River Run offers: farm animals, swimming, excellent fresh water Fishing (Bass, Barra, yellow belly, prawn and silver perch), boat ramp, bike track and kayaking on the river is spectacular.
River run has an amazing variety of bird life due to the large body of fresh water and pristine habitat creating a great environment for spotting native animals including wallabies, echidna and platypus, which have been sighted at the boat ramp.
We are pet friendly too as long as your animals remain on a leash and are under full supervision at all times.

Hold it Flats is a 120 acre property that borders the beautiful O'Connell River that has water all year round. Take a walk around the property to check out some of the creatures that have been built out of scrap metal and bush bars that have been built all around the property.
There is nice shady trees, green grass and flat camping sites right beside the river with hot showers and flushing toilets. There is plenty of room and some great tracks for the kids and the big kids to ride their push bikes on. The swimming hole is about 2 meters deep and has big shady trees on the edge. There is also enough room for kids to bring their kayaks and have a paddle along the river.
We have some hiking tracks up around the hills of our property that have amazing views of the area.
All campsites can be provided with their own fire pit. You just pick your spot and we will bring a portable fire pit to you. Fire wood can be purchased at the property. All rubbish must be taken when you, there are no rubbish bins provided.

During busy times, most weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 nights with 1 night bookings during the week, however occasionally we will have 1 night bookings on weekends. Check with your host to see availability on 1 night bookings.
All campsites run parallel too the creek and are situated on the upper bank of Yabba Creek. Some have creek views, the other sites have trees between the creek and their site. All have mountain views. The main access to the creek is half way along the campground between site 8 and 9. Please do not leave your car parked in the walkway as this will block the entrance to campsite 9. Unfortunately, we lost many of our creek access points due to flooding.
Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek.
We have 110 acres, with campsites on 20 acres.
We have 1km of creek frontage.
The creek offers fishing, swimming and kayaking. If you're lucky you'll spot the platypus in the creek and there's lots of birdlife around so bring your cameras! Kayaks are supplied free for all campers to use. We just ask that you treat them with respect and return them back to their launching place once you have finished with them.
It would pay to pack your reef walkers as the river is rocky in spots.
There is lots of space for motorhomes and large camping vehicles to maneuver and park. Plenty of flat spots for your tent or vehicle.
This campsite has access to flushing toilets (toilets are situated approx. 400m from the camp sites) and water (rainwater), but you will need to bring your own camping shower.
Campfires are permitted outside of fire-ban season (please use the existing firepits).
The property features a gorgeous rainforest with a walking track that you can follow safely, and you can also access the state forest next door if you're up for a bigger adventure.
Lake Borumba is just down the road which permits water skiing, boating, fishing and other water recreation.
The town ship of Imbil is only 7 minutes away where you can visit the many cafes, bakeries, The Imbil pub, Sunday markets, Produce and hardware store, supermarket, butcher, clothing shops, hairdresser, fishing supplies, Petrol station, post office and more.
We are a working cattle and horse property but we do allow pets, however pet owners will need to abide by the rules as set out under the Rules and Safety "Pets" section.
Please note that there is a rifle range within hearing distance from Maluka Park and campers may at times on weekends hear gunshots. This generally only goes for a few hours.

Calen is a small cane growing and cattle town with a general store, pharmacy, service station, butcher and the local pub. Zarby's cafe is a short drive away if you would like to dine in for breakfast or lunch in a retro style setting.

How to get to us? We have two ways in .
Option 1:
Via Flagstone onto Bushman Drive – then into Wyatt road follow to the end and turn right onto undullah road follow for 5 ks .
we approximately 14 km from the Flagstone Shopping Centre.
Please note: 10 km of this route is gravel road. 4x4 vehicle access is recommended.
Option 2:
From the Centenary Freeway roundabout, at ripley head 21 km along Ripley Road, which continues and changes name to Undullah Road.
This route is 4x4 access is recommended with some narrow bends – please drive to conditions. We do have 2 wheel drives make the journey !

