around playing ball. There are Kayaks and Tinnie available for use which was nice to have ago on. This one is on our list to return to. Thanks for a great stay Matt.

Fantastic campsite with excellent amenities, including a hot shower and composting toilet. We loved relaxing around the campfire in the evenings. The host was friendly and helpful, offering plenty of great suggestions for exploring the surrounding area. There was some road noise at times, though it didn’t impact our overall enjoyment.

Such a fantastic spot, met the hosts who were super friendly and welcoming, they checked in daily to make sure everything was good but gave plenty of space and privacy otherwise. Loads of room to spread out, set up right next to the river for some solid fishing sessions, the sheep were friendly and added to the relaxed farm vibe. Everything felt well thought out, easy to get to with sealed roads all the way, and they even provided a clear map of the property. Will definitely be back again!

We recently stayed at Site 3 and honestly had such a beautiful camping trip. The creek was absolutely amazing — clear, peaceful and perfect for a swim. It made the whole stay feel extra special. The site itself is nice and open, which was fantastic for solar, and there was plenty of space for the dogs to run around freely and cool off in the water. They had the best time!
Bronwyn was wonderful to deal with — super easy to communicate with and very helpful leading up to our stay, which always makes a difference.
The only downside was that there isn’t any signage directing you into the camp, so it can be a little tricky to find your site at first. The grass was also a bit long in some spots, and the fire pits had grass growing around them over knee height. A quick tidy-up in those areas working really elevate the experience.
Overall though, it’s a great spot and we’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with creek access and plenty of open space. We’ll definitely be back — that’s for sure! 🌿🔥🐾

A wonderfull site lots of space for all and heaps of shady spots as well , right next to the river love the swings they have put up in the trees for the kids and fire pits and its so quiet spent a couple nights very relaxing , I Will be back for sure

We stayed on Kendall's lovely rural property with our caravan and 2 dogs for a night on a road trip home recently. Our contact with Kendall was perfect as was the location...alongside a dam where except for some drizzle we would have had a fire. The location is peaceful and quiet...exactly what we were seeking. We have a 24' van and had not problem accessing the camping area. Highly recommended.

What can i say,absolutely beautiful spot to stay.Debra and her hubby have done an awesome job setting it all out.
Great swimming,loads of wildlife,well kept walking tracks and plenty of spots to have a swim.
Well worth the time to stop,relax and enjoy the place.

Absolutely great spot and the owners John and Caroline were the best hosts I have experienced. Incredibly friendly, helpful and hospitable! They are the literal shirt off their back type of people.
We found good gold on the property and only being a couple of hours from home will be back again for sure!

Great camping spot, the undercover seating area and firepit are useful and the dogs loved fetching the ball from the dam in the heat, river nearby also was a great place to cool off, will be back again soon

We had a great 3 night stay! The kayaks and the boat were a great addition and we did plenty of swimming over the weekend. A little uneven but we made it work with our group strategically placing our vans and campers. Close to Stanthorpe. Very private and lovely having the whole place to ourselves. Matt was very easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back!
