Our 1000 acres mountain top working cattle and horses farm is only 45 minutes from Brisbane CBD, and offers spectacular Glasshouse mountains and ocean views.
You can bring your own self-contained camping set-up, be it a tent, caravan, or motorhome, or stay in our bunkhouse that sleeps 10. Activities on the property include hiking, swimming, canoeing, horse riding and more.
From many parts of the farm you have beautiful views encompassing Maleny, Glasshouse Mountains, Bribie Island, Moreton Island, Stradbroke Island, Redcliffe, and Brisbane Port Site.
We have a beautiful deepwater lake that's perfect for swimming and canoeing. The property is traversed by several rainforested creeks and ravines, which are perfect for adventure hiking and rock climbing.
We can also take you horse riding around the farm for a couple of hours or to the local winery if you prefer a longer ride. We cater for all levels of riding.
We have many panoramic campsites for you to choose from. These are suited to anyone with the swag, tent, camper, caravan, or motorhome. You must be self-sufficient, with your own toilet, and we kindly ask you take all waste when you go.
For those who prefer the comforts of home we have a bunkhouse which sleeps 10 and has electricity, water, flush toilet, shower, stove, microwave and TV.
Linen is not supplied.
If you are driving 2wd, or 4wd towing a caravan or a big trailer and GPS takes you through Mountain View Rd - do not go that way - go through Dayboro Rd.
For those without transport Dakabin train station is 25 min from the farm. Pick up and drop off to the station can be arranged. There is a wide variety of shops and restaurants less than 10 min away.

-The creek is seasonal, only flowing after good rain. It will dry up in some conditions. Swimming in the water holes is ok, please check in the water for depth and sticks
-Brisbane river is up the road (10mins) to Savages crossing or Twin Bridges. Fantastic swimming or lazing in the running water.
-Push bikes,
Brisbane Valley Rail Trail is 5min away if you jump on at Borallon Station Rd. Some cattle tracks for the kids to ride along in the paddock also.
-Wivenhoe, Somerset Dam in the area for water sports
-Wildlife watching, this paddock sustains a large variety of native animals, if you’ve got a keen eye
-Bottle Tree pub is just down the road, - bit more than walking distance tho :)

Coorie Vale is a 100-acre working cattle and horse property on Mt Mee, within an hour drive from the Sunshine Coast or just over an hour from Brisbane. We have a tranquil camp area on Bungo Creek flats, great for families to enjoy nature, and a beautiful private site on the Ridge, with expansive, peaceful views.
The creek campsites have easy access to the toilets and non-potable water. Coorie Vale is perfect for nature lovers and adventurers - go rock hopping exploring the creek and relax under the stars around the campfire.
It is steep country down to the creek, so a 4WD is an absolute must. Please note, if there is lots of rain, the track to the creek can get very muddy and difficult. If access is compromised due to weather, there are alternative spaces you can set up camp.
We accept tent and 4WD camper trailers only, please no caravans or motorhomes.
Our property is dog-friendly, keeping in mind it is a working cattle property.
Children under 12 stay free. Please still add them to your booking so we can monitor numbers, they will not be charged.
Over Christmas, Coorie Vale is a great spot to base yourself for the Woodford Folk Festival (15-minute drive).

Our camping area is down on our creek where there are slashed camp sites suitable for groups of campers or just on your own. You have full use of a shelter complete with pot belly stove and a fire ring provided (byo firewood)
You can do birdwatching, yabbying, swimming in the waterhole (seasonal) picnicking and general exploring around the creek area. There are no people nearby and you will feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere (but are just 25mins from Toowoomba).
We are a cattle property so you will see cows and calves and horses on your way to the camp sites.
Because of this and bio security, there is no 4WDriving around the property but you are welcome to explore the creek area on foot.
Plenty of wildlife to spot - wallabies, kangaroos, bird life and the occasional koala. In the creek there are some fish, yabbies and turtles.
Set up camp, enjoy stunning sunsets, peace and quiet and the privacy of the secluded camp sites.
Our location is perfect if you are first time campers or want to try out a new set up without venturing too far from home. 25mins drive will get you back to Toowoomba CBD.
We are on black soil so our access road to the creek is dry weather only but is accessible by 2WD that have reasonable clearance. Please check with us ahead of time if you have a large set up or are concerned about access. We are happy to help or answer any questions you may have.