There is plenty of room and some great tracks for the kids and the big kids to ride their push bikes on. The swimming hole is about 2 meters deep and has big shady trees on the edge. During busy times, most weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 nights with 1 night bookings during the week, however occasionally we will have 1 night bookings on weekends. Check with your host to see availability on 1 night bookings.
All campsites run parallel too the creek and are situated on the upper bank of Yabba Creek. Some have creek views, the other sites have trees between the creek and their site. All have mountain views. The main access to the creek is half way along the campground between site 8 and 9. Please do not leave your car parked in the walkway as this will block the entrance to campsite 9. Unfortunately, we lost many of our creek access points due to flooding.
Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek.
We have 110 acres, with campsites on 20 acres.
We have 1km of creek frontage.
The creek offers fishing, swimming and kayaking. If you're lucky you'll spot the platypus in the creek and there's lots of birdlife around so bring your cameras! Kayaks are supplied free for all campers to use. We just ask that you treat them with respect and return them back to their launching place once you have finished with them.
It would pay to pack your reef walkers as the river is rocky in spots.
There is lots of space for motorhomes and large camping vehicles to maneuver and park. Plenty of flat spots for your tent or vehicle.
This campsite has access to flushing toilets (toilets are situated approx. 400m from the camp sites) and water (rainwater), but you will need to bring your own camping shower.
Campfires are permitted outside of fire-ban season (please use the existing firepits).
The property features a gorgeous rainforest with a walking track that you can follow safely, and you can also access the state forest next door if you're up for a bigger adventure.
Lake Borumba is just down the road which permits water skiing, boating, fishing and other water recreation.
The town ship of Imbil is only 7 minutes away where you can visit the many cafes, bakeries, The Imbil pub, Sunday markets, Produce and hardware store, supermarket, butcher, clothing shops, hairdresser, fishing supplies, Petrol station, post office and more.
We are a working cattle and horse property but we do allow pets, however pet owners will need to abide by the rules as set out under the Rules and Safety "Pets" section.
Please note that there is a rifle range within hearing distance from Maluka Park and campers may at times on weekends hear gunshots. This generally only goes for a few hours.

We have a selection of beautiful creek side locations where you can enjoy the clear, fresh running water and a selection of other sites only a short walk from the water. Conveniently located just a short drive off the Bruce Highway our sites are not designated, you choose your own on arrival

While staying, you will have the opportunity to take a walk into the past to view a private collection of Australiana, including a working stationary, engine display and vintage kitchen with wood stoves.
Access to the property is via a creek crossing so it is advisable to phone ahead if there has been recent rain or rainfall is forecast.
Toilets are located on the property but campers will need their own shower facilities and take all waste with them on departure. Campfires are permitted but must be contained at all times in a fire pits that we also have for your use, we also sell firewood at $15 for a milk crate.
Calen is a small cane growing and cattle town with a general store, pharmacy, service station, butcher and the local pub. Zarby's cafe is a short drive away if you would like to dine in for breakfast or lunch in a retro style setting.
Each site fee is for 2 adults and kids stay at no cost.

Our 1000 acres mountain top working cattle and horses farm is only 45 minutes from Brisbane CBD, and offers spectacular Glasshouse mountains and ocean views.
You can bring your own self-contained camping set-up, be it a tent, caravan, or motorhome, or stay in our bunkhouse that sleeps 10. Activities on the property include hiking, swimming, canoeing, horse riding and more.
From many parts of the farm you have beautiful views encompassing Maleny, Glasshouse Mountains, Bribie Island, Moreton Island, Stradbroke Island, Redcliffe, and Brisbane Port Site.
We have a beautiful deepwater lake that's perfect for swimming and canoeing. The property is traversed by several rainforested creeks and ravines, which are perfect for adventure hiking and rock climbing.
We can also take you horse riding around the farm for a couple of hours or to the local winery if you prefer a longer ride. We cater for all levels of riding.
We have many panoramic campsites for you to choose from. These are suited to anyone with the swag, tent, camper, caravan, or motorhome. You must be self-sufficient, with your own toilet, and we kindly ask you take all waste when you go.
For those who prefer the comforts of home we have a bunkhouse which sleeps 10 and has electricity, water, flush toilet, shower, stove, microwave and TV.
Linen is not supplied.
If you are driving 2wd, or 4wd towing a caravan or a big trailer and GPS takes you through Mountain View Rd - do not go that way - go through Dayboro Rd.
For those without transport Dakabin train station is 25 min from the farm. Pick up and drop off to the station can be arranged. There is a wide variety of shops and restaurants less than 10 min away.

Entry to Wagtail Way, Frogmouth Park and Cockatoo Corner are via Lewis Road, off Diamondfield Rd, Amamoor.
Entry to Wallaby Rest is via Amamoor Creek Rd and Nichols Rd, Amamoor.
We do not allow checkins after 5.30pm.

