At Le Jackz you come to relax and unwind and allow nature to be your therapist.The property is located near Maclagan, a small town situated at the foothills of Bunya Mountains National Park. The majestic Bunya Mountains were formed 30 million years ago and thought to be the remains of an old volcano. There are seasonal creeks and waterfalls and wildflowers. Campers may occasionally be visited by a herd of friendly goats that like soft drink and chips. We often have baby goats and alpacas that are being hand reared which are popular with kids and adults alike.

We also have lots of residential wildlife, including kangaroos and plenty of birdlife, such as kookaburras, cockatoos, galahs, finches, Wrens, Willy wagtails, parrots and more.

Close to Toowoomba, located at Westbrook, Windy Acres Farm is a lavender and bee farm.
With beautiful sunsets over Bunkers Hill and in view of the gorgeous lavender. Drive in and pick your spot for a night or two.
Sites are set close to the natural waterway under the gum trees. You can throw a yabby pot in our dam to catch a few for dinner- except when the dam is dry.
Windy Acres Farm is close enough to Toowoomba to explore the region or perfect for a stop over along the Gore Highway.
Not suitable in wet weather. Guests must be fully self sufficient with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure.
Close to local shops to restock or grab some takeaway. Campfires are welcome but must be kept contained and be supervised at all times. BYO firewood.
Pets are welcome but must be kept restrained whilst on the property.

Hillcrest Farm was established in 1876. It's a quiet, spacious and relaxing spot only minutes to Toowoomba where you'll find lots of weekend markets and other attractions.

We have 20 beautiful acres here, with several acres in the middle and the back of the property ideal for setting up camp.
We have 10 water outlets to hook up to.
The land is mostly level, with trees scattered throughout, and all areas have lovely farm views.
Whether your on the hill with 360-degree views looking over the campfire while watching the sunset or in the paddock, amongst the trees, you will have space to relax
We have 30 sheep and 10 head of cattle on the property, and often lots of lambs which can be seen at any time.
We now have an Alpacca named Buck who currently fusses over and protects a newborn lamb 17/07/25
We also have 14 antique tractors, and other old farm equipment, which add to the eclectic farm charm.
We also have lots of residential wildlife, including kangaroos and plenty of birdlife, such as kookaburras, cockatoos, galahs, finches, Wrens, Willy wagtails, parrots and more.
All guests need to be self-sufficient, with their own toilet, shower and power
We have generators for hire
There are toilets at the park in Wyreema 3k
Local shop just up the road for basic essentials and fuel, plus there are great pub meals nearby at the Bull n Barley(sorry no dogs) - 8 minutes drive away.
Rudds Pub (dogs ok) great meals. Otherwise, cook at camp by the campfire, watching the sunset.
Always something to do around, or just sit and relax.

Valley View was a peaceful campsite for me and my two active dogs. Great views to the North, South and West and perfect screening trees to the East. Superb opportunities for sunrise and sunset photos as well as a nice dark sky for astrophotography. Laura, was excellent with her communications and Neil was very welcoming and good for a chat. We will happily return.

What a beautiful spot! Quiet, green, hills for walking and tiring out the puppies 🤭. We were lucky to snag this camp to ourselves for a weekend! The owners have setup a little off grid kitchen and bathroom which added something we don’t get very often in the bush. Their beautiful mareemas camped up with us while we were there too! We had booked the “old fig tree spot” but found “oak tree” to be a bit flatter and shaded. Picnic table, chairs and table at both sites. Thank you for a great camp!

Loved our visit to Hobbsy’s Gully, the privacy between campsites and the cattle coming past each day. Lots of birds and we also saw a goanna come down to the dam for a drink. Laura was a very welcoming and friendly host. We will definitely be back. 10/10

Quiet location, easy to access level camp. Well maintained. Shame the creek was a bit overgrown in this hot summer season.
We could hear a few cars and the campers at the other site occassionally but only because the area was so quiet. Mark was very helpful and communicated well.

Absolutely beautiful stay, the family were so kind and helpful. As a single mum I was made to feel safe, offered help, they had my kids tour the farm and feed animals. It is such a gorgeous spot and gave me a lovely wind down before the school term. The locals are super friendly and the sunsets and starscapes are spectacular.

Had a lovely one night stay at Bunya Red Farm. Mandy and Alan were very helpful and informative, showers and toilets well maintained, great views across to the Bunya Mountains, peaceful location. Learned a lot about capers, caperberries, peanuts and alpacas.

The facilities, camping spot, hospitality and the view was amazing and felt like home.
Unfortunately our 4 night stay wasn't long enough which made packing up to move on a debatable conversation for us.
It's hard to find somewhere like this....

I loved tent camping at Misty Gullies with my dog. One of the best spots for bird watching. The host Richard was very welcoming and accommodating. The camp-site was private with an amazing view. The signs to the camp-site was clear and easy to follow. Thanks again Richard!

We had the best stay at Mandy & Al’s Property. A working farm and so peaceful and tranquil with lots of space. The Amenities are fantastic and the hosts were legends. We loved the farm tours and there is so much to see and do in the surrounding areas. Our first time visiting the Bunya Mountains region and thoroughly impressed and will definitely be back. Was the perfect getaway from the city and a little slice of farm life to keep the kids active and off the iPad on school holidays. So much fun.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tinara "The Glenn Creek Side" it was peaceful, quiet, tidy and a very relaxed and secluded area and atmosphere. You feel like you are the only people on the farm because the campsites are so private. We got to enjoy beautiful scenery while also watching their beautiful cattle grazing not far from our camp site. We had the pleasure of meeting Tamara and she was very welcoming and a great host. We also ordered firewood as there is a great fire pit at the camp site, we were impressed with the amount of fire wood in the bags for $15 each.
We took our Maremma with and she really enjoyed being walked around the beautiful farm.
We will definitely be staying at Tinara again! Thank you Quentin and Tamara for having us.