There is no vehicular boat ramp but still excellent access for other small watercraft. Due to the steep track to the camp area we insist on 4WD’s only - though you can walk down if feeling energetic!
Please bring drinking water and a desire to leave the riverside just as you found it. We have enough room for around 20 people in tents or camper trailers.
Portaloo toilet available at the campsite.
Campfires are permitted in the circle but please be mindful of any restrictions. You can purchase firewood from us if needed.
Dogs are also welcome but must stay with you at all times. Please let us know they are coming as well.

Creekside Camp (our main camping area)
is relatively flat, well drained sites along a creek that usually runs. This area offers multiple composting toilets and wood powered hot water bush shower and outdoor bath. There is also a large permanent deep waterhole a short distance from this camping area.
We have temporarily paused out Hill camp sites, due to continuing property maintenance and improvements. We are delighted to share our property with those that appreciate nature and want to take some time out amongst the gum trees. We are on a koala and wildlife corridor so respect for our wildlife as well as our domestic livestock is essential.
We are conveniently located just off the Warrego Highway but once you set up camp, you will feel miles away from anywhere.
Relax at camp or wander down to the creek to swim, fish or kayak (if the seasons are favourable); birdwatch, hike or mountain bike along the ridge; wander our flower field (seasonal picking available at additional cost); visit with the cattle and miniature ponies; stargaze and enjoy a camp fire (if there are no fire bans).
If you want to explore the region, we are only 18klms from Toowoomba or Gatton and you can slip up Springbluff to easily access Highfields/Crows Nest area.
Plenty of space to choose your camp, with very limited numbers accepted. Potable water available but Council requirements mean you must be fully self contained. Nearest dump point will be Gatton Showgrounds.
The criticism of our space by some campers has been the nearby railway line. We have become immune to it but for some the passing coal trains is annoying. They are sporadiac - sometimes frequent, other times not. If you don't like trains, perhaps Karinya is not for you :(

Our venue and campgrounds are situated at the old Jimna State School property. The school closed in 2009 with the last students attending in 2006. It was then sold by the Qld government and has been rezoned as a Camping, Recreation and Events Venue. We have retained all the old school facilities for our campers to enjoy. There is a children’s playground and multi-purpose tennis court for everyone to enjoy. We provide tennis rackets, balls and basketballs free of charge to our campers. There is also no charge or fee to use the court. On most Sundays afternoons (weather permitting), we have social tennis where everyone is welcome to join in.
The old school toilet blocks have the addition of hot showers and all toilet facilities are the flushing type.
Campfires are permitted and there are small mobile fire pits provided so wherever you set up camp you can have your campfire right beside you.
Note: There are no ground fires permitted and at certain times of the year Qld Rural Fire brigade may enforce a total fire ban.
We have our “Caffeine Injection” kiosk on-site for the weekends and school holidays. Get your morning caffeine fix as well as bagged ice, firewood, ice creams, snacks, cold drinks etc etc
Then we have the old school principals residence aka “The Bush Holiday House“. It is fully self-contained and all linen is provided.
Just BYO food & drinks. We offer this for one night stays and longer.
Jimna is a tiny town immersed in the Australian bush; with nearby gorges, ravines, creeks and waterfalls - some wild & spectacular places to see.

Our 1000 acres mountain top working cattle and horses farm is only 45 minutes from Brisbane CBD, and offers spectacular Glasshouse mountains and ocean views.
You can bring your own self-contained camping set-up, be it a tent, caravan, or motorhome, or stay in our bunkhouse that sleeps 10. Activities on the property include hiking, swimming, canoeing, horse riding and more.
From many parts of the farm you have beautiful views encompassing Maleny, Glasshouse Mountains, Bribie Island, Moreton Island, Stradbroke Island, Redcliffe, and Brisbane Port Site.
We have a beautiful deepwater lake that's perfect for swimming and canoeing. The property is traversed by several rainforested creeks and ravines, which are perfect for adventure hiking and rock climbing.
We can also take you horse riding around the farm for a couple of hours or to the local winery if you prefer a longer ride. We cater for all levels of riding.
We have many panoramic campsites for you to choose from. These are suited to anyone with the swag, tent, camper, caravan, or motorhome. You must be self-sufficient, with your own toilet, and we kindly ask you take all waste when you go.
For those who prefer the comforts of home we have a bunkhouse which sleeps 10 and has electricity, water, flush toilet, shower, stove, microwave and TV.
Linen is not supplied.
If you are driving 2wd, or 4wd towing a caravan or a big trailer and GPS takes you through Mountain View Rd - do not go that way - go through Dayboro Rd.
For those without transport Dakabin train station is 25 min from the farm. Pick up and drop off to the station can be arranged. There is a wide variety of shops and restaurants less than 10 min away.