How to get to us? We have two ways in .
Option 1:
Via Flagstone onto Bushman Drive – then into Wyatt road follow to the end and turn right onto undullah road follow for 5 ks .
we approximately 14 km from the Flagstone Shopping Centre.
Please note: 10 km of this route is gravel road. 4x4 vehicle access is recommended.
Option 2:
From the Centenary Freeway roundabout, at ripley head 21 km along Ripley Road, which continues and changes name to Undullah Road.
This route is 4x4 access is recommended with some narrow bends – please drive to conditions. We do have 2 wheel drives make the journey !

I loved how spacious each allocated camp site was. We got to see lots of cows up close and some of the resident horses too! Toilets were clean and not a far walk away, we selected Lily Dams. We noticed others who selected riverside and close to the farm area had to walk further. Great wildlife around, we had a cockatoo walk up to say bye as we were leaving.

Lots of fun had exploring hidden tracks & slides, checking out the farm animals, fishing, kayaking and relaxing by the fire. Hosts Richard & Roslyn were great….our sites were at the end of the Riverside flat so we were away from other campers and had a great space for the group. We would definitely come back!

Our group of friends & family had an awesome time at The Riverside Farm Escape! We had a couple of sites at the end of the riverside flat and were far enough from other sites and campers that no one was bothered. The adult kids & little kids alike had fun exploring the little hidden tracks around and seeing the farm animals each afternoon. Fishing & kayaking in the river was also a big hit! Richard was a great host, responding quickly to any questions. All in all a great time and we’ll definitely be back!

Had a fantastic stay here! Hosts were super friendly and helpful - campsite was private but still close to washrooms and shower. Woke up to horses grazing around and even spotted a little kangaroo near the tree line.

We love coming to hold it flats and once again we had a wonderful time. We brought new friends along this time and enjoyed showing them around and hiking up the mountain and seeing the changes that have been made up there. We loved our trip so much we ended up extending for 2 extra nights. Once again it was incredibly well maintained and impeccable hospitality by Katie and family.

We enjoyed our time at Sarabah Stud. We stayed at the corn patch which was next to the pumpkin patch (I believe) and another space of land that wasn’t labelled. Sites are a fairly spaced out, but close enough to hear the other campers, if you are wanting privacy maybe try the mulberry tree spot. The toilet was clean and fresh when we arrived, and they were quick to respond when we ran out of water for handwashing.
The creek day area was a nice spot to soak up the sun and go for a dip, although the water was very fresh (cold). I’d imagine it would be perfect in the warmer months.
This place is perfect if you’re wanting to relax and not do much as there isn’t anything to do other than swim at the creek or go to the platypus viewing area and watch the turtles and ducks. We ventured out to surrounding attractions to entertain the kids.
I believed the camp would benefit from a patch of grass being mowed out and a playground, swings or something for the kids to do was placed there. It would be more family friendly,
Otherwise I would say it’s more for couples/nomads to relax and unwind.

Great quiet spot to unwind. Note it’s advertised as off grid as the sites all are but a short drive/long walk away are showers and toilets. Also may be portable toilets near you if you are lucky. Creek was a little stagnant due to tv lack of rainfall but was still very pleasant to be next to. We took the ice, firewood and meat add on options are they were a very good idea.

Gidgea Flats at Warrego Farm is an absolute gem — a peaceful, well-maintained spot with beautiful views and a proper Aussie bush feel. I loved that there were no designated campsites, so you can pick your own spot and really spread out without feeling crowded. It’s quiet, relaxing, and perfect for turning off. The hosts have clearly put a lot of care into the place, and I’ll definitely be back.

WELL! Donna and I have been visiting\ camping on a regular basis since Terry & Sue opened their outstanding property initially. We have seen so much progress over virtually a short time with beautiful grassed Creek bank sites, toilet block erected and so many kids activities for free. eg Rock Painting, Push bikes, kayaks & fireplaces at most sites. Come this wet season early ‘26 a huge amount of their hard work was washed away and they lost many campsites. Biggest flood since 1978 they say and 3months out of action for camping 😡. Good old NQ Aussie resilience these buggars worked their arses off to get back into action for the Easter weekend which luckily brought many 👌. If you’re travelling through NQ book a night or 2, you won’t be dissatisfied. R&D 🤫🧐

Good options for where to camp, we opted for closer to the creek and enjoyed the views.
Toilet facilities are a bonus.
