My 100 acre grassland property is mostly natural ironbark grassland, bounded by the Condamine River to the east and the sealed Cullendore Road to the west. Grazing and farmland to the north and south. The nearest neighbours live a distance of approximately 1.5 km away, so peace and quiet is guaranteed. ALL Camping areas are accessible by small sedan type vehicles I encourage bikes and walking, over the entire property, but Motor Bikes, and rough FourWheel Driving are not allowed. The 4 Camping areas are: * RIVERSIDE.. 10 level camping sites are available, suitable for single campers, or family groups, right beside the Condamine River * RIVERCAMP another area of mostley level dispersed sites are avialable in close proximatiy to the River, scattered around the trees, and the Dam, but still having direct access to an open section of the river bank, for swimmimg, fishing or Kayaking * MIDCAMP.. 7 level sites approximatly 200 meters up from the Comdamine River, and overlooking (and access to) the rivercamp, surrounded by mature "Iron Bark" trees and grassland, Plus several more dispersed sites, suitable for all types of camping from Vans to Tents. This area also includes a small number of powered sites * TOP CAMP.. This open area is approximately another 150 metres up the hill from from midcamp, overlooking both Mid & Rivercamps, with 360deg views, has 3 large flat sites. plus many more dispersed sites, also suitable for all types of camping vehicles *Wood for your campfire is available to purchase, or you are welcome to bring your own. *HOT Showers and toilets are situated within easy walking distance at all camp sites *Lots to see and experience in nearby Warwick and the Granite Belt. Dogs are welcome but must be controlled by owners at all times.

Please message me if you have any questions Camping at Mid Camp; Top Camp there are lots of grassy spots to camp you will love it here. Most sites are level but a few have a slight incline. Beautiful view from these campsites. Berrima Riverside is a grassy area, of approximately 20 dispersed sites to choose from, spread out over approximately 10 acres, with 10 of the sites situated close to the Condamine river, and the remaining sites, Rivercamp, at various distances, back from the river, but still having access TO the river, and dam, for swimming, fishing or kayaking , and still within a very short walking distance to fresh water and amenities

Our first trip with our first caravan. Camp sites are easy to get to. Adrian met us at the front gate and we were so surprised he had our fire going for us (we got in late afternoon). The sheep and lambs were in our paddock and provided heaps of entertainment for the weekend. The service here is always top notch!

Wow. What a beautiful peaceful place. We stayed on the river camp site and it was awesome. Right beside the condamine river with sweet little blue wren birds flying all around us.

Bruce was an incredible host and his property was absolutely stunning!! From the start, Bruce was super communicative and made us feel most welcome to his property, showing us around to each different spot so we could choose one we liked. The property itself was well maintained with plenty of space for privacy. It was equipped with hot showers, flushable toilets and even a charging station available to use! There were plenty animals about also - ewes, lambs and even Freddie the steer. My partner and I were ill prepared for the windy conditions and Bruce offered up his private cabin so that we wouldn’t leave early and on a negative experience. Can’t wait to go back :)

A campsite with three mostly flat camping areas. We’d booked the upper area, but it was extremely windy. Bruce suggested we move to the middle one so we’d be less affected by the wind. It really was a good choice. There’s also an area by the river that we could see from our spot and which looked lovely too. Bruce brought the wood for the campfire, and it’s very good quality. It was lovely to see the sheep with their lambs, not to mention the magnificent bull who enjoys bread and carrots.

AMAZING VIEWS AND FARM IS INCREDIBLE 🙏 Bruce the owner is so polite and helpful with showing you all options so you get to choose if they are free, and has multiple areas to have a perfect weekend away for us, and the animals are so kind (especially Fred the Bull) loves some bread at breaky time. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE 😊

Berrima Camping & Farmstay is located on Bruce’s beautiful sheep farm. I spent a couple of days there with friends for my birthday and couldn’t recommend it enough. Bruce is a fantastic host and we loved interacting with him. The highlight of the trip? Bruce allowed us to help him with the birth of a lamb! And the next day we herded the newest lambs into a different field to join one of the mobs. We were so grateful for the hands-on fun he openly welcomed us to participate in. The whole trip was scenic, peaceful, and a lovely break. Looking forward to going back again sometime!!

Where do I start? Greeted on arrival by lovely host, Bruce. Lucky for me, I had the place to myself, so Bruce gave me a tour and let me wander river/mid/top camps before settling on top camp. I chose top camp for the beautiful 360° views and stunning sunset - but be aware, it can get windy up there! So set up camp accordingly (I parked my car as a windbreak). Bruce keeps the place immaculate and has put thought and effort into his camp. Amenities include portaloos scattered around and also a few permanent little dwellings that contain flushing toilet and hot shower - complete with solar setup to run lights and even a little usb charging station. Couple of sinks about with fresh water for washing up. In the morning, you’ll likely spot Fred, resident steer, around the trough in midcamp. Bruce spotted me and came over with some bread and carrots for me to feed to Fred. Overall, a lovely stay. I’ll be back!

Loved camping down at the river. Was amazing to wake up to a beautiful view. Spent plenty of time fishing and exploring the property. Bruce was very accommodating and a great host. Warwick is only a short 20min drive away. Will visit again

We loved it. It was so cold in the middle of winter but the stars, the fires, the clear nights and friendly owners made it warm. We will be back. Loved the sheep and lambs wandering about the camp, we caught some great fish too.

We had a fantastic time at Berrima Farmstay and hope to visit again sometime. Having the timber delivered, and assistance with lighting the fire, was so appreciated! It is such an enormous property - it caters to groups or to those wanting peace and quiet. Thank you for having us Bruce!

It's such a beautiful location - you can camp right next to the creek. The stars at night were spectacular and I saw a platypus very close when I took my stand-up for a paddle along the creek. Bruce is a friendly and helpful host and communication with him was great. Would highly recommend and hope to make it back someday!

We stayed at the riverside campsite 3, there was 3 families in our group and thankfully it was extremely quiet (late June) so we were able to stretch out over the neighbouring site because it would’ve been a bit squishy having three decent sized setups on one site so we would probably book two sites if we went at a busier time. Easy access to river for kayaking or fishing, toilets and showers were clean and easy to use. Bruce was lovely and checked in daily. The kids loved seeing the new baby lambs from a distance. It was a lovely spot and we will definitely go back.

We had the best weekend at Bruce’s farm. Camped right on the Condamine River. Huge fire pit (the wood Bruce supplied burnt long and hot). Toilet/hot shower amenities were next level. Easily the nicest and most practical we’ve experienced while camping. Plenty of ewes and newborn lambs in the adjacent paddocks were entertaining to watch. We had a 4wd and caravan, but the property would easily accessible by 2nd. 2 x adults, 1 x dog.

Had a fantastic stay at Berrima! The property was beautiful, peaceful and incredibly well maintained. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the surroundings, with great views and a really relaxing atmosphere. Bruce was a friendly and welcoming host who made us feel right at home, and everything was exactly as described. The facilities were excellent, with clean flushing toilets and hot showers that made camping that little bit more comfortable. We loved being able to unwind by the campfire, explore the area, and just enjoy a few days away from the hustle and bustle. Our two dogs absolutely loved it as well, with plenty of space to sniff, explore and live their best camping lives. A perfect spot for anyone looking for a quiet getaway. We’ll definitely be back!