-Push bikes,
Brisbane Valley Rail Trail is 5min away if you jump on at Borallon Station Rd. Some cattle tracks for the kids to ride along in the paddock also.
-Wivenhoe, Somerset Dam in the area for water sports
-Wildlife watching, this paddock sustains a large variety of native animals, if you’ve got a keen eye
-Bottle Tree pub is just down the road, - bit more than walking distance tho :)

The creek campsites have easy access to the toilets and non-potable water. Coorie Vale is perfect for nature lovers and adventurers - go rock hopping exploring the creek and relax under the stars around the campfire.
It is steep country down to the creek, so a 4WD is an absolute must. Please note, if there is lots of rain, the track to the creek can get very muddy and difficult. If access is compromised due to weather, there are alternative spaces you can set up camp.

Our property is dog-friendly, keeping in mind it is a working cattle property.
Children under 12 stay free. Please still add them to your booking so we can monitor numbers, they will not be charged.

Our camping area is down on our creek where there are slashed camp sites suitable for groups of campers or just on your own. You have full use of a shelter complete with pot belly stove and a fire ring provided (byo firewood)
You can do birdwatching, yabbying, swimming in the waterhole (seasonal) picnicking and general exploring around the creek area. There are no people nearby and you will feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere (but are just 25mins from Toowoomba).
We are a cattle property so you will see cows and calves and horses on your way to the camp sites.
Because of this and bio security, there is no 4WDriving around the property but you are welcome to explore the creek area on foot.
Plenty of wildlife to spot - wallabies, kangaroos, bird life and the occasional koala. In the creek there are some fish, yabbies and turtles.
Set up camp, enjoy stunning sunsets, peace and quiet and the privacy of the secluded camp sites.
Our location is perfect if you are first time campers or want to try out a new set up without venturing too far from home. 25mins drive will get you back to Toowoomba CBD.
We are on black soil so our access road to the creek is dry weather only but is accessible by 2WD that have reasonable clearance. Please check with us ahead of time if you have a large set up or are concerned about access. We are happy to help or answer any questions you may have.

We are delighted to share our property with those that appreciate nature and want to take some time out amongst the gum trees. We are on a koala and wildlife corridor so respect for our wildlife as well as our domestic livestock is essential.
We are conveniently located just off the Warrego Highway but once you set up camp, you will feel miles away from anywhere.
Relax at camp or wander down to the creek to swim, fish or kayak (if the seasons are favourable); birdwatch, hike or mountain bike along the ridge; wander our flower field (seasonal picking available at additional cost); visit with the cattle and miniature ponies; stargaze and enjoy a camp fire (if there are no fire bans).
If you want to explore the region, we are only 18klms from Toowoomba or Gatton and you can slip up Springbluff to easily access Highfields/Crows Nest area.
Plenty of space to choose your camp, with very limited numbers accepted. Potable water available but Council requirements mean you must be fully self contained. Nearest dump point will be Gatton Showgrounds.
The criticism of our space by some campers has been the nearby railway line. We have become immune to it but for some the passing coal trains is annoying. They are sporadiac - sometimes frequent, other times not. If you don't like trains, perhaps Karinya is not for you :(

Our venue and campgrounds are situated at the old Jimna State School property. The school closed in 2009 with the last students attending in 2006. It was then sold by the Qld government and has been rezoned as a Camping, Recreation and Events Venue. We have retained all the old school facilities for our campers to enjoy. There is a children’s playground and multi-purpose tennis court for everyone to enjoy. We provide tennis rackets, balls and basketballs free of charge to our campers. There is also no charge or fee to use the court. On most Sundays afternoons (weather permitting), we have social tennis where everyone is welcome to join in.
The old school toilet blocks have the addition of hot showers and all toilet facilities are the flushing type.
Campfires are permitted and there are small mobile fire pits provided so wherever you set up camp you can have your campfire right beside you.
Note: There are no ground fires permitted and at certain times of the year Qld Rural Fire brigade may enforce a total fire ban.
We have our “Caffeine Injection” kiosk on-site for the weekends and school holidays. Get your morning caffeine fix as well as bagged ice, firewood, ice creams, snacks, cold drinks etc etc
Then we have the old school principals residence aka “The Bush Holiday House“. It is fully self-contained and all linen is provided.

