We are 100% off grid with fresh drinkable borehole water Please note that our driveway does not do well after heavy rains, motorhomes cannot make the drive (regardless of the weather) and low profile sedans will struggle - AWD and 4x4 no problems. Vehicles with lift will have no problems. The campsite has lovely green grass, access to the pool and a picnic table, and fire pit. Compost toilet, hot bush shower and rubbish/recycling facilities. Namaste Farm

This farm have been used as a working farm for around 40 years. This area is where the government planned a dam so generally we have water in the creeks. The house was the original Amamoor Head Ranger, Forestry division, home which was cut in two and relocated from town up to the top of our hill. From here during the bush fire season you can see fires from Widgee, Kilcoy or the Sunshine Coast. We run on solar and rain water for everything in the house and creek or dam water for our orchards and gardens. We run a variety of animals and several small orchards as well. Our creek runs into another near this causeway which leads to lots of water in a short time where it sounds like you are living on a beach. Always check with us beforehand if there has been heavy rain and there are several creeks in this area which leads to a rapid build up of water in a short time over many of the causeways out here. When there is water around, the creek will have lots of little fish and a large variety of frogs, some very weird looking ones to study. While there are many animals on the farm, there are also wild animals who use it as their home and refuge so your pets must be kept safe with you at night. Swimming pool on the farm can be used if requested through booking.