The property and area is stunning, amazing views of rolling mountains and the dam in the distance, massive campsite and a lovely camp fire area with big rocks to sit on and big cactus! Bebe and family were so accomodating and lovely, amazing experience all round. My puppy loved it too! We will definitely be back :)

My friends and I booked this campsite and it's safe to say we were very happy with our stay! Directions to the campsite were clear, the host was very hospitable and the farmland was beautiful. Farm animals roamed the property, mostly horses, cows and the occasional friendly farm dog adding to the atmosphere. We had 630 acres of land to explore with a mountain to hike up with lovely views of the Tablelands and the campgrounds below. We also had our own waterhole to cool off on the hot days and built fires to stave off the cooler nights. There was one main fire pit, but you are allowed to have fires anywhere on your camp ground. In addition to setting up a tent, we attached a hammock to sleep in between the trees next to the waterhole. Overall, this campsite provided a lovely stay, being quiet with minimal people, and allowing you to emerge yourself in the sereneness of farm life.

Tony has a beautiful spot for all campers and camper dogs. Very beautiful and quiet place to unwind from the fast pace day to day life. I will definitely be making a return back here. Tony is also very friendly and is very responsive in messaging and assisting on the camp ground if needed.

As a return visitor to Weefarm, it is nothing short of magical and highly inviting.
This time, my son and I returned with a number of a friends to enjoy a wonderful few days of relaxing, swimming, fishing and camping.
There was even an engagement amongst our friends to celebrate.
Huge thanks to Josh for stopping by and saying hi to the whole group.
To conclude - Weefarm is magical in everyway - I'll most certainly be back.

Amazing spot. Creek was low but the new dam is great (full and clean - awesome spot for a swim). Great camping spot, well looked after and recently mowed. (Mower also in the firewood shed if you need it!) The firewood is great and great value. Few porta-loos around the property that are always clean.
I was very surprised by the low amount of people at the property- must be a great kept secret - saw less than 10 people over the entire new years period.
Try the goat pie and goat curry - both amazing.

Tony's hip camp was an awesome experience and I would recommend it to family and friends. We stayed down by the creek. It was my dogs first camping experience who suffers from anxiety. However our experience was a positive one, she even made a nice doggo friend. The camp site wasn't packed full of people. We all had our own space and it was peaceful and quiet away from other campers. The toilets were the cleanest I have ever seen at any camp site. Tony and his wife were lovely and very accommodating. The sound of the waterfall outside our tent was also serene. I would definitely go back again.

I needed a break away from the hustle and bustle of the city and Jimna Base Camp was the absolute perfect location! Spotlessly clean amenities and plenty of room. Peace and tranquility, surrounded by trees and birds! Pete’s hospitality was 5 star, and I absolutely loved my time there! Gorgeous bush walks, swims in the creek, chats over coffee with the locals all adds to the appeal! Will definitely be back!

Lovely green property down by the creek. Well maintained toilets with toilet paper included. We usually go to private camping spots but this was a last minute booking, we were lucky to have respectful campers amongst us as u are quite close together. Loved that we could take our dog and have him off lead. Well maintained grass, no mosquitoes, barely any flies, perfect summer camping spots with a fire pit.
The host Tony was lovely, opening gates, great communication, always available if needed.
Local town 20mins away if u need groceries, a chemist or coffee.
We took our ford ranger and jayco lark (both with off road features) and managed to get up and down the track fine, but if there had been a heavy shower it would have been challenging.

What an amazing property situated in the middle of farming country. The section is very private and quiet, with plenty of places for tents. The shower and composting toilet are great too. I spent two nights with my small tent and my car. The only downside is lack of shade so ended up using the shower block as a shadey place to cool meals. Definitely recommend a morning walk up to the turn off too. The horses and cows are very friendly. Ryan made sure I was all settled in and communication was excellent. Definitely recommend!
